I’ve been going to Dr.Hielman for 15 years now and he’s truly amazing! The staff also is always friendly and caring. I wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else because it would be a waste of time! Dr.Hileman has helped with my pain management and has helped tackle other issues of mine.

My father’s building had exploded, and I was worried sick about him. He needs his medication daily, and I was desperate to find a way to help. The owner here is an amazing individual who stepped in to help my father in a time of great need. My father has nothing but good things to say about this place, and I’m so happy he’s able to take care of his health along side caring doctors, nurses, and therapists. ❤️

This is an amazing place, and a solid program to work. I haven't had any issues as far as the clinical, and mental health staff, and as far as any other staff, they also are supportive, and are serious as far keeping us all sober. If it wasn't for this place, the alternative would be death, or locked up for me. So thank you New Day, Niles and Newton Falls, for giving me another chance at life and for helping me reestablish a relationship with my family, and being there for my mental health also.

This place has always had my back at every level of care they have. 960, 920, Rogers, Niles, Newton Falls. Ever since I was a 19 year old kid struggling with addiction. The amenities of course make it a great place but not as much as the staff and hospitality. I will always recommend New Day. There isn’t enough good things I can say about them. I was so scared to go into just ANOTHER detox to come out and go back to my same ways. New Day wasn't just another detox/rehab facility. When I found myself entering this treatment center, I had absolutely nothing going for me. A year later, I got my son home, my fiance and I both got clean TOGETHER, we both have full time jobs, 2 cars, a beautiful home and our families back. For this first time in 14 years we are both sober, healthy, happy, and succeeding in life. Without the counselors and all the help here, I woukdnt have made it but love my life today more then anything Andi owe thisplace so much for that. I have been a patient for almost 4 years and I absolutely love the medical team here. It starts with a front desk smile and the good mood and attitude continues from there. The people who work here really make the experience comforting and easy. Now to be honest days that the dr is out and Telehealth is used you may be there for extra long waiting periods. But when the Dr is in, it usually goes quick and smoothly. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting to start your recovery journey. 😊

I've been to multiple places for treatment and this place is BY FAR the best I've been to in 10 years. The appointment process does take a bit longer than most places but you can tell the people who work here genuinely care about you. They listen AND accommodate to your wants and needs. I'd definitely recommend Brightview to any one who is struggling and want help.

I've had wonderful experiences with this facility. The staff are caring and they will help you as long as you want the help. The front desk lady, April is truly a beautiful soul. The doctor is a wonderful doctor with true concern for his patients. I definitely recommend this place if you are interested in M.A.T's, primary care, case management, psych, or counseling. They even have a moms group for women who have children or are pregnant and expecting and they will help you with resources for your child.

Great Clinic. I started at the New Castle Location when it was The Discovery House and then transferred to the Cranberry location when I moved, and then ended here at the Farrell location when I moved again back to Ohio. They accepted Ohio medicaid and I really didn't want to change clinics, so I stayed with Discovery House/Comprehensive Treatment Center. Each location was fantastic. By far my favorite clinics. Counselors and staff were 100% amazing and super caring, considerate and most importantly understanding and non judgemental. I really recommend this place.

I came to the Youngstown, Meridian Rd location to get off of heroin/fentanyl at the end of 2023. The first day i came in to fill out paperwork i could tell i was at the right place. The staff are so caring and even when they're extremely busy they take their time with you no matter what. My only complaint was that my tolerance was so high and they start out every new patient on 30mg. That led me to still use until a couple months later when i finally got up to a higher dosage and they split my daily dose because i have such a high metabolism as found out they testing. Other than that i have absolutely no complaints and would wholeheartedly call a few of the staff friends. They have gone above and beyond for me a few times and i appreciated it so much. Many others will ask how my days going and while I'm at the dosing counter Maria is sure to ask if everything is ok with me which makes me feel great! The first year and a half i had Krista Rubosky as my primary care and MAT physician. Because i drive 63 miles round trip and because i was going thru other medical problems that hadn't been figured out yet, she would do both appointments at the same time on the MAT side. She was so caring and amazing, the best ever, but unfortunately she left there for personal reasons early 2025. As far as all the doctors, nurses and screening personnel, i can't say enough about how good mannered and patient everyone is and i honestly just love them for doing everything in their power to make us patients feel like someone actually cares and takes the time to do so. My heart goes out to all the employees and especially my counselor Abby. She's helped me more than i actually think she even knows. I've never been to a counselor before but it's been a pleasure being with her. I'll be moving next month out of state and I've got to say, i will wholeheartedly miss each and everyone of the employees at the Meridian Health Campus in Youngstown Ohio on Meridian road. I will genuinely miss our interactions every two weeks on my pick up day. Thanks for everything everyone and to anyone thinking of coming here, do it! You will not be disappointed and don't pay attention to some of the above comments degrading this place. Like anything, you get out what you give in. Simple as that🙂 Have a great day and good luck!!

I recently called this office with what felt like a million questions, and from the moment my call was answered, I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist I spoke with was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had questions about scheduling, paperwork, insurance details — you name it — and she walked me through everything step by step without ever making me feel rushed or like I was a burden. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people, but you can tell she takes pride in what she does. Her professionalism and warm attitude made what could have been a stressful phone call feel easy and reassuring. Customer service like this makes all the difference. The ladies that answer the phone are always kind and listen, I have called a lot in the last couple of months to leave a message for the doctor or what not and they are always kind about it. I have had to cancel and reschedule and haven't had any issues. The doctor always listens to what I have to say and helps advocate for my child.

Dr mike maggio does a good job with both my son's and their medications. I highly recomend him. He takes his time and asks lots of questions and trys to help my son with out putting him on a lot of meds. My son has asd with sensory disturbance and hightend hearing so its very hard for him to navagate his daily life. There was a issue with one of the meds causing aggressions and from the start dr mike knew what to change and it worked wonders. He checked on my son 3xs a week when we first changed his meds and one time he was busy on a Fri and didnt get a chance to call and took time out of his weekend to check up on us. He stays in contact with the counsler and they work very well together for both my son's.
