Any low income individuals seeking medication management through Red Rock should be sure to advocate for themselves in regards to transparency around cost of medication.
I was prescribed Trintellix for major depressive disorder, and it costs so much even they wouldn’t cover it since I had no insurance, so they gave me samples every time I was due for a refill. I applied for Medicare and thankfully it was approved and covered the medication. I’ve been stable on this medication for around a year, but now I make too much to qualify for Medicare. Now, even with a coupon this medication is over $600, around what I pay for rent every month. I am now forced to choose between the medication that keeps my debilitating depression manageable/suicidal thoughts in check and a roof over my head. It’s negligent of them to do this without consent or communication with the patient. Shame on you Red Rock, you are supposed to be helping your community not burdening us further.

This experience isn't about this hospital. Unfortunately it's about Pawnee County Hospital.
I went 3 weeks ago with shortness of breath. And the doctor told me I was dehydrated and walked out of the room and sent in the discharge nurse. I went to another hospital with a REAL DR. and they actually listened to what was wrong. They prescribed medicine that would keep my heart rate close to normal to keep me from dying. And referred me to a cardiologist who scheduled an ultrasound for the heart, stress test and monitor. But the appt days are still in the future.
Speed up to today.
I forgot to take my medicine this morning. But sitting in my office I didn't really notice it much. It got hard to breath sometimes but wasn't bad. Then I made the mistake of walking around the store. I walked maybe 30 yards and my heart rate SHOT UP. I went and got my medicine because I couldn't breathe then I came home to try and relax. But it kept getting worse. My body got tingly, my hands locked up. My whole body locked up. I couldn't move, talk, or do anything. My buddy called the ambulance and they took me to the ER. I have already had an ekg, blood test and xray. All normal. That's why I'm waiting on the other tests appts. But they did them all again anyways. Then the doctor comes in. This is IMPORTANT. he tells me that nothing is wrong. It's probably just a medicine I took. I told him I want another doctor. He chuckled, said there's not one. THEN WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM.
I was a 19D Cavalry Scout Forward Reconnaissance Dismount Team Leader. My body is trained to get through some tough stuff. I know when something is wrong with me. After being treated like that, if it happens again I would assume die on the kitchen floor before going back there.

They don't deserve one star'. I have a grandson in Grand Lake Mental health facility or was " I don't know what is the truth with this place. He wanted to get into a program for Substance abuse to detox for 30days after having an accident from a drug. I called around for him , so we can get him the help he needed. Not only that' He had to be in court by April 4,2025. Christian was brought into the facility on the 16 of February 2025 , but we were told they would get him a bed the next day, so we brought him back. We were told he would get to call us and we could call and inquire and support our grandson. That was a LIE" All his rights were violated as far as the consumer rights of ODMHSAS. He always check in with us and his big brother on everything . I've got guardianship .I was told by one of the guys that was outside of the facility" that Christian was beat badly and sent to the Urgent care services for his injuries by one of the Therapist, so now I'm worried. I kept trying to call him or hear from him in that facility everyday and no prevail for the whole two months (February-March) We haven't had any contact with our (grandson )Christian since he entered that facility and still haven't been given the opportunity to hear from him in any way shape or form. They always tell me they don't have a ROI on file and they can't say whether he is there or not and they will take a message and give it to the Therapist and he will write his name on the board to call me at a designated time , but he was told in front of my husband and I ' that he would get to sign one. He asked her for that form , so that he could sign it and they ushered him to the back and we proceed to follow and they said' We couldn't go back with him. They would make sure he signed the necessary documents for family for emergency and for us as the guardians. This isn't like him to just not call or speak to us about his situation and I feel awful he had to go through this ' just to get help and now NO communication since he entered that facility and were just suppose to believe WHATEVER" without hearing from him ourselves?... Something isn't right and I can't rest until I know what happen to him in that facility. I've seen reviews about this facility recently from witnesses to what Our family is going through. The Isolation and the abuse from them and their families is crazy. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING? I was told he discharged March 28th, 2025 and went to a sobering house. Now' I call there and they said' he isn't there either, So where did they take him ? Why lie to his family. Right now' We still haven't heard from him. DO NOT GO THERE

CTI saved my life!!! Without heir help and their program I wouldn't be clean or be here today. Believe me, if you are seeking help, this is the right place. They will do anything in their power to help you succeed.
CTI cannot be trusted and is not what it advertises or presents itself to be, unfortunately. Basically a lie/false advertising.
Looking for affordable therapy however— there is no intention/sliding income scale/ or desire to help without specific insurance or $375!! cash out of pocket for initial assessment—which I simply do not have and they simply do not care.
Decision to not help made personally by a supervisor. Like most, decision is driven by $ involved— Not need.
Really disappointed and with insurance or not—-highly recommend you finding another place for help.
Don’t go to CTI.
