One of their counselors parked in a HC spot and made excuses about it. According to my information she's not handicap. She physically put her car half in the access area and half in a HC spot and didn't care. No HC tag, no placard. She's apparently so privileged in doing so when she was called out she made excuses and then had her friends stalk and harass and lie the person actual disabled person that called her out. This lady works with the disabled and is a mental health counselor. She's able bodied. The center could care less.

I have to say that I was impressed by everyone that had a hand in my daughter’s procedure yesterday. From the sweet lady that checked her in, to the nurses who took care of her. Bethany is a wonderful asset to this hospital. I know that God put her there for that occasion. Dr. Law is very informative before and after the procedure. This is such an awesome place to go to! I’ve been going here for almost two years and the staff and counselors at this location are just simply amazing! The nurses at the windows, the amazing staff at the front desk, and all the way to back to the director and Doctor of this clinic are absolutely the most down to earth, friendliest people I’ve ever met! If you have a strong mind and you really want better for yourself I highly recommend this clinic is the best for you! CTC has absolutely been an amazing experience for me and will continue to be! When it comes to this sort of thing there are always going to be stressful days, and hard times, but this is a great clinic with good people and the environment feels safe. The ladies in the front are awesome, and are always kind and understanding and they have bright smiles even when it’s early in the morning. Angela is so easy to vibe with and she has a great sense of humor and a personality anyone can relate to. Ty (Theia) is an amazing counselor who is also very easy to vibe with and talk to, and that’s a big deal when it comes to being able to talk to counselors. She’s someone you feel like you can be honest with and be able to talk about any potential bad times and you won’t feel shamed or judged when talking to her. Cheryl is also amazing with great style and she will ease your mind when it’s time for a needle prick for labs. Thank you everyone at CTC for working hard every morning for us!

This is a great clinic with some great people working there. They did more than anyone could ever as to accommodate me and really went above and beyond to make sure I could get into MAT. I personally did not have long term success here but that has more to do with my not being ready as well as having unrealistic expectations for things that are out of their control and are policies and procedures that are actually written into law for how all MAT clinics are to operate. Everyone that I interacted with there provided a level of care that I was satisfied with. I did like some more than others but I feel it was more due to subjective factors and personal preferences. Considering the alternatives, this clinic and especially the staff there really do go above and beyond. I don’t think people realize that they are not required to do a lot of the things they do to try and help people. Like I can say I would not have been as patient with me if I were the one working there. They really made something that I was dreading and convinced would be horrible something that was in the end not too bad and much more pleasant and really a lot easier than I expected. I cannot recommend them enough.

I would be in a very bad place without the help of GLMHC. Depression is a tough foe, but the good people at Grand have been a vital ally and friend in that fight. I owe them everything for all the help they have given me, and I most definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their mental health. There is no shame in getting help. I don't regret doing so and hopefully you won't either.

Got right in and got the help I needed, over helped to be honest. Took a few visits though until I could see the doctor and nurse to get everything figured out with my medication which is understandable but took a bit long. When getting refills they tell me to call in a couple days early but when I do they wont at least call it in to pharmacy until I call the day its due and im out and then I wait and hope meds will be done that day. But other than that just got to be patient. Having adhd that's a difficult task ☺️

As someone who was terribly frightened of starting on the path to mental health recovery, Comcare made it very easy. The workers were patient with my inexperience and my intake was a breeze.
My greatest fear was that I'd be treated as an attention-seeker, or foolish for having done my research. Instead, my intake practitioner was thoughtful and receptive, and agreed with my basic coverage of things; though I am not a skeptic of therapy, it was not what I needed. Referral to a medication consultation was quick and painless, as was that appointment.
Above all, everything has been immensely affordable -- and more importantly, Comcare doesn't pressure you to cough up. I've never once been made to pay in office, or even asked to. I get my bill in the mail, and pay when I am able.

I knew I needed help and researched several different recovery centers before calling Bel Aire Recovery Center. It was the best thing I ever did because it saved my life. These people are why addicts don't speak up for help... my Husband had been struggling with addiction and he turned to gateway of his own free will for help willing to pay for their services out of pocket so he can get better. He mentioned to the counselor that he wanted to get treatment because he has kids AND THEY CALLED CPS ON US. It's disgusting how they treated someone who needed help and made our situation worse. If you are needing actual help I would look elsewhere!!

They are Human Beings! It provides them a safe civilized place to acquire what they themselves(& the Dr. too of course) feel they need in about 5 minutes a visit. Like the convenience store. And with that outta the way most of them have nothing to do other than focus on Thier lives & get jobs & eventually start weening themselves off because that being treated with a little dignity and self respect(UNHEARD OF in addict culture) becomes the addiction! It's the one thing or technically 2 we've never felt. Dignity & Self Respect! It's why Liquor stores & gas station clerks aren't being held up and murdered on the news every other night by desperate homeless drug addicts on the news anymore like the good ol 80's & 90's!

My counselor has helped me in more aspects of my life than just addiction treatment. She has encouraged me to get help with my mental and emotional past. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients and she will tell you how it is and not beat around the bush. And that's what I appreciate about her. She makes sure that I am doing ok as I'm weaning myself of the methadone currently and helps me with problems that I don't speak to anyone else about. So M. I have been going here since 2008. Venessa Harvey is the absolute best provider. She's 100 percent an absolute NO bs type of person and when it comes to my health, that's what I want. I dread going to indian clinic because they're preferential and it SHOWS, but this particular clinic has given me the best providers. Dr. Davis took care of me at the urgent care and that man is an angel. I hope there are more doctors like Dr. Davis and Dr. Harvey... They make you feel HUMAN (not like a number 😭)
