I don’t write too many reviews, but I used to go to the signature health pharmacy in Willoughby and switched over to the Painesville pharmacy probably about a year ago maybe a little more and I have to say the customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. They have helped me through so many issues and just recently When a prior authorization hadn’t gone through not only were they kind and understanding but also super attentive to the situation! The man, I wish I knew his name, went out of his way to call me and let me know that everything was taken care of. A stressful situation made so much better by the employees! I just wanted to express my gratitude to that staff!

I see Tanya Fox as a psych NP at Ravenwood, and she is a complete godsend. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. I just cannot say enough nice things about her. I’m so glad I found her.

I talked to an Emergency Services counselor named Caitlynn today. She was very kind, caring,and thorough. She worked VERY hard to try to help me. By her spending so much time with me,she got me to the point where I was able to calm down a little more, and avoid having to go to the hospital,because I "Hate" hospitals.And, now, later in the day, I've been able to calm down even more to where I dont feel like I'm "Crisis" mode now,&it feels easier now to wait to see my provider on 12/6/2023. Caitlynn definately should be Commended for the great job she did with me today.

This rehab was ok. What I liked most about it was they definitely taught me how I can have fun sober. We went for walks, bowling, church, fishing, got to see pigs, and meetings AA and NA, pottery, and the gym it was by far the best rehab I’ve ever been to!!! The staff really cares about your recovery. I am now 1month sober and counting! I feel awesome!!! Shoutout to my counselor Cami she was the absolute best!!! I would recommend this place for anyone trying to get sober. There are only 28 beds which is great! Cause then everyone has time to truly stay focused on their recovery and why they’re there. Thanks alpine for everything!

horrible place for so called mental health treatment. Ive been through 5 other assessments to see my son regularly after my divorce. This place drags everything on and on and on. with stupid packetsto fillout supervisors are horrible and place is a constant revolving door.

I had an amazing psychiatrist at this location for a couple years but once that psychiatrist moved and I couldn’t see her anymore I had no interest in staying there. This place is okay but there are definitely better places to go to.

The Crossroad Crisis Hotline has helped immensely over the years. The group of people who are in the crisis hotline group are so supportive, patient & caring. They listen to you & help in anyway they can. They have helped my family & I even on weekends! I don’t know what I would have done over the last couple years without their support & guidance. I would refer anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or if you have a family member experiencing one to utilize that support option. I could never thank this team enough!

I went there back in 1979. I was a rebellious teenager with a suspended sentence to OYC. I can't say anything bad about it. I really enjoyed working in the machine shop.
I got kicked out for of all things standing outside the dorm on the hill and getting high before church. It was a good experience for me. Really my first interaction with Jesus people. I remember the man who ran the machine shop asking me to help clean a building they threw all the garbage bags in before we took them to the dump. As we worked he told what Jesus did for him and it was really impressive. Keep up the good work. Even those of us who didn't make it there were able to go on to find the Lord. Keep planting seeds.

Got to the E. D. around 6:45. We were promptly checked in and only waited 15 min before being sent to triage. Immediately put into a bed and the nurse came in less than 5 min later to start an IV and draw blood. Dr. Nicholson was very prompt to examine my husband. Immediately after that chest X-ray, ECG were performed. Meds loaded and breathing treatment given all before 8:20. The E. D. was very busy and they were short staffed with nurses but you would never know by how smoothly everything went. We couldn't be more pleased with the efficiency and thoroughness of our visit!

Went in for a broken wrist. Staff and nurses were good to me. XRAY personnel were very quick getting pictures. Wrapped me in a temporary split, all they could do and referral to a surgeon was given.

The owner here is an amazing individual who stepped in to help my father in a time of great need. I was a resident there in the late 80s I remember the staff there I remember a lot of the staff members. They were very supportive got me through a lot of hard times I didn’t have the greatest upbringing, but the first time I fell in love With a boy, he was a resident there as well. I don’t have a whole Lotta great memories in my life, but I remember being there and I remember having somebody that I could talk to whether it was a staff member or staff member in the unit. The counselors used to sing a song and play guitar and it was such an amazing song and this day I remember that song, I remember going on activities and playing baseball and finally for the first time in my life having somebody that actually listen to me I would actually love to be able to get a hold of an employee there. His name is Glenn. He was on the boys unit last I heard he was working in the school Wrote a story about the boy I remember in my life during time I really needed them so thank you To the staff that was there during the time I was there

Today I had an appointment with Jennifer spies. It was a virtual appointment. So I was on video and as I was talking it’s 8:40am my 3 year old got up. As as mom I’m going to tend to my daughter and get her some breakfast. Jennifer got upset stating I can’t be walking around and she needs my undivided attention. I a MOTHER I can do many things while paying attention. Who are you to tell me I can’t walk around in my home and tend to my child. The moment you got on video you had an attitude. I matched your energy and then going to laugh and say oh I see you’re not very happy with me. This place is very unprofessional especially for my first visit! I will be filing a complaint further because I wasn’t even given the chance to do my appointment because I tended to my 3 year old toddler and this appointment was for one hour long! Jennifer I pray God deliver the evil from your heart. And your wicked ways

(Natalie)Therapy has been great for my little. I’ve noticed such a transformation with her as she uses the things she learned in every day life. Things don’t always turn out as we hope , but she is learning early how to manage her emotions. It is clear Natalie is genuinely there for my child. I couldn’t be more grateful to her.
My personal experience was a little different. I was seeing a therapist(Gavin) for a year, and it was amazing. I felt like I had someone in my corner and genuinely felt like “woah, I finally found a good one”. During that year, my therapist was a huge gift in my life. Unfortunately, I was terminated immediately via text and voicemail, after a year, citing “facility policy” after I disclosed transference (which I thought was healthy and normal). There was no closure, no humanity at all. I was left humiliated and abandoned. I realize now I was just a way to kill an hour a week. Unfortunately, I no longer have faith or trust in the therapeutic process. It has been a little over 2 months, and while I am disappointed in how it ended, I will forever be grateful for the positive I experienced during that year. If you seek therapy, find someone with experience in all aspects of the therapeutic process.

Don't get meds thru the Dr at paoletta's because when it's time for refills you'll wait a week or more to get them!!! Has happened 2x's now even with the pharmacy requesting refills a month b4

It’s had it ups and downs but for me I been using services for over a decade. They are friendly caring compassionate team who had many expansions. Many good people have come and gone. They have excellent employment services, great counselors, A great psychiatrists Dr. D they have many beautiful friendly people like Sharona and Yelena who are great with Clients. They also have case management.
