After seeing some reviews on here I was worried about meeting with meeting Connie. I honestly love her. I've meet with her and she listened. When the frist medicine didn't work, she found me another, and said "if this wasn't work will try another and another. We'll find you something" and that ment the world to me. She has been nothing but kind and helpful. As for Dawn again. She is really wonderful. She listens and she cares. She's so bubbly and you can tell she enjoys her job. Don't always listen to the negative reviews. I've had nothing but a wonderful experience. 😌

This is such a wonderful place. John is AMAZING! Connie is AMAZING! The receptionists are AMAZING! The wait time is almost non-existent, which is appreciated. (This account is my husband’s) When I say Willow Ridge saved my life, it’s an understatement. Everyone that works there is devoted to every individual’s needs, comfort, and improvement. I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care. Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape. Now today, I am over a year clean and I owe so much of that to willow. I truly gained my life and my family back. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction. What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions. Today, I am sober and living a life beyond my wildest dreams, and I owe it all to the amazing team at Willow Ridge. If you're struggling with addiction, please don't hesitate to reach out to them. It was the best decision I ever made!!

I want to extend my gratitude to the staff at the Bristol Rehabilitation Center. My father, Herman Blaine Sheckler, was there for about a week, and during that time I was able to witness firsthand the care and dedication that the staff provide to their patients. Even in the short time I was present, I saw the staff patiently working with my father—helping him sit up in a chair, assisting him to the bathroom, and tending to his needs with compassion and dignity. What I observed was only a glimpse, but it reminded me that this work is happening 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Caring for patients, especially those who may be struggling or facing challenges, takes incredible patience, balance, and commitment. As someone who also works in the medical field, I understand how easy it is for families to want a quick fix for their loved ones. But what I saw here was a reminder that healing takes time, patience, and the dedicated efforts of skilled professionals. The staff showed not only skill, but compassion—and that is the most beautiful part of what they do. To the entire team at Bristol Rehabilitation Center, thank you for the tireless work you do every single day. My deepest gratitude goes out to you all.

Best thing that ever happened to me! And thanks to everyone at New Hope including my counselor Jennifer(who related to me and saved my life) I'm still sober and I'm actually proud of the beautiful person I have become! Thank you to every counselor and the patients that became friends I'll always care for and pray for! I have u in my heart and thoughts always! I hate that this 90 day facility closed bc I would be over dosed and dead without the love and extended time they put into me. I didn't know I could be sober until they taught me to get to know my emotions and my mental health issues. With the proper care and time they gave anyone can do this life changing thing and become sober and find their true happiness.God Bless the hard working counselors that taught me at New Hope Residential! I was submitted overnight after having wrist surgery. Everyone was lovely and kind. You should tell they all did their best to take care of me while I recovered. Not only during recovery, but also before/during my surgery. The nurses were on top of things, the anesthesiologists had a wonderful beside manner. My nurse and I had a couple of pretty big issues with the night shift respiratory team so that is why I took one star away. However, their failure shouldn't take away the credit everyone else deserves. I would also like to thank Dr. Sharma for performing the surgery and making me better.
