My experience at The Bluffs was honestly the best experience I've had for recovery! I have been to one other facility in the past and Yea alot is the same thing.. But there is something about the people there... Caring. Loving. Compassionate. Understanding. Heck even months after I was discharged from their care I still feel their care! Brandon reaches out almost like a good friend checking in! Kaitlyn my therapist there talked to me one day one the phone while I was going through some motions for almost 2 hours!!! Now if that doesn't speak words to move mountains I don't know what does! Even the friends I made there we are still in contact and talk almost daily! One person I definitely miss and appreciate also is Pastor Mike! (someone tell him I still think he smells nice)! Haha! He'll know what I'm talking about! If you need any sort of help with life and it's addictive sides please reach out to them! They save lives and keep them going! I would love to come back as a speaker and talk about my time there!

This place has been a safe space and staple in my life since around 13 years of age. In my honest opinon they focus more on Family unity and comunication, but I have had a lot of help with PTSD and self-esteem as well as assertivness and anger issues. Things seemed to run more smoothly when I was a child perhaps that is perception or changing of the times? Either way, that is something I would like to return and will myself work on. The atmosphere is very zen compared to before their remodel, the staff is still very friendly to me and/or professional, when problems have accured I have to be the ONE that is reminding them there is a problem, which is fair. I have went a few years inbetween treatments and always been honest with them and they have never done me dirty.

I have been going to conquest for the last six years. My counselor Mrs Denise Is absolutely one of the most caring kind Unjudgmental humans I’ve ever had the honor of knowing. She genuinely cares about her patience and takes the time to listen to me every visit. When my life was at its worst, she was there for me. I look forward to every visit I have with her. if anyone is looking for help and needs A counselor who truly cares I suggest you ask for her. I have been six years, clean and sober from opiates, and and she has played a big part in my recovery.

This place saved my life. I went there straight from detox and I was home!!! I stayed sober clean and I'm hoping to get a job there I filled out an application? The horizon house helped save my life. The staff here is absolutely incredible they were always there for me when I needed help or someone to talk to. Chris is an incredible caring man. Melissa and Tracy were always so sweet, kind, helpful and uplifting. The facilitators Rob, Shiann, Maddie, Charisma, Hazel were great teachers with alot of advice. Kristen the case manager was truly an inspiration along with a few others. The general staff were always there to talk to if needed. I will always have a place in my heart for this staff. A huge thank you to Ashlee, Keia, Sharon and Natalie yall were a big part of my success at the house and I will forever be thankful to have met you all. If you need help with addiction do not be afraid to reach out to townhall 2 and get the help you need. These negative comments are probably people who didnt truly want the help. The people that work there are great!! Always trying to help the best they can, trying to build community with amazing events and really showing what a good institution this is. I've been going for over 6 months now and I have to say that everyone is so nice. My counselor has literally saved my life and helped me work through my anxiety.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I made it aware that I had never been to therapy or a psychiatrist before and, before the doctor even made an effort to hear or understand anything about my issues (10 minutes into the first visit), I was prescribed a bipolar medicine. I was already hyper aware of their “treatment” failures as these reviews pretty plainly state all the issues with this facility, but I was desperate. I started taking the meds and it quickly was apparent it was not working. I called back with my concerns and the doctor upped my dose of that medicine. I was walking around like a zombie, not sleeping and felt like I was in a haze. I called BACK to let her know and she suggested upping my dose again. I immediately denied and stopped any further communication with them. They are not interested in actually helping people. This facility seems to push for bipolar diagnoses, not even “entertaining” anything else. Not to mention the staff are so unbelievably rude, it doesn’t feel like a safe space at all. You feel like a burden the entire time. Please do not go to this facility. It has hindered a lot of progress for me because I felt so defeated for so long after.

Amanda is amazing! I am writing a review as she went way above her job to handle a problem that happened that was out of their control during project detour. Thanks to Jessie for handling the situation as well. Great staff on both weekends made the weekend less miserable. Thank you, Amanda, Jessie, and Chris! However, townhall 2 needs to find a hotel not infested with bed bugs as 2 rooms I was in were infested and luckily did not have any other rooms available. When I returned to finish my weekend the following month as I sat there one of the other people from the new class said and then showed that they were covered in bed bug bites, which is why I left the month prior.... the hotel obviously does not care if they are infested. Unfortunately, townhall 2 still continues to use them knowing that this is a problem. I do not believe it is the project detour staffs choice of hotel, so I will not be rude to them as they are there doing their jobs and did what they could to help me out. I will say whoever it is making the choice of hotel 6 in Streetsboro boo to you!

My thing is is you get people in there right and they're being counseled and supervise by recovering drug addicts all right people who have done drugs themselves are now counseling other drug addicts so what they do is they share their stories blah blah blah blah here's the problem you take people in there so they can you know you can treat them like their their King and Queens and so they don't have to take responsibilities for any of the problems that they have caused maybe their families or friends or anything you act like you guys are a community and you don't care anything about the people's families the residents is families the outpatients families you don't care about them at all . the ones that have come to you for help of their loved ones right those are the ones you don't care about you just want to add more and more people to your like community and that's all you want to do you could care less about the families you could care less of the residents have kids or the residents have wives or families or anything like that it's all about you people treating yourself like your kings and queens of the world you're not kings and queens you are recovering drug addicts that's what you are and you need to make sure you keep that in mind there's people out there that work very hard very hard to get their counseling degrees they have never done any drugs at all they're the ones who worked hard and studied on how to counsel recovering drug addicts they worked hard for that you don't take recovered drug addicts and have them supervise drug addicts and council drug addicts it's it's ridiculous it's absolutely ridiculous and then you leave out the families of the residences.

My husband has been able to heal through the worst childhood possible with the help of Morgan and emdr therapy. The receptionists make you feel so welcome and it's the most comforting and relaxing setting there. Absolutely recommend trying them. I’ve only had one appointment so far, but I found the receptionist and the nurse practitioner extremely friendly and helpful! The nurse practitioner took a lot of time to really get to know me, and had some very good advice about my medications. Very little wait time also.

I was referred here by my doctor for mental health.. I was terrified to go due to extreme anxiety.. But to my surprise the lady the registered me was super nice.. the lady they had me talking to was super nice even though I thought I was too broken she's was willing to help me.. they only thing I was a little disappointed with was I went in to get my meds straightened out and find a new one and it has taken me a month to be seen again bc they see so many people.. which isn't they're fault they're trying to help so many people.. it just sucks to have to wait and fight alone until the next appointment.

4 stars for detox, 1 for woman's supportive housing. Alot of people are there because they have to be, or they have no place else to go, so it's very chaotic. Not a healthy environment for recovery, in my opinion. The gossip around campus is that the higher ups are only about the money, but I'm not sure if that's true. The counselors are great, but there is not enough of them. Two of the nighttime RA's were awful, gossipy, lazy, cold, and unprofessional.
