My neighbor needed me to take him to Wilford Hall. He is 88 years old and was in need of the ER. I had never been to Wilford Hall, but he always talked so highly of the medical service he received. I was very impressed by the level of care he received. I was with him for 6 hours until it was determined he would be admitted to BAMC. At that point, I left the care facility. The entire time I was there, they checked on him. Very attentive to his needs. They gave him the best care. His nurse Thomas and Thompson did and outstanding job. May the Lord continue to bless all the great medical staff at Wilford Hall

As annoying as getting sober can be I gave SARC an opportunity and it worked out for the best. I trusted the staff and the process and I did feel different after 40 days. When I got out I realized that being there and being annoyed by tons of little things was exactly what life would be like on the outside. For free health care, I don’t know why I complain. Probably because I'm a salty lil Karen who can barely get out of bed and when I do; I'm mad 😂 I've been to several VAs and Shavano typically completes everything I ask for help with, even if it takes forever. And I really like Dr K.
Overall with VA healthcare, or pretty much anything nowdays; being direct and asking for what you need WITH UNLIMITED PATIENCE gets the best results.

I've been seeing my Shavano Park team since October, and I like the location and staff. Dr K is great. Today there was some hub-bub with the fire department and I was forgotten about in the waiting room and ended up having to be there a few extra hours😂 The pros to this was the waiting room was comfortable, the staff was funny and I got to get halfway through my new library book. The only suggestion I would make would be maybe some feng shui (zen water fountain and tranquil pictures perhaps?) and coffee station/healthy snacks for the waiting room.

I was inpatient here for 4 days, adult unit. Best staff ever. Truly made me feel welcome and wanted while I was there and they really brightened up the mood for everyone as much as they could. Give miss terry/terri and miss Candice a raise ! I couldn’t have gotten better help for the situation I was in, they were the best. 💕

Brought my daughter here to practice basketball and we loved it, nicely remodeled, everything is clean and spacious, basketball gym, gym, outdoor pool and much more, the front desk guy was not very social he looked like he didn’t wanna be there, but there was another man with glasses he was sweet and smiled and greeted us!

My first time in this facility. Very well organized in the Lab blood draw area. The number system is very effective. The pace was fast. I was number 30th in line. The staff took 25 minutes to get me in the chair. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to the patient. Thanks for all you are doing for the veterans.

This place had its days, sure, but I know they tried their best. Like when I got EPS, the nurses immediately started getting help and calling the doctor, they knew what was wrong and got me help for it. Ive been here (Clarity) multiple times, and the staff are amazing, especially Jewels, Elijah, and the rec therapists. I haven't been here in awhile, but I would feel safe going here again if needed, if it came down to that. The doctor i had, Reeves, was absolutely amazing and I loved how much he cares for his patients, including the ones marked as "difficult".
Overall, this place was great. Definitely better than San Antonio Behavioral.

I used to go here a lot as a kid! They were so sweet. I came from a very bad background both behaviorally on my end and from my homelife and when my parents refused to come visit me or bring me much needed clothes, the doctors and nurses took good care of me.

My first time using this location and my experience was great. The appointment for my labs was moved up and I was told just to show up. I explained this to the wonderful lady behind the counter and she said no problem, I’ll just hand print my labels out. My wait time was less than ten minutes. The lab technician was awesome, courteous, and professional. She managed to find my veins without any problems, something others have a problem with, and I was out in under five minutes. I have an appointment next week to see the doctor so I hope that goes just as well.

I had a great experience taking BIPP sessions through Ms. Cathy. She made it comfortable for me to be vulnerable while I make the best of my improvements. Sessions were easy to understand. I definitely would recommend these classes to anyone who is wanting to better themselves.

Although Bipp classes are court ordered it is in my opinion that “Best option” is and was the best option for me. I was able to share my thoughts and opinions and I was able to learn different ways of handling things from different perspectives. Dr Cathy Rodriguez is down to earth and very caring. The office staff are willing to assist and are caring as well. Thank you Best Option
