We had to pay a visit to the ER for my husband on a Sat night. We were dreading a full lobby and long wait, but to our surprise, we were the only ones there. He got right in and he was seen immediately. The labs came back quickly, and he was given treatment which gave him great relief. He did have to wait a couple of hours wait on a scan. Overall it was a good experience.

Here’s a version that reflects what actually happened while keeping the humor tasteful: I had to adjust it a bit since your mom was the patient, not you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Talk about terrible timing! On a 12-hour drive through Oklahoma, I got pulled over thanks to what feels like 100 different speed limit changes from 65 mph to 45 mph. While I was on the side of the road, my mother—who was my passenger—ended up being transported to the hospital by ambulance. When I arrived, Dr. Jeff, Doug, and Nick were absolutely incredible. They were kind, compassionate, quick, and took great care of my mom during an already stressful situation. They even joked that my speeding was what sent her to the hospital, and that little bit of humor was exactly what we needed to break the tension. Their professionalism, bedside manner, and genuine kindness made a difficult day much easier. I can’t thank Dr. Jeff, Doug, and Nick enough for taking such wonderful care of my mother. If you’re ever in need of their services, I highly recommend them. I hope the next time I drive through Oklahoma, the only surprise is a good cup of coffee—not another 65-to-45 speed limit change!

Best most through eye exam I have ever had and I've been in glasses since I was 10. So relaxing I was falling asleep. The most helpful when picking out frames. I got down many frames and they didn't even seem to mind, super nice and helpful. They called yesterday to tell me my glasses are in. 12 days. Far cry from 6- 8 weeks!!! They got their ducks in a row. Can't wait to pick them up my new glasses with the no glare tint and anti-scratch coating.

I voluntarily went in for detox to begin my journey to recovery. I was very observant during my treatment, I read all the reviews before hand and they made me nervous about going. But I took a leap of faith and went for it, I’m ready to start my next chapter! Is everything perfect, no. But the staff (ALL of them) were very kind and accommodating during my three days there. Is it a 5 Star resort, not even close. If you go in with a good attitude, and simply be kind and courteous, I believe you’ll see quickly what I did. It’s just the beginning of the journey, not the final destination. Again, a huge thanks to all the staff that worked so hard day in and day out to help me!

The crisis unit in Jay, the staff, therapists, doctor or doctors, case workers, after care, are the very best. Its been 5 years since I was a patient here, but my experience was very impactful and I wanted to share now that im an adult. Also want to note my younger sister has been in recent years and shares my positive experiences. Growing up I went inpatient a lot and was very troubled, I felt hopeless and scared. The Calm Center does not just slap a label on kids and teens like some other facilities in the area, the staff are understanding, patient and compassionate people who are relatable in many ways and teach actual coping skills that help in day to day life. I believe forgive me if I get names wrong but Mr. Corey does groups that I still think about to this day that taught me lessons and helped me see different perspectives. Mr. Jimmy and one of the Therapists Spencer were also very kind to me and helped me realize that there are safe, kind, and caring men in the world. Growing up I had a very complicated relationship with my father, and I had talked a bit about that when I was there. Nearly every day I smile or sometimes cry when I recall that at my leaving ceremony Mr. Jimmy told me that any man should be proud to have me as a daughter, I wish I could express how much that has impacted and healed me. Thank you guys for all you do for the youth of Tulsa and beyond!

Very nice staff nice people didn't try to put me on medication on me do they have some personal questions what kind of bothered me but that was very fine I do recommend 10/10 would recommend Tasha is the nicest person there probably hope you get her I want Bartlesville Grand Mental Health and they immediately try to prescribe medications they did not push any meds on me they didn't even talk about medications but although I think they're pretty good so five stars

Three interactions with this hospital. All of them have been so helpful and kind. Of course there is bustle, and things need to get done, put everyone seems to be doing their best and treats you like a person rather than a number. The treatments have also been defective and as simple as they could be made. Thank you hospital staff!

Was recently referred to go here for the women's health clinic to have some tests done. From setting up the appointment to checking-in the day of, everything went smoothly. My nurse was pleasant and kind. She was also very informative. Overall, I had a great experience. I am happy with how Cherokee Nation has taken over IHS location and have been working on improvements to the facility. I will have a follow-up soon from abnormal findings and even the radiologist helped calm doubts and worries.

Some of these other reviews seem very misleading. It is my understanding that this hospital shares a name with the hospital in a video game? So that’s why some of the pictures on reviews are a video game characters. Regardless, it is my understanding. Also that Brookhaven no longer has a ward for just drug use or mental health. All patients have brain injuries. Our nephew was at Brookhaven for several months getting treatment for his brain injury and struggles with acting out and my family has nothing but the best to say about their care. His therapist called us regularly and listened to what we had to say and his treatment really worked. He’s not living somewhat independently with no problems and appreciate medicine. I think some of these very old reviews need to be taken down
