Amanda Patt is the best! I came to her with two issues that needed physical therapy. She easily divided my scheduled appointments to address both problems.
I first arrived for PT after surgery in a wheelchair and large leg brace, then progressed to a walker and finally left using only a cane!
She was very knowledgeable about both issues and carefully explained home exercises for me at each visit.
We will recommend Amanda to anyone who needs PT; in fact, our son has already received therapy from Amanda..
I know my recovery from a major surgery progressed much faster due to the PT I received from Amanda.

This review pertains only to the out-patient lab section of MMC. I had a Covid-19 test, for an upcoming medical procedure if you must know, on the morning of Oct. 12, 2021. I was just a little bit anxious because, believe it or not, this was my first real Covid-19 test (I believe being fully vaccinated, masked, and social distancing are responsible for that).
A young woman named Anna drew my test sample, and even though it was just barely 8:00 a.m., her effusive, bright personality brought a smile to my face and eased all my anxiety. She is an asset to MMC and hopefully she will be compensated with a commensurate pay raise of at least 15%.

My family was encouraging me to get help. I put it off as long as possible. If I was going to treatment, I wanted a very nice program and a private room. I finally went to The Manor. This place saved my life. The staff were very patient with me. I had been to treatment before but it was nothing like this program. I liked having individual therapy. Also, my wife and I had a lot of couples counseling. I was also able to do some work and that helped relieve stress about losing clients or my company. I have been home now for several months. It has been difficult at times but I am doing well. I have my life and my family back.

I was given an ultimatum by my wife. Go to The Manor or get a divorce. You do a lot of hard work there and within two weeks it was clear that my addiction to meth was a co addiction evolving primarily from my addiction to a controlling and mentally abusive wife. The staff is wonderful..they ask the tough questions but we do the work. I'm now happily divorced and drug free! Thank you to the amazing staff!

We have adopted four children, all with special needs. Our current home study expires on May 20. Our current agency does not want to renew our study. They feel we are too old (in our 50's) and have enough children. We are saddened by the fact that we only need a renewal to add another child to our family.
Are you familiar with any agencies that would renew our study for us? Help with finalization and AA? Despite our ages? We have passed the background checks and physicals five times now. We have had local media write about us and USA today did a video about our family.
Even if we found our child tomorrow, we would not have time to remain with current study until finalization.

Reception NEVER answers the phone, I am always redirected to leave a voicemail and often it is not returned promptly. Before my insurance changed I worked with Ryanne Wendt and Alyssa Sydalko. (not sure if their names are spelled correct) I have nothing but positive things to say about both of them. My life will be forever changed by them. Ryanne is an amazing counselor who makes difficult issues easy to talk about and helps you to see what you’re doing right as well as areas to improve on. Wish I could still see her, if my insurance situation changes definitely going back to her. Best counselor I’ve ever worked with! Alyssa changed my life forever too! She took me seriously when discussing symptoms and gave me a referral for a pulmonologist instead of messing with medication combinations that did nothing to relieve my symptoms.... turns out I have narcolepsy! Alyssa was the one medical provider who went the extra mile for me ... after 10+ years of misdiagnosed symptoms she is the person who sent me down the path for a proper diagnosis and symptom management. This place saved my life. The staff is amazing, I adore my councilor, dr was super nice and understanding. I've never felt this welcome. I asked my dr once for help,she turned me away. I thank Gid I found this place.

I enjoy going to ACTC for my methadone dosing,& I have an awesome counselor there and I also love doing group on the phone! I truly feel confident in my recovery, being a part of this program

I actually love the er at Ssm so much. Since they were bought out things really have turned around. All the staff is kind there and they always take the time to hear you out and take you seriously. I love Ssm for the er and will always go there instead of anywhere else if I can help it and time permits.

ER we had a good experience,Jim had fell at a restaurant ,and needed to be checked out, not sure the name of Dr.on staff ,but everyone was doing there job ,took good care of Jim ,did X-rays ,I was worry he broke a hip ,had at least 3 nurse's taking care of him ,
