Our stay at High Frontier Ranch was nothing short of incredible. The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and so thoughtfully maintained. From the peaceful surroundings to the comfortable spaces, everything made us feel right at home. We stayed here while filming a documentary, and after long days, it was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the ranch. The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. I am very appreciative of them and all they have done for me during my time there, they truly care about their patients and it shows.

This place is absolutely terrible.....is what I would say if I had no brain. The people who complain about this place genuinely have no reason to. I went about a year ago, and it was the best time of my life. However. It is not five stars, because there were barely any group sessions. We mostly watched TV and played music. But that's my only complaint (if you can call it that) The other patients were so calm compared to some hospitals *cough cough Mesilla Valley* but this place is amazing. I recommended it to my friends mom <3

A very caring facility. The doctor, nurses, therapists are very caring and professional. I saw incredible improvements in all of the patients there irregardless of what each individual health needs were. It is a top notch facility and kept very clean as well. The social worker is very knowledgeable about things and is very helpful about making arrangements for appointments and anything else that's needed. The open door policy is very good with everyone there. I highly recommend this facility for whatever rehabilitation needed. Definitely a Five Star facility.

I use this clinic quite a bit and always get great care. The staff are friendly and professional...and they truly care. The VA in general has come quite far in the past 10-15 years IMHO, and it shows. There's really a sense of friendly environment...helpful culture at this clinic. I loved Mesilla Valley!!! I have never felt happier in my life. I learned so much from the therapists. I left with amazing experiences, memories and friends I will remember forever! I just want to say that it’s very difficult to look for mental health help in El Paso and there’s usually a waitlist you get put on.. but I was able to get an appointment fairly quick here. Even though I was very skeptical because of reviews and this being my first time, I feel so relieved and glad that I came here! Dr. Schetty was a blessing today and I genuinely felt like I was being listened to. I’m happy I took this step towards my mental health journey. P.S. front office girls were nice, but they do seem busy so I can see how some may see that as ignoring. Patience is key. 🙏🏽

This place took me in and took care of me when my own family would not. I grew up here half of my teenage years till I was 18. They allowed me to get my GED and work 2 jobs (my choice to save money and keep busy and out of trouble) I am SO THANKFUL for Staff members that were here during that time RIP Ms. Bonnie, Lisa, Misty, Ernie, Nataly + more. Humphrey house is a place for the kids in our communtiy to go and be kept in their community and in the state. Families and youth have an opportunity to work together on their target goals together. Sometimes Humphrey House is often the better choice than the home for whatever reasons and that's just being honest. As always when looking at the whole picture you may not always get the answers and results you want but you get what you need. Humphrey house provides just that place that is needed even during the times it isn't wanted. It takes a village. And a village isn't perfect but they are willing to keep trying.

Overall, i am happy with this clinic. The people are nice and the offices appear clean. I appreciate the reminder calls from Martha. I give a four star because it takes to long to be seen, and when I go in for blood labs I always get poked wrong & it hurts. All in all, I am happy & thankful for this clinic.

This afternoon I had an appointment to have a fractured tooth taken care of by Dr. Jacob Garcia. He and the dental assistant were very professional and polite. Dr. Garcia's bedside manner is most respectful not only to the patients, but to the staff as well. I would 100% recommend this Dental office. The ambiance is pleasant with music entertaining all who are present. The clinic space is impeccably clean, with everything in order. Thank you for an amazing experience. My family and I have been coming to this office (dental) for nearly 3 years. I can honestly say we were treated like family each and every time we visited. We're not from the area and will be relocating soon and we will miss them and the friendly service they provided. Dr. M. Bender, Dr. W. Baca, Nancy, Autum and Helen are awesome!
