This place is amazing!!! It doesn’t even feel like a facility, they helped me so much and you become family with the other clients. The staff are amazing at what they do and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start my journey of recovery! Wyoming recovery is they best place to go by far and I think it’s so amazing that they let you still interact with the community and not feel like your locked down all the time and they give you the chance to get away for a few hours on the weekend! To express my gratitude and appreciation towards Tim Hand our Director for a fantastic staff and supportive community that allowed me to have support coming out of a decade of prison, to a place that welcomed me and provided resources for my success is not enough said. I showed up full of anxiety and nervousness. I was completely exhausted. My case manager allowed me to take a healthy breath of fresh air with being supportive in where I was at. She meet me exactly where I needed to be. I am so grateful for the opportunity I was granted with all the resources available to me , especially our run club in the mornings with staff that really made me feel comfortable and human. Change happens in the right direction with the people who challenge us in the right way for the right reasons. There is allot of great people coming in and out of this establishment for the right reasons. My success will continue to grow from everyone involved here at LCCC. Because of my interests and being a bit clumsy, I have visited the Lander ER a number of times. In this case, I had a big laceration on a middle finger. The nurses and attending ER doc were excellent, as usual. They decided not to stitch it, because it looked like the wound was more of a flap. Turns out it could have been stitched, but it healed up just fine. I have complete faith in the care offered by Sage West Lander.

Dr. Dyksterhouse is an amazing doctor. My family and I care for my Grandmother that has Alzheimer's. Dr. D is her primary care physician. His lighthearted wit and excellent bedside manor always put my Grandmother at ease. He is patient and we never feel rushed when we have office visits. He responds quickly to our messages and is never bothered by any amount questions or concerns that we may have. Dr. D has been an invaluable resource when it comes to connecting us with people to help us manage situations we are unable to manage alone. Dr. D is hands down the best doctor I have ever had interaction with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician in Belmont.
