I am extremely pleased with the service and attention I receive.I was transferred to Riverside for an appointment, they were requesting payment information so I called the clinic.Alisa Harman stated the day/time she faxed the information and explained to the financial officer that I was a veteran and should have never been asked for payment.In other words, in a very humiliating situation, ALISA HARMAN went above and beyond by giving the proper information a second time, ONLY AFTER, requesting who she could contact to make sure this didn t happen to a veteran again.When I brought this up to a co-worker of ALISA HARMAN, she stated her job was to simply give Riverside the correct phone number to call BUT ALISA handle it on the spot going ABOVE & BEYONDI m placing this on GOOGLE REVIEW because the phone numbers in this pamphlet would not take my call.

It's a VA clinic, while it's a bit of a pain to travel so far out of my way. It's still a nice place.
The staff is friendly and amazing. They do so much while being constantly hampered by the federal government with you know their incompetence.
The staff here is competent, the place is clean and well taken care of. If you need help and are a veteran it's the only place around that can and will help you.

Been coming here for many years and on Market Street previously for over 20 years .Very efficient - friendly extremely professional and excellent genuine positive regard in all aspects. Tamara has been there for years along with Dr. Bautista and Tanya Mental Health and lab Tech Tijuana takes blood with ease. This Clinic is outstanding and of 5 star Services n commitment to everyone!!!!!!!

I must say, I was very impressed by the Tidalhealth team today. And when something is done right and with great care, it needs to be recognized.
The ED team was great today taking care of my 12 year old daughter who had an unfortunate minor accident. The care provided and the fast response were recognizable, and definitely the best experience that we ever had at Tidalhealth. Please keep this up, as we need you to keep our community healthy. I sat since 2 very busy started getting late A Hugeeee Thank u to Jess ,From Triage She definitely kept me comfortable, and up to date on the timing as I got discouraged because of the wait I left ,,She called and checked to see if I was able to get my meds which I couldn't she stated if I came back the doctor could see me and I arrived her timing was perfect just all around Great professionalism and Wonderful Attitude towards others and great with making the kids comfortable ,Thanks Jess For All That You Do 💓

sadly when you see ratings that are so far apart and no real middle ratings one has to ask themselves who is the real problem. So all I can say is the staff on all levels has been great. Sometimes I wonder if they debrief the staff enough. I mean some of these kids and parents I see while waiting for my appointment drive me crazier than I already am lol. If everyone you meet is a jerk maybe the jerk is you.

I just left Community Behavioral Health after the inpatient program. This is the best place to get sober and get the help you need. The staff is great and the patients there really care about one another.

The advocates here are very helpful and caring about what it is that you need help with. They are almost like a second family to you. They help with practically almost everything that you could possibly need help with. The housing is good and they even help with appointments, meds, and even help you to get a job if you want one. Dont know what I would do without them.

I wasn’t able to manage my addiction it was out of control I called the Avenues recovery center and they welcomed me with open arms I’m so thankful and grateful the avenues recovery center was able to help me get control back of my life!!
