First appointment was at 10am and the second was at 11am, I arrived at 9:45 for my first appointment as soon as I arrived they told me their system was down. I went over to my other appointment to see if they could get me in but no luck. I went back to the first appointment and sat there for 1 hour and 30 minutes from when I arrived. 3 people who got to the lab after I did were seen because they had a scheduled physician appointment with someone at mankiller, I was set to mankiller from my doctor that I was referred out to from hastings who needed some blood work and a few other things. I was NOT seen today and will have to take time off from my job in order to come back for these appointments. I am not upset with the staff as they could not control these issues but if cherokee nation health services is going to keep having these constant issues as they have had since the last large storm we had in stilwell then they need to find a different provider for their internet needs. I'm beyond frustrated at this situation today, there was no point in filling out my intake forms online if I was unable to be seen.

Valley Hope of Oklahoma City is a facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, that provides intensive drug and alcohol addiction. This program played a critical role in supporting my sobriety. I began my recovery journey in the inpatient program at Valley Hope, and after completing that phase, I transitioned directly into their outpatient services in Oklahoma City. The outpatient program offers two formats—online and in-person—and I chose the in-person option because of the structure and connection it provides. Throughout my participation, I developed meaningful relationships with fellow patients and benefited greatly from individualized counseling sessions. These one-on-one meetings were especially impactful, offering personalized guidance, accountability, and a safe space to process challenges. The group environment also fosters peer support, encourages personal responsibility, and helps individuals stay focused on their recovery goals. I genuinely believe that the outpatient program was essential to maintaining my sobriety. The support, education, and community it provides make a significant difference, and I cannot overstate how valuable the experience has been. For anyone struggling with substance use, I strongly recommend considering this program as a resource for long-term recovery.

Reported being a vicitm of false accusations abuse to my medical provider with massive stress headaches and what I felt was declining health. Got a referal to this place. Reported exactly as I reported being a vicitm of false allegations to the referal doctor to their intake, got sympathy and understanding from the medical doctor, they seemed not so concerned for me at their mental health appointment intake! Recieved a notice they were about a month out for assigned care, I reiterated I needed victim mental health care, and they sent me a text indicating a woman would have at at home session with me, I was relieved, felt like a real manidory reporter was finally going to do what it takes to come in and talk about not only the abuse on me, but my children and elderly mother that I also reported. Appointment time came, no one showed. Get a call asking me if I am going to participate in the therapy. Then learned that at home session meant online. Learned this 15 minutes into the scheduled time. The lady was rather rude in that I should have known it was online and not in person. Told me to call her Mrs. Baker when reffering to her. Basically was not interested in my family victim of abuse and extorsion story. Ended with O Great, Good Bye, never heard from this place again!

At the age of 2.5 years, my son Adam was showing signs of autism, such as a lack of eye contact, inability to speak (not even a word), and difficulty interacting with us. As new parents, this was incredibly challenging and confusing, leaving us unsure of what to do. My wife heard about IBH from a friend who praised the amazing work they do with autistic kids. We decided to contact IBH, and the rest is history. Thanks to the genuine care, competency, and quality services provided by the IBH organization, Adam has learned how to make eye contact, speak, and ask for what he needs. IBH has been instrumental in our child's journey towards independence. I can't imagine how different his story might have been if we had chosen the wrong center. We recently moved from Oklahoma City to Raleigh, North Carolina. We have been missing IBH's special touch that played a crucial role in our son's progress. No therapy center here in North Carolina has been able to match the level of care and service we received from IBH in Oklahoma City. If you are in the Oklahoma City area, consider yourself very fortunate. Do your little angel a huge service and enroll them at IBH. I feel it's my moral duty to share our experience and help other families who might be in the same position we were before discovering this amazing center.

IBH was a godsend and continues to be. My teenager was dx ADD, ODD and OCD. An IBH counselor came to our home weekly during the most difficult time in my life. When my son became suicidal, it was the rep that helped me get him into acute care, when every facility wouldn’t take my calls. That week stay changed everything for us. My son is now a college student. I don’t know how we would have survived without IBH. 5 years later, the rep stays in touch with my family and spent 3 hours on a call (unpaid) just to check in with my youngest. After her conversation she let me know she agrees with the steps I’m taking to get him help. Our life has not been easy or perfect. It’s been really hard balancing a career, single parenthood and single parent kids - you know unruly and defiant. But it’s this one person that gives me the comfort of knowing, when I’m drowning, she’ll be there. Thanks IBH for always being there… I miss our weekly sessions and look forward to the trip to Italy when we get through this last one. For as you always smiled and said… this too shall pass.
