I’ve seen a few therapist over the years and I’ve gotta say truly Spencer James is one of the best if not the best therapist in the world he has really been helping improve myself and my overall happiness with day to day activities and all of my anger issues he is seriously the real deal!! Thank you so much man I swear you deserve a raise after hearing my crazy spews sometimes lmao but thank for always being very active and helpful and thank you for calling me if I don’t make it to an appointment and staying on me. Amazing service. Great staff. Just yesterday I had an appointment at this clinic. Afterwards I went to Rural king and dropped a salt lick block on my toe. Worried that it might be broken, I returned to the clinic. As a walk in, I asked the clerk if they do X-rays and explained my situation. She said take a sit, they'll be right with you. Not 10 minutes later, I had my X-ray taken and I was out the door heading home. I am very blessed to have access to this clinic. They do great work and I would recommend this clinic to any veteran in the area.

This place changed my life. I was deep in it — like, really bad — and Burlington Recovery didn’t just help me get clean, they helped me feel human again. 🙏 The staff kept it 100, no judgment, just real support. Group talks were raw, and they hit different. I laughed, I cried, I actually started to believe I could do better. If you're struggling, for real... give this place a shot. 💯🛏️

Burlington Recovery came through when everything felt like it was falling apart. I called their helpline not expecting much, but they were on it fast. Walked me through everything with real patience and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking a hundred questions. From day one, they treated me like a person, not a problem. The folks there actually cared, like you could hear it in their voice. They made it easy to take that first scary step and stayed supportive the whole way through. Solid people, real help.

Burlington Recovery hits different — no fake smiles, no cookie-cutter programs, just real support from people who know what it’s like to feel stuck and still choose to climb out. You walk in broken, and they don’t flinch. They’re right there with you, helping you detox, get clear, and start building something better. What makes it stand out? The way they treat you. Like you matter. Like you’re not just your worst day. Burlington Recovery helps you reset without making you feel like a project. If you’re ready to leave the chaos behind and start fresh, this place is all in with you — every step.

When I called for a refill for my sons medication before Thanksgiving (because I knew there was a holiday and they would likely be out of the office) I was sent to voicemail every time I called. I never got a return call from any of the numerous times I had called before the holiday so I called today (9 days later) and was informed that he can't get his refill until he is seen by his doctor. I completely understand he has to have a current visit to get refills, but when you keep rescheduling the appointment, how is he expected to be seen? When I asked that question I was told that his doctor was out with medical issues (which again, I understand) but communication is key in this situation. Had I been informed of her absence, I could have asked to be seen by someone else or made other arrangements, but now he is out of his medication (that doesn't even work properly and he needs a change but we can't get that because we can't even get a freaking appointment with his doctor to do so). So beyond frustrated with this whole situation. My son has a hard enough time in school (even with medication) but to have to send him without his meds is just unfair to everyone involved. Definitely do not recommend.

Friendly staff. Ran out of medications to try to treat depression. Offered me therapy. Said they'd set up an appointment. Never did. Then said they have to outsource my therapy to another provider. Said they'd set up an appointment. Never did. Finally said that I'd have to apply for therapy online. Never elaborated or told me what website. Counseling(therapy) is still listed as a service they do on their website. Got a "survey" after stopping treatment. Told them about the therapy situation, they asked if I was still interested in getting therapy through them. If a chef failed to even start cooking that many times, they'd be fired. Sends letter 2 years later saying they are breaking up with me.

Can’t get past the incompetence at the front desk. Called to ask if they call with appointment reminders. They told me my son was 18 and they couldn’t tell me that. Since when does asking if they do appointment reminders violate anything? Passed me to someone else and they said the same. This was the fourth attempt at making an appointment. The first two they lost and couldn’t find. For people already suffering with afflictions perhaps they should find help that doesn’t add to those.

5 stars no doubt!!! Staff is WONDERFUL!!! Every time I go in to that office, especially in the last few weeks, every lady in that place is working their tail off. Although some feel differently about certain situations, I have come to understand the importance of remembering that they do have to follow the laws and do as they're requested to do. From my experience in this office, they care a very great deal about their patients. Every issue I have had in that office, I have had the privilege of talking with Mr. Steve Sams which has done a stunning job listening to every issue I would present to him. This is an absolutely wonderful business (of course has some flaws just like any other place) with very, very hard working staff that does everything they possibly can to take care of their patients. Unfortunately I've heard that the office will be closing next week, so so sad to see it go!!!!
