Yes adelphoi did get annoying sometimes and seem frustrating, the lessons I have learned there, the lessons everyone learns their won't ever compare. Adelphoi has helped me renew myself and become the best version of myself I never thought I had in me. Not all times is being sent away going to be great and hollyjolly but what you can do is make the best of that situation. That place can really open your eyes to many things, you have to just internalize it. So if your a parent or a youth wonder if its a place to get help, I would say yes. Adelphoi has never gaven up on me or many people in their community but they did start a new life for them to change their ways. So adelphoi thank you , thank you for everything! It took a bit to work out medications, but it takes time y'know? They're not gonna know right away the meds you need. They're always really quick to pick up the phone when I call to make appointments which is really nice because then I don't have to play phone tag. The first therapist I had was amazing, she was really nice and very easy to talk to, and my current one is also great! I was very weary of having a male therapist at first, but he made me feel comfortable and is very easy to talk to! Although, I do have a complaint about the inpatient services. I went once for an evaluation and I was there for FOUR HOURS. I had to tell my story to 4 different nurses, and the evalution itself was 3 hours long. After being there for that long and going through the ENTIRE PROCESS, they told there were no beds avaliable, and no discharges in the morning, meaning that I couldn't go to a room after someone got discharged, but we were fully welcome to stay in the concrete cellar we were currently in. Or, we could go to another hospital that was 3hrs away that did have an opening. We went home. I didn't want to because I needed help because I literally just tried to off myself, but my mom didn't want to drive 3hrs to come see me. Couldn't you have told us there were no beds BEFORE the 3 hour long evaluation?? I think that the outpatient services are outstanding, but I don't have a good experience with the inpatient services and I don't recommend them. Dakota 3 years ago This staff has been overworked and under appreciated. Westmoreland County is in a health crisis and there are not enough workers to meet the need. Please be patient with them and treat them with the respect that you expect you yourself to be treated. Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to. The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. I have three kids that are happy, healthy and in a nice home because of Jade and I couldn't be more grateful. The Radiology dept., with MIKE at the helm, did an unexpected, outstanding job. In addition, I did not have to wait 2 months for an appointment.The registration was seamless. In and out. The twenty mile trip should be of minimal concern to a patient whose medical issues require immediate attention.Inordinate delays only exacerbate patient's condition for the worst outcome. Michael “Superspacedonkey Gaming” Rego 6 months ago This review may be a lil outta order cuz im not sure where to start lol…but i have been going to Medmark Treatment Center since 2019…and all I gotta say is that it’s definitely gotten better with time…are they perfect absolutely not but no one not even medical facilities are either…that being said if you’re thinking about giving Medmark a try go for it…everyone has their own opinions as well and I’m sure you’re gonna hear a lot of negative comments and reviews about them but don’t knock it till u truly try it!!! They have saved my life and they keep me going!!! They are my # 1 fans and would go to battle for me if they had to BUT YOU GOTTA DO THE WORK AS WELL!!! You can’t expect them to stay clean for you…lol…doesn’t work that way!!! So if you’re looking for a good place to try medicated treatment then Medmark should be where ya start!!! Nursing staff is awesome as well, April & Chelsea are fabulous and are there to help you with anything you need when it comes to how you’re feeling or how the medication is working/helping you…give it a shot YOUR LIFE MATTERS!!! Alyssa is absolutely amazing and has a heart of gold that she wears on her sleeve…if you need anything all u gotta do is call her…if she doesn’t answer all ya gotta do is leave her a message and she will for sure get back to ya…she has truly saved my life and doesn’t even realize it!! She never takes the credit she deserves!! She always has my back and would fight for me in a second!!! I’m so glad I was able to get her as my counselor!!!
