I did not stay sober after my stint at BTG but I sincerely believe BTG is the best place to get it done. I don’t consider my time/money spent at BTG to be a waste because I am a far more compassionate and virtuous person than I could have been otherwise.Its a vigorously honest program.

I have been to several clinics and ARS is by far the best clinic I have ever been to. The entire counseling staff is amazing and really cares about each and every patient. The Director, Sharonda, is very personable and is truly a caring person who really goes the extra mile to help you. The nurses are the best I have ever seen and really show their compassion and caring personalities. Its a shame the SAME 2 PATIENTS keep posting negative reviews, because this place truly is a God send and has saved may lives.

It’s unfortunate that the clinic has unhappy patients who write bad reviews because they don’t get their way. The clinic saved my life. The nurses are caring and the new director is extremely nice and always makes herself available for patients. Like most clinics the counselors come and go but there are several that have been there for awhile and are great. My counselor Ann is amazing! No the clinic is not perfect but they care and try. If you’re serious about your recovery ARS is a great place.

I love the Winchester office! it is so spacious and very clean! The Winchester office is so convenient, right off of RT 7/ I81!! Walking distance from downtown. The staff is absolutely wonderful! So personable and easy to talk to. They try and get you the help you need! They have a great snacks there too! I highly recommend them! 10 out of 10!

Edgehill saved my life. The staff here care. They teach boundaries, accountability, and will show up for you. Getting clean is what you make of it. If you do the work, you’ll see results and the staff will help you every step of the way. If you fall and reach out for help, they will be there to pick you up. I’ll have a decade clean this year and I could never ever ever have done it without the support of the community here. This treatment center is a 12 step model, which has worked for me. They set you up for success with an outpatient program as well as referrals to sober living. We did chores, which helps in taking positive actions, accountability, and gaining self esteem. The groups every day are helpful, educational, and varied so as not to be boring. The AA and NA community hold meetings in their larger meeting room daily so you can’t help but get plugged in to the community. And if you are just having a bad day and no longer at the center you can pop in and there is always someone to talk to. The staff are still apart of my life today, this place is the best thing that ever happened to me.

Had an amazing experience at Edgehill. It took me forever to get into the swing of following the routine. I finally started to get the most out of the program once I took the time to get rid of the anxiety of being somewhere far from home. I appreciate the time they took with me and not just feeling I was a lost cause. The serenity prayer was the thing that stuck with me the most. Shae is an awesome guy who keeps it straight up with you. No sugarcoating what he dealt with and how he became who he is. Joe was the kind of guy you look up to and would never expect to meet there. If you meet Blue in the kitchen youre in for a great meal. The different programs each day was a cool change up from going to so many AA meetings. I learned to open up and share my experience and stories after listening to everyone else. I'm grateful for all the staff there and all the people who made it possible for me to be there. If you have to go to a rehab this is a great place to be.

First experience here was BAD. Dr Asgar was extremely rude, saying I need weight loss surgery, said I was racist, guess he didn't know my ex is African American. Said my Social phobia is in my mind which is when he declared me a racist. But, I requested a new Dr and this new one is amazing. I am glad I did not stop after being down graded and left more depressed than ever, I would recommend Eastridge, just not Dr Asgar.

Both programs boast spacious buildings that are clean and organized as well as friendly staff who are familiar with recovery and ready to give to those in need. I have been at this clinic longer than 94% of the employees now, that sounds bad I know however I have blind detox all the way down n had to go back up due to my own mistakes that being said, they are great the front desk people to and Cindy don't get the credit they deserve most days. Dealing with everyone's non sense also I do love the people I can say that I have two and a half years clean .. meaning I have a lot of take homes I choose not to act on until now for the a routine however since I took my months worth I have not had one time it went smoothly the new nursing staff is just not as use to it I suppose and when there is a mistake they are quick to blame the patient instead of considering it was their part in it or even a computer error ..

I was there from September 2012- September 2022. I was helped tremendously by all staff. Mrs. Hilary, Mrs. Cassy we're on my dorm. I was in Temple West. The food was good, the therapy helped, the groups were awesome and very interactive. Now that I've been going to this particular location for going on 6 years... (Will be 6 years this November 2O25)... I've had time to process a whole lot. The counselors are very caring. They're really helpful and kind. They want to see you do well. The nurses are super friendly. So are the doctors. As far as wait times, well, TBH, that all depends on what time you get there during the morning. Like me for example. I go daily now and I try to go before 6am, if I get there before 6am, and I don't have a UA, I'm usually in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In my opinion, this is one of the better clinics in the Hagerstown area. They all want to see you do good and stay clean and sober for the rest of your life. Not saying you'll have to be here that long, but, just enough to get stable to where you feel safe and comfortable with yourself. I also wanted to say that I've had about 4 or 5 counselors since I've been going there and IDK why the counselors keep leaving or getting let go. The one I have now, she seems pretty nice. Also, FYI: As of June 1st 2024, their hours will be changing. The cutoff time for dosing will now be 12 Noon, instead of 1pm. I think it's because of the lack of counselors and nursing staff. It would normally be a 5/5, but things have REALLY changed. Physicals every 3 months, I don't understand why...and they have a HUGE turnover of nurses and counselors. I'm telling y'all what, if Mary goes, idk how much longer everyone will stay. Mary is the best!

Yes I’ll agree this treatment center has been a very very positive experience. Especially those who have moved on to another job. Am sure working here could be a challenging experience as well. Even though the few counselors I have had were worth coming to this center and am grateful for there stall. I hope going forward I’ll experience the same. Thank you.

I'm going to give this place a 4 out of 5☆ This treatment center helped me tremendously!!! They are absolutely amazing here! New Seasons helped me change my life forever for the better on 3-19-24!♡ And I will forever cherish that!! & also be forever thankful & grateful!🙏🏻 I would not be where I am today without them! Since i was 16 years old. Almost 14 years i battled with addiction to opioids(pain killers) and as of 6-11-24, I am, 2 months & 22 days clean!♡ Methadone ONLY!♡ So Thank you New Seasons for everything you guys did for me! I appreciate you guys so much!.♡ Thank you for helping me change my life!♡ There are a few downfalls though.. 1. is the intake process.. Which takes 3-5 hours!!! & it will seem like it's taking forever & a year lol 😆 but that is the worst part & once you get through that the hardest part is over!!! I was hoping & praying so hard that the methadone was going to help me & I am beyond thankful that it did & it still does!🙏🏻 I dont think about a pill, i dont wish for a pill, i dont want a pill & i dont NEED a pill!!!💪 2. All the nurses go on break all at once except for 1 so there is only 1 window open for you to dose at so you have to be there before 10:30 or 11am if you want to get in and out quickly. I always made sure i got there at 8am because it wasn't busy at that time. 3.They don't take my insurance which is, (Wv medicaid) and that's why I had to be transferred somewhere else. But, I live in Wv anyway so I don't have to travel as far now. 4. If they did an update and remodeling to make it feel warm, cozy and welcoming✨️ It would make people feel a whole lot more comfortable when you walk in.. But, on a great note, Which is the most important to me is, Most of the staff are nice.. They do know how to communicate with one another which is a big plus for me! My counselor Merisa was awesome! I was truly blessed with her! I definitely recommend her as a counselor!👌 The dosing nurses are great! I enjoyed making their day just as much as they made mine! Especially Ashley!!! She is the best & will always be my favorite!♡ Most importantly I got a dose of medicine every morning that kept me clean which means I was able to live and see another beautiful day without fighting a battle that I fought with every single day i opened my eyes for almost 14 years! So yes, I would definitely recommend New Seasons treatment center when YOU or anyone you know are ready to get clean, healthy, happy & change for the better!✔️ I also recommend methadone instead of suboxone! It helps me tremendously!♡

I guest dosed here for 3 day's straight because me and my bf had to go to WV from NC for his aunt's funeral unfortunately. We had absolutely no problem's at all, they were all polite each day and honestly, the dosing nurse's were nicer AND faster then the one's at our clinic we go to everyday here in NC!

FIRST LET ME SAY I LOVE THE STAFF AND EVERYONE THERE💜💙💚🧡!!!! I'm just very upset right now, and want to see if anyone else has been in the position iam in right now. I have been on Suboxone for about 2 and a half years. HAVE NEVER GAVE A DIRTY PISS TEST!!!! I go once a month. Well in the past year or so, I have to have surgery on my wrist had to get a metal plate put in it. They put me on Subutex for 2 weeks or so, took the pain meds like I should, went back on Suboxone no problem. NO DIRTY PISS TESTS. About 6 months later I had to have surgery on my finger. Once again put me on Subutex afterwards for a couple weeks or so. NO DIRTY PISS TESTS AGAIN. Went back on the Suboxone no problems. I NEVER TOOK MORE OF THE PAIN MEDS THAN I WAS SUBSCRIBED!!!! I have been having trouble with my legs for awhile giving out on me and I would fall. So recently I was having lots of problems with my left knee. They had to do a partial knee replacement. Got it done yesterday. THEY GAVE ME TYLENOL 500MGS 2 EVERY 6 HOURS, AND GAVE ME 8MG OF BABY ASPRININ I TAKE 2 ADAY OF THOSE. THEN GAVE ME 3 8MG OF SUBOXONE STRIPS TO TAKE ADAY. SO 3 SUBOXONE WITH THE OTHER PAIN MEDS. I was told they don't give Subutex no more, not even pregnant woman. Iam confused I AWAYS THOUGHT SUBOXONE IS A PAIN BLOCKER. NOW AFTER ALLLLLL THESE YEAR'S OF PEOPLE BEING ON THEM. THEY ARE NOT REALLY A BLOCKER.???? NEEDLESS TO SAY IAM IN THE WORST PAIN EVER😭😭😭😭!!!! TRUST ME IF I HAD KNOWN WHAT I WAS GOING TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS PAIN I WOULDN'T OF DONE IT!!!! I couldn't even do therapy today at ALL when they came today to start the therapy!!!! Just wondering anybody else go through this to after a major surgery like this???? So beware Suboxone isn't a complete BLOCKER they are saying all of a sudden 🤔. Like I said this place HAS HELPED ME OUT ALOT!!!! MY BEEF IS REALLY WITH THE SUBOXONE MAKERS I GUESS. ITS JUST AWFUL THE PAIN IAM IN. Like I said I have no desire at all to go back on the pain pills again I almost died!!!! I take care of my Dad he has Cancer and Dementia and is on ALOT OF PAIN MEDS, SO IF I WANTED TO DO PAIN MEDICINE I WOULD ALREADY HAVE DONE IT!!!! My daughter and grandkids live here too and I would never never do anything to hurt them. Anyway SORRY for my venting, just upset . I hope someone understands what iam going through. PLEASE PRAY THAT THIS PAIN EASIOUS UP 🙏🙏🙏🙏

You definitely get what you give out at Eastridge. So if you strive to improve your mental health in every way and show effort and gratitude, then they would do anything for you. I highly recommend this place to people WANTING to get better and be a better person.
