CFD saved my life I have battled an Ed for 2 years now and since coming here and just leaving my life has been turned upside down for the better. I have learned so much here than I have in any other treatment. CFD helped me fix my body image issues and helped my exercise addiction and I was able to find other activities to enjoy besides those. All the staff here are absolutely amazing and so kind. I love you Sebastian, Lydia, nurse ester, and Sarah. I had a therapist switch in the middle of treatment but my new therapist was still able to provide an amazing experience at CFD and helped me so much. CFD is great and the treatment is very personalized with your own personal meal plan and after a while you can prep your own meals and go on walks. My favorite thing was going out and going on exposures to help me. All my peers were amazing and always so helpful. The staff is so kind and respectful. You can also go on walks once you reach medical stability. Highly recommend CFD.

I had a great experience and this was my 4th treatment center. It’s not a cookie cutter program and felt very comfortable and welcomed. Since I left I’m still involved with the stuff they do in after care and alumni activities which are great ways to stay connected to a lot of people who truly are still putting in the work to stay sober and a lot of us have become close friends and hang out a few times a week. It’s not uptight like a lot of places which is very helpful in early recovery, the music aspect is great even if you don’t play any instruments, and the housing setup is great as well. The rules are pretty simple. No vaping inside (at the center) and you can’t have your phone during group lol pretty reasonable. Otherwise there’s still a sense of normalcy. Highly recommend to anyone who’s ready to make that 1st big step! I was a bit apprehensive at first and couldn’t be more grateful that I did it. I haven’t felt this good in 20 years!

They are the best substance abuse help i have ever had, and I have had my share. They always take care of me. Vienna, VA | Embark Behavioral Health at Tysons Corner, in Vienna, Virginia, offers addiction and behavioral health services to boys and girls between the ages of 12 and 17. They offer several levels of care which all fall under the category of outpatient care. These include standard outpatient care, intensive outpatient care and partial hospitalization care. T | Treatments Payment Options | I recently had the opportunity to visit Embark Behavioral Health, and one of the first things that stood out is how convenient the Tysons location is—easy to access, yet set in a way that still feels calm and contained.
From the moment I walked in, the space felt intentional and genuinely welcoming—something that’s not always easy to achieve in behavioral health settings. There’s a thoughtful balance here: it’s structured and clearly designed to support meaningful work, while still feeling open, comfortable, and human.
What stood out most to me was how the environment supports both focus and connection. There are defined spaces to get things done, but nothing feels closed off or isolating. There’s a sense that people are visible, supported, and part of something shared—whether that’s during structured programming or more informal moments of social connection.
Meeting members of the team only reinforced that impression. Everyone I interacted with was engaged, grounded, and clearly invested in the work they’re doing. It gave me confidence not just in the program itself, but in the experience clients and families would have navigating it day to day.
