Zia Recovery Center is a great place if you are serious and diligent about changing your life for the better. The staff and programming are top notch. Nearly every employee and the owners are in recovery. They truly care for each and every client that comes through the doors. It was nice to be in a facility that has so many resources. The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. I am very appreciative of them and all they have done for me during my time there, they truly care about their patients and it shows.

This place and everyone who works there is incredibly important to my recovery! They are beautiful inside and out. They don't judge you and make you feel like anything is possible! From the front desk clerk to the counselors, nurses, and doctor! I don't know if I'd be here without them. I'm a better mother partner and human being because of them. I had a great experience at Medmark. Luis was my counselor and it was apparent from day one that he genuinely cared, he always went out of his way to accommodate my unusual schedule and in turn I made sure that I never missed my sessions with him he made my sessions entertaining and I learned a lot from them I will miss medmark and Luis. I have been to this VA a handful of times, and I don't recall ever having a negative experience. It is located on the second floor, and the staff has always been courteous if I had questions. There is plenty of parking in the front, with several handicap spaces near the front entrance.

The Veterans Affairs here in El Paso, Texas has been so amazing to me for the well over 30 years. I have both worked at the VA and I also have a Primary Care Provider there as well. Both experiences have been wonderful. My doctor is Dr. Madrid and he is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to you. I have been on numerous appointments to rule out certain medical issues on things that could be fatal if not found early. Dr. Madrid is very good at making sure you get to all of your appointments by having someone to notify you of an up coming appointment just in case you didn't get a notification letter in the mail. The nurse by the name of Jessica works with Dr. Madrid and she is very knowledgeable. She is very polite, and always greet you by your name and is concerned about your well being. I refer to them as the Dynamic Duo. They work well in concert with one another. The two of them make each appointment a professional and pleasant experience. Even when the news may not be what you want to hear, Jessica and Dr. Madrid will give you the news in a way that you can accept it. They will answer all questions so that you understand what's happening to your body and what procedures will be necessary to bring about a desired outcome. Dr Madrid and nurse Jessica makes a good team and I trust them both with my health.

Excellent care by all the VA health system, but the phone system is not a good system for contact. and the VA system as a whole is a wreck for the veteran. The VA as a whole has the idea that if they can deny claims long enough you will die and they will not have to pay for your claims.As for the health system itself, it is A number 1.

I like to come here to get help for my depression and suicidal thoughts and some other problems that I have and the PNA’s did a really great job for keeping me safe for my stay there really nice and I haven’t had time to leave a good review for them this is the only place that I trust of me coming here for my mental health issues for now on if I need help and my name is Michael McCoin and I like to say thank you to all staff they do a good job

This place was helpful to me in someways such as giving me a safe space to be for a while. But for the “therapy”, its kinda a joke. I was in the male teen unit thingy and most therapy was “group” stuff involving mostly a coloring sheet (coloring is like 90 percent of the stuff you do here) most other people would not participate. This is also the closest you will experience to jail without committing a crime lmao. The other people your in there with are all there for different issues trust me. They mix in suicidal kids with “homicidal” kids. The staff was amazing though. All the tecs made every day better and the time go by faster untill your out and im forever thankful. They were fun but also stood on business. Food was also really good and you really start to look forward to it everyday. Staff is hella strict and make you feel weird too. Art room dude was also rlly cool and nice. Also avoid the pee chairs. Pretty nice place though. (Also the other people yournin there with will most likley drive you crazy. Just bite your tounge and chill out. Its over fast i promise :) )

This place took me in and took care of me when my own family would not. I grew up here half of my teenage years till I was 18. They allowed me to get my GED and work 2 jobs (my choice to save money and keep busy and out of trouble) I am SO THANKFUL for Staff members that were here during that time RIP Ms. Bonnie, Lisa, Misty, Ernie, Nataly + more. Im 40 years old now and will never forget this place.

This place was very informative to me when others were not. Did not have a bad experience in the very short time I dealt with them. I was working with my daughter on stuff before the short stay there and the staff did everything they could to help finish what was started before she went for her short stay.

Humphrey house is a place for the kids in our communtiy to go and be kept in their community and in the state. Families and youth have an opportunity to work together on their target goals together. Sometimes Humphrey House is often the better choice than the home for whatever reasons and that's just being honest. As always when looking at the whole picture you may not always get the answers and results you want but you get what you need. Humphrey house provides just that place that is needed even during the times it isn't wanted. It takes a village. And a village isn't perfect but they are willing to keep trying.

I too was threatened with being reported to CPS if I didn’t admit my 13 yr old. When I tried to get him released they said they could put a hold on him. Thankfully he doesnt have insurance (I applied for medicaid) and he was released after 5 days. Before admitting him I was told that boys and girls would be in separate areas in the hospital, but my son told me orherwise. The receptionist was always rude and wouldnt accept more than 3 books for my son to read(she seems unhappy there) but the tech was gracious enough to switch the books out himself. I did complain about her to the tech and asked him to report her to management. She must hate her job. The techs were very nice and caring and my son had no complaints except that he was very bored there. He says the food was good. On the day we had visitation, the tables were dirty. The doctor never spoke to me directly. Noone ever called me to explain his diagnosis and treatment plan. My son is currently in the outpatient program. I have left several messages to get a call from the doctor to explain his treatment plan but noone ever calls. My son is doing better though so they must be doing something right. Just wish they would communicate more. They do offer free transportation so that part is very convenient. Overall Im thankful that my son is being taken care of. The process has been very uncomfortable but its probably necessary for him to get better.

My time in adolescent inpatient, was fun to say the least. I met some amazing king and some caring girls! However the highlight was the techs, I would like to give a shout out to Janet!

I had my granddaughter here and I have nothing but good things to talk about this place. Carmen the receptionist was always great and assisted us everything we needed guidance. My granddaughter benefited from this place a lot and she’s doing so much better in school.

My family and I have been coming to this office (dental) for nearly 3 years. I can honestly say we were treated like family each and every time we visited. Overall, i am happy with this clinic. The people are nice and the offices appear clean. I appreciate the reminder calls from Martha. I give a four star because it takes to long to be seen, and when I go in for blood labs I always get poked wrong & it hurts. All in all, I am happy & thankful for this clinic.

I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. I will recommend and have recommended already to anyone in need of honest caring loving staff here. Thank you all so much and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
