Hotel California by the Sea, bellevue location. Best experience. It my first rehab experience. It’s going to be my first and last treatment. It’s crazy and sad because I wanna come back but that’s not how it works . It felt like summer camp being here in a good way. I’ve met so many wonderful people nothing but kind and sweet. Something I will take out of this experience that I definitely humble myself. Check myself in 06/06/25 been here all summer from detox, residential, PHP and now I’m doing IOP . Everything going in the right direction. Just hit my 80days sober date . Staff off the chain, Case Manager Therapist 10 out of 10. They’ve have help me with getting into sober living . absolutely loving my new home, I’m in a great place right now with the all the knowledge and tools I’ve learned from my experience being here. I’ve gotta say this was a 2nd chance from my higher power to get my life back in order. Definitely taking that chance for granted. It’s a new era of clean and sober. It’s the place to be physically mentally and spiritually.

I was wary about going but I knew I needed help. I was expecting jail but with bedrooms instead of cells, bad canned food and violent patients. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. Hotel California was great. I had medication assisted treatment and detox for a few days where I laid around, drew, played video games and watched tv. I was very dizzy and didn’t feel great but the nurses were very helpful for the most part. Then I transferred to residential treatment upstairs. I lost the en suite tv and the MAT, but gained about a dozen new housemates, who were really kind, intelligent and beautiful souls. There’s class every day, or group therapy - it could be described as either. The food was really good sometimes and I liked the sports drinks and apples juice always in the fridge for us. You get your phone back after detox. I got on the medications I needed for my untreated mental health condition. I haven’t wanted to use since I left. Having a therapist, psychiatrist and a case manager on my care team allowed for personalization of treatment. I made friends and stopped my addictive behavior. If you have the right insurance, it’s top notch.

This program, the welcoming and comforting and safe environment and compassionate care I received are worth all the stars in the sky. I can not say enough good things about my experience, but I will say if you are struggling and need help in a setting where your safety and comfort is priority and where you'll be treated with top notch care and dignity this is it.
Everyone was/is amazing, accessible and so supportive during and after my stay. And Ginger was so much fun to have around over night and took such good care of me. Thank you, Ginger. Thank you also Adam for checking in on me!

I honestly don't know why the rating for this treatment center is low, I have been to evergreen and nwih and this place doses you the quickest. And the staff is friendly, there's no judgment. It's a clean clinic, for all that I'd give it 5 stars based on my experience so far. It's definitely better than the other clinics I have been too. Hopefully their ratings will goo up.

Gosh, where do I start lol. I contact them about an issue, turns out they weren't able to "help" me but they indeed helped me sooooo much! I spoke to a lady named Krystal. She was so empathetic, compassionate, thorough, professional, knowledgeable and polite. I was so impressed. The level of care was top tier. Even though they couldn't help me with my main concern, she reiterated that they had no issue with being a beacon for some sound advice and resources to help me on my journey of finding what I needed. Very great experience, I learned so much about not only addiction but about myself. Very informative and knowledgeable curriculum that gave me a well rounded understanding of alcohol/ drug addiction. Love the group dynamic and I looked forward to coming to class and sharing my life experiences and everything I have been learning. I’m currently in Phase 3 of my recovery journey at Lake Side Milam, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support and guidance I’ve received here. I started my journey in Phase 1, feeling uncertain and overwhelmed, but the program has far exceeded my expectations in every way.
The staff here, especially my counselor Dulcinea and Mrs. Guwen, have been instrumental in my growth. Dulcinea is compassionate, insightful, and truly understands what I’m going through. She’s provided me with the tools and mindset shifts I needed to start healing. Mrs. Guwen has also been a great support, offering valuable insights and helping me navigate tough moments. I feel safe and heard during every session, and that has made all the difference.
The treatment team is incredibly supportive, and I’ve learned so much about myself through the process. Each phase of the program has been a stepping stone in rebuilding my life. The curriculum is thorough, and I’ve gained tools to manage my triggers, cope with emotions, and rebuild healthy relationships.
I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity to be here and would recommend Lake Side Milam to anyone who is ready to take their recovery seriously. My best friend and I booked a 1hr trail ride and it has become my favorite summer experience.
Michael & Gordy were our guides and we had a wonderful experience with both of them. The trail and views were absolutely gorgeous!
We could tell the horses were taken great care of and all of them were so friendly. After the ride was over, they allowed us to hang around the ranch to meet more horses and take a ton of photos.
**I recommend bringing cash to TIP your guides - or plan to Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, etc.**
I highly recommend Skyland Ranch and cannot wait to come back for a longer ride!

What a wonderful experience! The location is where the ranch is located is beautifully located with a gorgeous view of the mountains.
After meeting up with our guides, Thomas and Jesse, me and my girlfriend went on a beautiful trailride which roughly took 1 hour and 20 ish minutes. During the ride we had some great conversations.
After our ride we had some amazing conversations with Thomas who later invited us to take a look at their barrel races a few days after.
For the people who wonder about the wellbeing of the horses: they take great take of their horses and they looked wonderful.
If you want an amazing trailride I definitely recommend this ranch!

This place and the staff working here saves lives. As someone close to some who was admitted here, I will never be able to thank the staff enough for their care. When I was admitted I was on the brink of wanting to die. I was a mess, my marriage was falling apart, I was extremely depressed and my anxiety was over the top. Overlake saved my life and my family. I have been through four rehabs. I came to ATA because my attorney sent me to them. I was arrested for DUI. My checkered past with rehabs came from jobs or family members pressuring me. I ignored everything until I was arrested. I had a blackout and drove. I could have killed people. Everyday I see the news and read about people who drive drunk and killed people. I am blessed not to be in the news. My assessment from ATA opened my eyes. I have had a lot of violence and trauma in my life, but I have to take responsibility for my choices in life. I am grateful for the compassion and guidelines i got from the relapse prevention program. ATA did everything to make me grow. They did not lock me into a never ending program for their own profit.

I like it to be a small and private facility instead of a large counseling corporation because the recommendations I receive in this place are based on my needs instead of a general recommendation. Much better being that it's a small private practice rather than a large corporate owned D & A Assessment center. You will actually receive a recommendation based upon your needs, instead of a recommendation made to make the company money off of you attending unnecessary and costly classes,which of course they conveniently offer. Assessment is conducted in a professional but not impersonal manner. Would recommend Motivations for anyone needing to take a court ordered D & A Assessment.

Wonderful and a great place to refocus whether court ordered, Employer referrals or self. The therapist are awesome, they have your back even when you fall short. I miss the therapist guided group sessions. NWRC brought out the best in me and gave me the tools to navigate through my recovery. and yes, it was fun too. Kudos NWRC

I, like many people, have been assaulted. This nonprofit resource center has been essential in my recovery. I came to them a year ago feeling broken in many ways - they have been integral to my making peace with the more painful events in my life. I'm extremely grateful and feel immensely lucky to have access to services. I just wish more assault survivors could reach out for help when they need it (it took me more than a decade), the healing professionals at KCSARC are there waiting, and they're VERY easy to talk (or just quietly sit) with!

My son had intake at the Seattle location with Sam. He was amazing! We are now established at the Tukwila office and let me tell you, I feel like we are finally getting the help we've been searching for. Gitane and Joe exceed expectations of communication. The staff at Valley Cities in Kent, that worked with my family member, are absolutely amazing human beings. The Doctor listened to his concerns, respectfully addressed them - without passing judgement and made him feel like he is a whole person, again.
