Everyone I have spoke with or had any interaction with has been very kind,understanding and very helpful.iam not very knowledgeable when it comes to tech situations, even then ,I was greeted with kindness and no judgements. I have 2 people I see,both are very helpful.

My nurse practitioner, Christopher Moore, is very knowledgeable and understanding. He makes sure that I get the medications I need. I feel comfortable in his care and would definitely recommend to all my colleagues.

The team is very warm and welcoming. They are very professional and passionate about helping kids grow and develop.

New Haven saved our daughter's life. The program pairs decades of therapeutic expertise with patience and love. It takes time, but it works. Meanwhile our daughter was safe at New Haven and that gave us all the space we all needed to heal.

So grateful for the work that happened here that helped our family grow.

Deer Hallow outpatient was productive and good. The therapist's are well trained and very caring. The schedule tended to change every few weeks and the groups ebbed and flowed with clients going in and out. Overall, it is a good program worth checking out if you are looking for PTSD treatment.

Deer Hollow is a wonderful place. So many talented therapists are here! I had a wonderful experience in residential, it was tough and the most transformative experience of my life. Outpatient didn't seem to have the same level of intensive therapeutic approaches in the group setting, in comparison to residential. Outpatient was also more disorganized than residential. Group cohesion was something the therapists struggled to manage at times (in outpatient). Many conflicts in the group were left unresolved and continued to grow, despite individuals voicing how others were impacting them (using parts language, DBT DEAR MAN, etc.). While I'm sure everyone has the same/comparable training, outpatient didn't incorporate psychodrama as much as residential, nor did it do as deep work within IFS, which was unfortunate as I found the most positive transformation with psychodrama & IFS. Yes, there was a lot of psychoeducation regarding IFS in outpatient, but actual experiential exercises weren't as common from my experience. Also, there is a therapist in outpatient who has some tendencies that lean towards a God complex, and wanting to push people in a way that isn't trauma-informed. This was a part that I observed in this therapist's behaviors, which was really difficult to navigate as the client. This specific therapist isn't that way all of the time (that God complex part isn't always activated) but there were times that were heavily guided by their own desire to be of importance. I understand most people in helping professions have a helper part, but this part in this therapist was pretty extreme, I can see how it motivates the therapist to do better and continuously improve, but to a point where it occasionally leads to a lack of unconditional positive regard and places outcomes over the process. Again, this person isn't defined that part but it came up and impacted my treatment. I still think every therapist here is extremely talented, but I believe that feedback-informed treatment (FIT) should be considered when guiding treatment. I am not looking for a rationalization for these occurrences, I am just trying to voice my experience as there were moments in outpatient that were more harmful than helpful. But overall, my experiences at Deer Hollow were transformative and helpful for my healing. If someone is going to go, I highly recommend doing residential first as it was a completely different experience than outpatient, and residential offered so much more intensive healing work. I hope that my experiences are honored and respected, and that this is taken with the integration of the whole perspective with the good parts and the more challenging parts (within myself of course, but also within the organization as a whole). Sending lot of peace, compassion and gratitude, as I know for a fact I wouldn't be the person I am today if it weren't for the healing I received at Deer Hollow.

For someone that participated in their programs many years ago, I still visit frequently! I really like to stay connected with the staff and to share my story of hope with patients that just like me are dealing with substance abuse. I love helping more people recover from addiction through this amazing facility that truly does change people's lives and cares about those they work with!

After my husband tried multiple medications, years of talk therapy, CT scans, MRI’s, and saw countless doctors for different issues- we FINALLY got to the root of it all: his brain. By addressing the core—his neurological function—we’ve found true healing from his depression, anxiety, ADHD, & addictions. Those painful cycles are over, as this has given us the tools to actually work through them. It’s been a long 7 years watching him suffer & feel disconnected, and now I’m finally seeing my husband be HIMSELF again. That means everything to me. His quality of life has done a complete 180. He’s able to function optimally! He is healthy- and most importantly he’s happy. We finally found the help needed to recover and truly heal his brain, and we owe it to NeuroLife.

Absolutely life-changing. I couldn't really have done it without them because of what they do here at neural life healing and it's just absolutely phenomenal. It's well worth the money and we'll worth your time because on all honesty. It's not that much time. It may be every day, but it's not that much time. .there were some days that I wanted more or longer sessions. Also, because I felt comfortable with the people providing the care and also because the care was amazing.

Neurolife has changed my life. My experience with TMS could not have gone better, before treatment I felt as if life was just blah, I now wake up with excitement to tackle my day and look forward to living. All technicians there are super friendly. Oaklee was my main TMS Tech. She was also extremely helpful and vital in my treatment process to get better. I would recommend TMS and Neurolife to anyone that might be struggling with depression.

Excellent Start to finish Feels like a med spa, not a lock down No curfew, tons of good food Every nurse acts like they are there to make you comfortable I wanted Cirque, but they didnt take insurance, these guys do. The wonderful nurses and techs are shining in every interaction. The Dr. is daily and crazy thorough. Tried 5 combos til my pressure was leveled. If my mother ever needed a place, id send her here

Nexstep staff and facility were amazing. They kept me comfortable, were constantly friendly and comforting and supportive. The facility is clean, organized and the single rooms are so good for comfort.

The staff here is amazing! They are so kind and understanding. They are there for you 24/7. I got up a few times just bawling and the words of wisdom that they spoke will stay with me forever!! Don’t detox at a hospital do it here. In a setting that is like home! Beds are so comfortable. It’s a clean place and everyone is here to HELP you. No matter the circumstances. I didn’t think I deserved to be sober after my son passed and this place had convinced me that I do in fact deserve to be sober! 10 outta 10 experience!

I am really grateful i went to this treament program for two months. It really brought to light my morals, values and inner strength. The program allowed me to adjust to circumstancrs that were not mentally comfortable which ended up making me appreciate things more. Today i can say i have more mental clarity and inner peace because of how the utah trauma and addiction centers challenged my trauma and flawed psychological traits. I am thankful for my time there.

This is the best treatment I have ever received! I never thought it was possible to be this happy and have this much tenacity to continue my recovery. I learned independence, accountability and fortitude. I learned helpful skills, strategies and information other programs have never taught me! The staff is committed to your recovery. Jeremy, my therapist, changed my view of the world. I cannot express how grateful I am for his dedication to my recovery. If you are truly committed to getting better, this is the place to go. The technique of healing through trauma WORKS! I was also able to find my higher power through working the 12 steps. In addition, even though I was concerned about the co-ed aspect, the environment of living in a house with people from all different walks of life was crucial to my recovery. If you want to get better go to Utah Trauma and Addiction Center and put in the work.

This place saved my life. I know now that dealing with my past traumas I can lead a healthier life.
