Received consistent and reliable quality of care here at this location. It s very seamless to schedule an appointment here and there is a little to very small wait time to see a provider. There is an array of services that this place offers (Dermatology, Women s Health, Primary Care, Lab/Bloodwork, Social Services/Counseling, Pharmacy, Diabetic care, Nutrition, Telemedicine) and staff are super helpful and accommodating! This sets the standard for how a VA clinic should operate.

I spent six weeks at the Greenbriar Wexford outpatient facility at a very difficult time in my life. My counselors (Ken and Sasha) were simply the best. I learned a lot of tools necessary for my recovery and I feel they definitely put me on the right path. This place may not be the best with bed situations but they really do care and try I will say if you want to get clean you can definitely do it here yes some people sneak things in but in reality that's everywhere the only thing I can say to help prevent it from happening while they are there is stop having patients take out trash & also they leave notes on windows for people to see & drop drugs off zoey tried very hard to get me to stay about 2 years ago but I wasn't ready yet this was one of my first rehabs & it surely can be way worse also they try to keep the guys and girls away from eachother but it doesn't work well I feel like they should drop that rule all together

I recently completed my treatment today after 13 weeks. I am happy to share that I am a new person and living a new sober life thanks to Ron my therapist- along with the rest of the staff. Everyone was awesome and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I have learned some much from my peers in my group therepy sessions and plan on continuing after care coming in on Tuesday for alumni day!! Words can not express my gratitude for the care I received from this facility.

Most of the employees were wonderful the clients all worked together to help each other out no one went with out ifsomeone needed something between the staff and clients we got shit done. After reading these reviews I was very concerned about sending my Son to this facility so I called them and spoke with Mary at the front desk who was very sweet! I then did the chat and left my number, within 10 minutes Kristina called me back which impressed me with such a quick response. She was very caring with lots of compassion. Best place to seek treatment arguably. Although my findings there pertain to the shortage of sober staff. Most staff are in recovery creating a rift that's uncomprehensible to anyone other than the sober for life team. Found staff to always be a leg behind the clients for some reason so if you want to work your own program it does work. Recovery is a one man job. The Yoga teacher rocks too. Shout out to Carol!!!

Don't really have much to say about it since I've only been to one part of it. My PCP is here, and I like him and his team. I've been with them for more than 20 years but not in this building. It's clean and more secure ever since a stabbing or shooting happened a few years ago, but it was the hospital part and not the office part where my doctor is.

My best friend had a stroke, heart surgery and many other little things going wrong. The VA is doing a great job coordinating His care. We were visiting for a blood draw and PCP visit. Don't really have much to say about it since I've only been to one part of it. My PCP is here, and I like him and his team. I've been with them for more than 20 years but not in this building. It's clean and more secure ever since a stabbing or shooting happened a few years ago, but it was the hospital part and not the office part where my doctor is.

This place not only saved my life but also several friends and family of mine. The staff is so kind, caring and helpful-from the young lady at the front desk (who goes above and beyond what they expect of her), to the nurses, the counselors, the doctor and the women who run the place. I can't say enough good things about all of the staff. If you need help and are serious about your sobriety-this is the place to go!!!!

This place was absolutely great through detox...and even through transitioning to the rehab...I'm not gonna lie I encounter multiple crazy situations....however staff was always there when I needed them, group of girls I was with was absolutely amazing, always welcoming, and a very non judgemental environment which I wasn't expecting...I made a few very close friends...they push u to be open and involved which I was hesitate at first but the girls I was with made it easy, I never felt more like myself before coming here...sometimes clients and staff got into it...not my problem...I learned so much from them...I detoxed for a week and successfully discharged from inpatient in a Month...I got out last yr in September...and I still to this read through my AA book which all girls and staff signed before I left...I'm truly glad my p.o. made me go inpatient...because who knows where I'd be today without it

The VA system and staff are fantastic these days! For those who take the step forward to receive they're service's. I've been to many since ETS and recently surgery @Oakland VA from plastic hand surgeon Dr Yu who did a great job. The whole staff towards my wife and me were very good. Made the experience less stressful than it was and my hand is going in the direction he said it would be. Very thankful an hope to be in less pain along with better functionality
