The Springboard Center is a great treatment facility for anyone willing to get sober. It's a 30 day inpatient program. Springboard was very supportive every step of the way. The whole experience at the SpringBoard center has been positive.From the intake interview where they understood exactly what I was going through mentally, emotionally and physically. To providing transportation to the facility to start my recovery treatment. Counseling, therapist as well as individual sessions were what made all the difference in my recovery. I always felt that my needs were met at all aspects of recovery.
Kitchen staff, janitorial kept the facility in top noch condition. Everyone who has asked me how I am doing in my journey of recovery, I tell them, " it wouldn't have been possible without The SpringBoard Center ."
I will continue to recommend the SpringBoard center to anyone seeking to end a cycle of addiction.

Springboard is the best decision I’ve ever made!!!
Tyner was so helpful in helping me get into the doors and so welcoming once I did, I’m forever grateful for him.
It was such a life changing experience in just 30 days. The staff is phenomenal and the program and curriculum is one of a kind. I’ve gained so much knowledge about alcoholism and drug abuse than I ever have before. The staff truly care for everyone and show so much love to each individual, I felt supported the entire time. It was such an amazing experience and I had the best time with the other clients which became family by the end of the program. I never thought I’d say “I miss rehab” after I graduated and discharged that’s how amazing it was for me. I enjoyed every day in Springboard. Best rehab ever to exist!!!!

I was here around the age 12 for 8 months, so it about 12 years ago, from what I remember there really wasn’t much stimulation for us, we were basically inside sitting around or in class. Half the time the staff in the girls unit were really rude and definitely had favorites. It was an experience! I did learn “some” things from here but I wish they had tried a little harder! My therapist recently recommended me to go back, do I’d probably be in the adult units but I honestly don’t know how things have changed from other reviews it seems like it’s the same.

I went here 6 months ago and i was treaded very very poorly and when i was "bad" they sent me to my room and no help was there for me and i went sent here for suicidal thoughts and i did NOT get any help on that the only staff that helped me were 2 guys that helped me with my stuff and the others did not even care i was sitting and i got yelled at for sitting and i was sent to my room again next day i got yelled at for "fighting" whenever i just woke up and i didn't know what happened and they said "quit fighting" so the other people were confused and they just woke up too and they didn't do anything so i do NOT choose to send your kids here it sucks.

My son was in a very difficult place. He said he needed help. Fortunately I had seen the Peak Behavioral center driving by so I immediately took him there. Sam greeted us and we told her he needed help and she immediately arranged for him to be taken care of. Since he’s an adult I didn’t get to speak to any of the staff other than Iris and Sam who were wonderful to me. My son is glad that he was able to get help from the staff and get his emotions under control and I am very happy that he will continue to get after care. Sooo grateful to all they are there to offer these much needed services.

Very unprofessional and run down. We were warned before we booked the venue that the owner was very hard to get ahold of. And he was it took us 3 month to get our spot reserved. That should have been our red flag but we still booked. Day of my wedding I was told we could start decorating by 7am. After getting to the venue and him giving me a code to get I to the building we were still locked out for an hour before we got in ourselves. I called him about 60 times no joke and he was passed out inside the venue. We had to clean the whole place before even setting up it reeked of cigarette smoke and urine. We had to go searching ourselves for the table Coverings and drapes he said he would provide we had to iron it all and make sure to get the clean looking ones. I was so stressed out the whole day and didn’t even get to enjoy getting ready for my wedding. We made sure to get all our trash and cleaned up our area and stacked all tables and chairs. I would not recommend this venue to anyone and if someone should buy it from Jeff and fix it up that would be the best thing for this venue.

I think Jeff is doing an amazing job and I think the person that gave that ugly review should stop hating cuz he's doing very well with his business and I think it's a great place and it smells amazing and when I was there we had a blast it was so fun and everyone enjoyed themselves and I don't believe it's for sale so nobody's going to be buying it from Jeff cuz I believe he's going to be the owner for very long time cuz he's doing a great job I believe he's amazing person too so please do not speak I'll of such a spot and whoever is hating on Jeff or his amazing place should go to church and ask for forgiveness just saying God don't like ugly so keep it real Jeff is doing just wonderful so good job

Humphrey house is a place for the kids in our communtiy to go and be kept in their community and in the state. Families and youth have an opportunity to work together on their target goals together. Sometimes Humphrey House is often the better choice than the home for whatever reasons and that's just being honest. As always when looking at the whole picture you may not always get the answers and results you want but you get what you need. Humphrey house provides just that place that is needed even during the times it isn't wanted. It takes a village. And a village isn't perfect but they are willing to keep trying.

Came in for reevaluation of daughters learning disabilities. She’s been diagnosed since 1st grade, in 8th now. He couldn’t find signs of learning disability even though she tested 4 grade levels below! Waste of time and money, don’t bother!

Whomever supervises these kids when they go out around town, need to do a better job at it!!! They show up to stores with more kids than they can handle and they allow the kids to shoplift while the supervisors are all distracted not paying attention to them. The sad thing about it is that when they do watch them they dont go up to them to stop the shoplifting in progress. The occurrence I witnessed today is beyond disgusting and unfortunate by all of the kids and these so called "supervisors".

I was sent to Mesilla Valley to detox from methadone and fentanyl. I couldn't control my life anymore. I'm 61 years old. The first 4 days I thought would die I was very angry with friends and family. 9 days later I left clean of narcotics. I FEEL ALIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME 25 years of prescription narcotics stole so much from my body and how I feel. It's OK to be angry at first. It gets a lot better. Great Staff, great drs. !
