Great staff and pretty awesome care. The food is horrible, but I wasn t there to dine, but to be rehabilitated, and that was accomplished. Writing this on behalf of my Mom.

Great place,with great people taking the best of care for you. Would go back again to them if I had to am would resend them to others. They have taken care of me an my husband and an we both just loved them. Every body nursing,PT,dietary,house keeping an all who helped me get to were I am nowGod Bless Each of You.

I went to Encompass Rehab after broken hip surgery. I received excellent compassionate care w very helpful and practical rehab. The PT and OT team were excellent, knowledgeable and caring. The nurses were on top of things and available when needed. I recommend this center for rehab.

Best thing that ever happened to me! And thanks to everyone at New Hope including my counselor Jennifer(who related to me and saved my life) I'm still sober and I'm actually proud of the beautiful person I have become! Thank you to every counselor and the patients that became friends I'll always care for and pray for! I have u in my heart and thoughts always! I hate that this 90 day facility closed bc I would be over dosed and dead without the love and extended time they put into me. I didn't know I could be sober until they taught me to get to know my emotions and my mental health issues. With the proper care and time they gave anyone can do this life changing thing and become sober and find their true happiness.God Bless the hard working counselors that taught me at New Hope Residential! I will never forget u! I love u all!

I have been fighting my addiction for a long time ! Been to several very expensive rehab s and never experienced the the care I got here ! Best place I have been by far ! Loved it and came out w peace , self love and most of all confidence that I will make it this time ! Best impatient ive ever experienced!

I took my mother to her new patient appointment at the washburn office and was impressed with the level of care and the time the nurse practitioner took to address my mother's health needs and concerns. I am happy they will be taking care of my mom.

I have been going to the Victory Center for almost 2 months. For anyone struggling with social issues, depression, anxiety, this is a great place to be. Great friendly staff, very informative, small class sizes and a great atmosphere to learn and connect with others. Highly recommended. I was terrified my first day and let me tell you, just try it and you will benefit greatly from this place 10/10.

My 21 year old son has worked with Sarah for the last year. She has been a wonderful support to him, training him in interview skills, resume writing, and then supporting him through his first official job at Food City. She checks in with him regularly, and maintains excellent communication with both him, and me as his parent. The whole experience with Frontier Health at the Victory Center has been extremely positive. Thank you Sarah!

Mrs. Sara is absolutely amazing! From the moment we met I knew she was going to support and advocate for my daughter like she was her own! She is patient, kind, caring and my daughter has so much more confidence and independence thanks to her! The whole staff is great. Start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Everything is done very quickly everyone from Cherokee is very considerate of my questions and test results are given to me quickly

Everyone here has been great. I have felt welcomed from day one. I have never felt judged by anyone. The counselors, the doctor, and the coordinator and even the other patients have all been great. I couldn't ask for anything to be different.

Anna is an asset to your company! I m a nurse at JCMC, and after getting the run around from several case managers and nurses at Turning Point over several hours- Anna sorted everything out and was able to get our patient the help she needed and wanted! Thank you Anna for your hard work. People seem to forget that these are lives, you take your job and your role in healthcare seriously.

Awesome place and best people anywhere

I came to Turning Point in January of 2020. I had definitely reached my rock bottom. The 28 day treatment program at Magnolia Ridge gave me the treatment and the resources that saved my life. The staff care about the clients and are there to help. I highly recommend the program. I'm living proof that it works. On January 9, 2025 I will have 5 years free from any mind altering substance.
