When I entered through the hospital doors I first saw a check-in desk.After
Checking in another lady offered to guide me to the office of my appointment. I was immediately greeted when I got to Dr. Nabi's office. The wait wasn't long and everyone was very pleasant. There were beautiful Christmas trees in various areas of the hospital that I really enjoyed!
All of my test results were back by the next day. Every time I go to Integris I am pleased with my care.

i am the legal guardian of my son. I wanted him taken to a real hospital not a psychiatric facility. He was illegally taken to this facility against his wishes and mine. This facility "repeatedly" assaulted my son and covered it up. I filed a complaint with the "feds" under an EMTALA violation and they did nothing. Oklahoma finally did a surprise inspection. I am going to post it online if I could post it here I would. The state of oklahoma refused to close this facility. They had more than 200 violations i mean 25 pages... to cover up what they did to my son.. they made up criminal charges.. beware of this place.. my son has since been to an excellent facility where he received excellent care i.e. Grand Lake Mental Health Care.. go there not to this place.. let me know where i can post the inspection I had performed.

I am a 11 year old boy who went to meadow lake twice, each time it got better. My first time was 4 months - second was 3 weeks. They really cared about my health and well-being. My favorite staff was really nice and since I was there on Christmas, we had a really great time. Please take my review and let it change your mind

My granddaughter has been inpatient there 2 times. This last time really helped her. She hasn't had any issues since she was discharged. The staff were very friendly and polite. If she needed any thing they were there to help her . And let us know what she needed. Thank you all the staff for taking such good care of Annie .

I have had nothing but a good experience since starting 3 years or so ago. Myself and my family have used several different services, all of which were positive experiences.
Ive had a care tem and they are the best. They have kept track of me and reached out routinely. I'm very grateful for their services.
I just can't rave enough.
If ever there was an issue as they too are human and suffer life as we do. Who knows what the reason, but I always treated everyone with kindness ( I think) and showed them understanding, knowing it's a high pressure job with difficult people struggling with life. For all the many who have been a part of all of our treatments, we thank you. 🙏

Absolutely love the children's therapy here. I was skeptical about coming here at first because I hear people say negative things about FCS a lot. But I am really glad we gave it a chance. My child goes here for therapy related to emotions, ADHD, ODD, etc. Both people who work with my child (therapist and case manager) are absolutely wonderful and go out of their way to make sure we are all okay and help us anyway they can. Extremely thankful and happy here.

Valley Hope has changed my life. I went from isolation in a motel room doing drugs, to being a productive citizen. I’ve been sober 54 days today and a huge part is because of Valley Hope. Valley hope is a wonderful treatment facility. Felt cared for in a very crucial and fragile state in my life. The meals were great and so was staff. The after care has stuck out tremendously too me. 6 months later and phoebe is still calling to check on me. What a place!

A family member recently completed the recovery program at Country Road Recovery Center, and I cannot say enough good things about them. He had dealt with addiction for many years. In terms of being in the program, he recently said "It was the best things I've ever done and I wish I had done it sooner". When he completed the program, they helped him with placement in a sober living house and arranged for his attendance in an intensive outpatient program. They care about their patients. Our family highly recommends Country Road for addiction treatment.

First meeting was great. Second meeting I was double booked, and the provider didn't even know I was there. It took 9 weeks for my next meeting with someone new, and I was notified several minutes after my appointment time, the provider was in a meeting and would be a little longer. Time management is reserved for the private sector, where there is an incentive based pay scale... not here.

It was very much a tough love facility, which is the only way to get through to me. I didn't have any problems personally with the staff (other than my big personality clashing with staff's big personalities at times), they were all very nice to me. But they don't take no shit either, so don't pick this place trying to stir up trouble. You will not get along well. The kitchen staff is SO loving, I wish I was able to eat more while I was there!! It always looked so delicious and had huge helpings. I like this facility out of all other 7 times I've been elsewhere, because it is a dual diagnosis. They really give you curriculum that helps you to understand why we think and are this way, rather than the basic curriculum. Thank you all staff for being a helpful stepping stone in my story.

AND A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE KITCHEN STAFF! the food is to die for! At dccca you become one big happy family I enjoyed every minute my kids and I where there I would do it ALLL OVER AGAIN! I have been a patient here for several years. The staff is amazing, encouraging, and supportive. The rude lady at the dosing window (mentioned in other reviews) hasn't worked there for a long time. The ladies working the dosing window now are both very sweet and friendly. If tou go in to be assessed , beware - You're going to have to be in real withdrawal when you go in for the first time. I don't mean 'trust me I feel like crap' withdrawal, I mean 'puking and shitting on yourself, soaked with sweat but freezing cold, shaking, eyes watering, nose running, clearly obvious' withdrawal. It really looks like the majority of the negative reviews are from potential patients who were unwilling to fully cooperate. This is such an awesome place to go to! I’ve been going here for almost two years and the staff and counselors at this location are just simply amazing! The nurses at the windows, the amazing staff at the front desk, and all the way to back to the director and Doctor of this clinic are absolutely the most down to earth, friendliest people I’ve ever met! If you have a strong mind and you really want better for yourself I highly recommend this clinic is the best for you! CTC has absolutely been an amazing experience for me and will continue to be! Thank you CTC & staff for all that you do for your patients, you guys are amazing in many different ways!

When it comes to this sort of thing there are always going to be stressful days, and hard times, but this is a great clinic with good people and the environment feels safe. The ladies in the front are awesome, and are always kind and understanding and they have bright smiles even when it’s early in the morning. Angela is so easy to vibe with and she has a great sense of humor and a personality anyone can relate to. Ty (Theia) is an amazing counselor who is also very easy to vibe with and talk to, and that’s a big deal when it comes to being able to talk to counselors. She’s someone you feel like you can be honest with and be able to talk about any potential bad times and you won’t feel shamed or judged when talking to her. Cheryl is also amazing with great style and she will ease your mind when it’s time for a needle prick for labs. Thank you everyone at CTC for working hard every morning for us!

This review is for the adult unit. My stay here was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I was treated respectfully by staff the whole time, and came away with useful, practical tools to improve my mental health going forward. A few of the staff are absolutely exceptional and it's clear they were put on earth to do this job- Mr. Tracy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Dan, and Ms. Dee Dee included. I received just as much help from the other patients as well, many of whom were caring and empathetic. It will be a great source of comfort in the future to know that this place is available should I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to go back. With that being said, your stay is absolutely what you make of it- to be truly successful you need to be proactive and actively participate in your own recovery.

went here in the summer time and my expeirence was okay some of the staff were unbareable to be around with because they made us seem like we are “too sensitive” but other than that most staff would listen to me and made me feel understood

I would be in a very bad place without the help of GLMHC. Depression is a tough foe, but the good people at Grand have been a vital ally and friend in that fight. I owe them everything for all the help they have given me, and I most definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their mental health. There is no shame in getting help. I don't regret doing so and hopefully you won't either.

Got right in and got the help I needed, over helped to be honest. Took a few visits though until I could see the doctor and nurse to get everything figured out with my medication which is understandable but took a bit long. When getting refills they tell me to call in a couple days early but when I do they wont at least call it in to pharmacy until I call the day its due and im out and then I wait and hope meds will be done that day. But other than that just got to be patient. Having adhd that's a difficult task ☺️

Dr.Warren is the most caring MAT provider I've ever had the privilege of meeting. Out of hundreds of clients he remembers my name and goes out of his way to greet me whenever around and make sure he is accessible to each and every one of his patients to answer questions, encourage and build the best individual recovery plan for everyone possible. But let's not forget about his wonderful staff of amazing counselors, nurses and receptionists that go above and beyond to not only do the best job but build relationships with each and every patient. I've been to multiple MAT treatment centers but Wichita Comprehensive Treatment Center is by far the in the business! As someone who was terribly frightened of starting on the path to mental health recovery, Comcare made it very easy. The workers were patient with my inexperience and my intake was a breeze.
My greatest fear was that I'd be treated as an attention-seeker, or foolish for having done my research. Instead, my intake practitioner was thoughtful and receptive, and agreed with my basic coverage of things; though I am not a skeptic of therapy, it was not what I needed. Referral to a medication consultation was quick and painless, as was that appointment.
Above all, everything has been immensely affordable -- and more importantly, Comcare doesn't pressure you to cough up. I've never once been made to pay in office, or even asked to. I get my bill in the mail, and pay when I am able.

Wichita Detox felt like the reset button I didn’t know I needed. The whole vibe there was calm but no-nonsense — they didn’t sugarcoat things, but they weren’t harsh either. The detox part was rough (obviously), but the staff kept it manageable and kept checking on me like clockwork.What hit different was how real they were. No judgment, just help. I knew I needed help and researched several different recovery centers before calling Bel Aire Recovery Center. It was the best thing I ever did because it saved my life. I was admitted within a couple of days and once I entered the doors the trajectory of my life changed. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable about addiction and recovery. The counselors helped me with past trauma and gave me the tools to succeed in my journey to a life of sobriety. It was my first time in treatment and I had no idea how much I would grow and heal.
