Our stay at High Frontier Ranch was nothing short of incredible. The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and so thoughtfully maintained. From the peaceful surroundings to the comfortable spaces, everything made us feel right at home. We stayed here while filming a documentary, and after long days, it was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the ranch. A very caring facility. The doctor, nurses, therapists are very caring and professional. I saw incredible improvements in all of the patients there irregardless of what each individual health needs were. It is a top notch facility and kept very clean as well. The social worker is very knowledgeable about things and is very helpful about making arrangements for appointments and anything else that's needed. The open door policy is very good with everyone there. I highly recommend this facility for whatever rehabilitation needed. Definitely a Five Star facility.

This place is absolutely terrible.....is what I would say if I had no brain. The people who complain about this place genuinely have no reason to. I went about a year ago, and it was the best time of my life. However. It is not five stars, because there were barely any group sessions. We mostly watched TV and played music. But that's my only complaint (if you can call it that) The other patients were so calm compared to some hospitals *cough cough Mesilla Valley* but this place is amazing. I recommended it to my friends mom <3

If your getting the run around call va patient advocate . & Ask for patient advocate being I was new. When they give you the run around go directly to patient advocate. I had to when I first got here. Now I get a great service. We vets need to stick together & help each other & teach each other what & where to go to get our medical issues resolved. Not all clerks are good ones some give us the run around but patient advocate can help fix that. Use them to your benefit! & Your vet buddy

I just want to say that it’s very difficult to look for mental health help in El Paso and there’s usually a waitlist you get put on.. but I was able to get an appointment fairly quick here. Even though I was very skeptical because of reviews and this being my first time, I feel so relieved and glad that I came here! Dr. Schetty was a blessing today and I genuinely felt like I was being listened to. I’m happy I took this step towards my mental health journey. P.S. front office girls were nice, but they do seem busy so I can see how some may see that as ignoring. Patience is key. 🙏🏽

About 85% of the staff are great, and there to help you. The worst part about Mesilla valley is the mattresses and pillows they give us to sleep for days on as we're withdrawing. They destroy our backs and our necks. The food situation is good though because if you don't like what the cook made you can always go to the salad bar. The south building has always been way too cold, but a tech named Matt actually spoke directly to a maintenance man and got it a little warmer in there. We all truly appreciated that more than words can say. Mesilla valley's biggest downfall is that they need better beds for people to be withdrawing in. The only other downfall I can think of is the new bedding does not allow us to wrap ourselves in a blanket to stay warm in a building that feels like the middle of winter. Though I definitely appreciated the thicker blanket. It was still so cold in there though that you had to take the whole thing off the bed and sleep under both the bed cover and the top blanket. But like I said they fixed it mostly, it's still a bit too cold sometimes, but it is no longer unbearable unbearable. I would like to give a special shout out to a the best tech ever and I happen to have known from working there 30 years ago, Jose.

I attended php and iop I graduated both of the programs. The best program I've done and also the staff is very great, caring and loving they will help you in any way possible they can. I have been with my therapist since 2023, and she has not only helped me progress and acknowledge and see my progress. This is the best I've felt in years with my history of anxiety, major depression and PTSD. There have been a few nurses who have seemed rude or less caring, but overall, I feel like the staff have been more invested in helping my sister with her mental health. They were even willing to pay for her transportation to leave this location and get somewhere that could better meet her needs, and I really appreciate that they were willing to go that extra step to help her.

Overall, i am happy with this clinic. The people are nice and the offices appear clean. I appreciate the reminder calls from Martha. I give a four star because it takes to long to be seen, and when I go in for blood labs I always get poked wrong & it hurts. All in all, I am happy & thankful for this clinic.
