No one ever said that it would be a picnic, or luxurious. The staff helps you to be as comfortable as you possibly can, while going through such a change. The staff knows what they're doing and they do it with empathy and respect. I never felt judged by the staff. I give 5 stars and a big THANK YOU Stella Maris.

I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

Help is what I needed I was so against the help that I knew I needed or I was going to die. I surrendered to Asurgent Health on April the 11th distressed and irritated because I allowed my life to become completely out of control from my crack cocaine addiction. My journey through recovery was not easy many days I was irritated and did not want to listen nor did I want to participate but my counselor got to the core bottom of my addiction when I tell you it was traumatic it hurt but is the destination that GOD wanted me to go and that was deep into my soul to get away from my thoughts for 28plus years I gave cocaine and crack cocaine my undivided attention my life all of my money I destroyed my living situation with my mom almost killing her so my thought during my journey was if I could give all that time to getting my drug of choice give this time to become well aware of my problems 114 days I was in treatment through many peaks and valleys but I stayed the coarse many distractions but I stayed the coarse see you have to stay Ella way from the noise I had two choices I either live or die and my choice was to live the staff at Asurgent health has to be done if the most caring people I have ever met in my entire life all of them I owe my life to them they made me feel comfortable see YOU HAVE TO GET COMFORTABLE IN THE UNCOMFORTABLE and boy did I. See I’m gay and to feel the love from all of them no matter what path my life was in made me feel incredibly loved and not judged because their entire focus was to keep me alive Katie has to be one of the most angelic humans I have ever met Jason and Mrs.Rochelle my counselors people listen woo they took me through the valley of the shadow of death and back Tayneisha made me realize that life is full of noise that the majority of that noise needs to be cancelled my case manager Mrs. Shareen looked me straight in my eyes and said baby get your life together so with this being said if you want the most dedicated help come here and please relax and just let them do their jobs they will never let you falter. Aging a patient receiving care after ansuto accident. It was a first visit for both of us.
Staff were friendly and compassionate. Not at all rushed. They listened and answered questions. The care was professional and efficient. Pharmacies brought prescription to room before discharge. No complaints at all.
So why not five stars? The facility was showing it's age. Very few amenities to fill the long hours. There was no "call button" to summon aid if needed.

Well my first review a few years ago I rated it a two star. However as of late I needed to services here I must say idk what changed or what happened but the service was spectacular and far exceeded my expectations at least with the emergency room services. Communication was excellent, I was seen at my appointment time, everyone was polite and answered all my questions. Again I don’t know what changed but I’m really happened how the VA is now and I hope it stays this way. Well done

I don’t write too many reviews, but I used to go to the signature health pharmacy in Willoughby and switched over to the Painesville pharmacy probably about a year ago maybe a little more and I have to say the customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. They have helped me through so many issues and just recently When a prior authorization hadn’t gone through not only were they kind and understanding but also super attentive to the situation! The man, I wish I knew his name, went out of his way to call me and let me know that everything was taken care of. A stressful situation made so much better by the employees! I just wanted to express my gratitude to that staff!

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I have been going to Willoughby for 5 years, weekly. Yes, there are some providers that I am not a fan of. BUT, they have always helped me find someone who was a better fit. The receptionists are great, the pharmacy is great, and they also take feedback about their groups seriously. There’s always going to be a few bad apples. But I credit signature and the providers I’ve worked with for saving my life. I really needed the help, and they helped me navigate that.

I see Tanya Fox as a psych NP at Ravenwood, and she is a complete godsend. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. I just cannot say enough nice things about her. I’m so glad I found her.

I talked to an Emergency Services counselor named Caitlynn today. She was very kind, caring,and thorough. She worked VERY hard to try to help me. By her spending so much time with me,she got me to the point where I was able to calm down a little more, and avoid having to go to the hospital,because I "Hate" hospitals.And, now, later in the day, I've been able to calm down even more to where I dont feel like I'm "Crisis" mode now,&it feels easier now to wait to see my provider on 12/6/2023. Outstanding nursing staff. Really can't elaborate enough about how great they were. Moreover, the actual care and treatment were excellent.
I don't think I saw my assigned doctor a single time during my 3 day stay, but the nursing staff made sure I was in good hands and felt safe.
Decent food considering it's a hospital, although they quite literally got every single meal wrong to varying degrees. For instance, one order had 8 items on it, and only 1 was correct.
The showers are awful and extremely cold.

My name is Stephanie and when I was at my worst signature health saved my life. They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with. I have been clean off of methamphetamine and fentanyl/heroin for 8 years now. Thank you to the staff at signature health. If you guys didn't have a past with substance abuse yourself I wouldn't have ever trusted you. But your guidance and help saved me. I love you guys. I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

I do groups at Edna House and absolutely luv it there! I have told the women several times I’m moving in just not as a client (yet, right?) these women support one another and are somehow able to put differences aside, plus it always floors me that everytime I walk in that kitchen is spotless!

The Edna House for Women is the best! It is a safe place to heal and to grow while living in a supportive and structured environment. The recent renovations have turned an already very special home into a beautiful place to live while beginning a new life in sobriety. They offer all of this without requiring money or having health insurance to get into the program. This house saves lives!!!

The 5 stars are for Sue. She is the only person there, the phone is off of the hook, and she does her absolute best to take care of the people who are physically there. She's been with these guys for at least 10 years, so she deserves a big raise or even a bonus for putting 100% of herself into her work. She deserves a lunch break! Ranjan you need to take care of her, make sure she is appreciated for all of her hard work.
