After reading these reviews I was very concerned about sending my Son to this facility so I called them and spoke with Mary at the front desk who was very sweet! I then did the chat and left my number, within 10 minutes Kristina called me back which impressed me with such a quick response. She was very caring with lots of compassion. I have been able to get the help I needed from Pinnacle Treatment Services for a few years now and it def has saved my life. The nurses are so very nice and so is the Doctor. I had my first visit to the HJ Heinz Campus today, wow, was I impressed! All the Staff were so welcoming. Jim in the CT room, super nice and accommodating. The Canteen was spotless and great breakfast sandwiches. I called my wife after my appointment and told her how well they care for us Vets.

Don't really have much to say about it since I've only been to one part of it. My PCP is here, and I like him and his team. I've been with them for more than 20 years but not in this building. It's clean and more secure ever since a stabbing or shooting happened a few years ago, but it was the hospital part and not the office part where my doctor is.

Great people here. If you're looking to foster, I highly recommend using Pressley Ridge. They were the absolute best part of the whole foster and adoption process. Allegheny County CYF, they were the absolute worst and most inconsistent part of the whole process.

I'm forever grateful for Waddington Rehab and the staff when I was there back in 10/2019 I had already been in multiple rehab facilities. I started to work on myself while there I signed up for 30days then ended up staying 90+ days. I had a great counselor named Alica she helped me through a lot. The techs down to the tech supervisor were great. I ended up meeting my husband there. We both are still clean to this day and are very much happy and blessed in both of our recoveries and life. Waddington Rehab Center is one of the most amazing places I have been to in my recovery process. These past two years I have been struggling to find hope and i found it at Waddington Rehab Center. Everyone from owner to admissions to techs to nursing and counselors has been nothing but helpful in my recovery process. I have found my road to recovery because of people like DrRafi. I loved the family hospitality this place did not make me feel like just another person they made me feel like family. Very decent facility and good staff. Based off of reviews was not looking forward to this experience, I was in complete shock and denial. But the staff was amazing. Never had issues with communication, they called or emailed over everything. I never had issues getting through either and I called once a day. I never have been away from my kids for more than 24 hours until this. But they did a good job at treating the pt while also keeping the family informed and at ease. Pt did report that they would go back if it was needed. They had a decent stay there and that staff was very nice. No issues during or after stay. No hospital is going to be perfect nor is any person. But this was very smooth compared to what I had expected. So if you’re like me scrolling thru reviews in a panic stop crying and know it will all be okay. They will take care of your baby!

This place is awesome. Been going here for years. Maddy is a great person. She knows everyone by name and has no problem having a nice conversation with you. She can also be helpful with advice or just trying to make sure you are in a better mood then when you arrived. Dr. Ritz is very helpful in making sure you stay on track with the program. He gives encouragement when you feel like giving in to your craving. He reminds you as to why you are there. Does what he can to make sure you don't relapse. I would recommend this place for treatment with staff that cares.
