This place is amazing!!! It doesn’t even feel like a facility, they helped me so much and you become family with the other clients. The staff are amazing at what they do and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start my journey of recovery! Wyoming recovery is they best place to go by far and I think it’s so amazing that they let you still interact with the community and not feel like your locked down all the time and they give you the chance to get away for a few hours on the weekend! This is the best place to go to take a step towards staying clean!!!

One of the staff members told me that no one ever leaves a review and I said I would so here it is all of the staff was really really nice, except for one of the janitorial staff barked at me other than that the whole stay was good I don’t know if I’d say wonderful but all right! As a graduate student who had the opportunity to complete a rotation at Wyoming Behavioral Institute, I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and compassion demonstrated by the staff. Prior to my experience, the general perception I had heard was that patients were not always treated well; however, I found the exact opposite to be true. The team at WBI is deeply committed to supporting both patients and their families, working diligently to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for healing.
Mental health treatment can be challenging, especially when individuals struggle to engage with the resources and interventions available due to the nature of their illnesses. For parents, it can also be difficult to place their trust in others when their children are receiving care away from home. At times, communication challenges or differing perspectives between patients and families can make understanding the full picture complex.
Overall, my experience at WBI was incredibly meaningful. Dr. Danczik and Dr. Martorano do an excellent job balancing the patient flow and the psych NPs are excellent as well! I gained a great deal of respect for all of the professionals who work there and the effort they put forth to ensure the well-being of every individual in their care. I am truly grateful for the experience and the insight it provided into the compassionate side of behavioral healthcare.

I would highly recommend Dr. Danczik as the best psychiatrist I have ever had since dealing with my mental illness since 1983. I have been in WBI numerous times since 2014. When I got released from WBI in 2023 I picked WBI outpatient to see Dr. Dancsik on a regular schedule for medication management and treatment. I have been in remission under his professional care which is a great relief for me because I would have episodes at least once a year prior to being under his care. Kudos to Dr. Danczik!

From ages 14-18 this was my home. And because of the staff and their compassion and kindness that I am, who I am today. I was able to graduate high school and get my diploma, had I gone home that never would have been possible. The care that is given to the children there is without a doubt extraordinary. I’ve spent my whole life in the system, YDS and their staff were the only ones to treat me like a person and not a case number or a “troubled kid”. Not all group homes or facilities in the state of Wyoming cared much for kids like me, YDS was the only place that was able to help me. For that they have my gratitude and respect for life.

Receiving treatment at Inner Balance was a trans formative experience. I experienced healing from all perspectives and was given the tools to create a sober life. Got financially discharged after 10 days because my insurance was not verified for the entire visit. They did not do their due diligence and properly verify my insurance. They did not fight or appeal it, they just asked me to leave. Not only was I mortified, I was also left broke and still broken. I cashed out my 401k to go to this rehab, and paid the deductible for my plan which was either $7500 or $10,000. I trusted them to help me in my journey to sobriety but instead they added to my list of traumatic events and sadly I am still fighting to that same goal. They did not care about me as a person, they only seen me as a dollar and when I read the reviews it makes me mad that I was not extended this warm caring that so many are talking about. I tried to leave a BBB complaint or review but this facility doesn't participate so the next best way to make sure I can help to make it never happen again is an accurate review.

I graduated my 28 days in resident treatment program at North Point. My experience was truly amazing. The food was great, nice warm beds and plenty of activities. But most impressive was the staff. The kitchen, the techs, case managers, nurses, counselors, etc. made everything worth it. They truly care about your wellbeing and provide the knowledge so you can succeed in your sobriety journey. 10/10 would recommend!

North Point was a great experience for me. they do a great job of curating a community centered environment. The people here cared about getting better and the staff was great, the counselors were amazing. There were some hiccups and annoyances, but oh well; we’re here for rehabilitation, not a vacation. Amenities were solid and from what i heard, far above many other rehab facilities. I would recommend North Point 10/10 times.

I give my life to this place. I came here in July 2025. I was lost. I lost my family. I lost the ability to live in society. I’d spent most of my time behind bars the past couple years, drugs had taking everything from me! Coming to Narconon I learned how to accept a lot of the things that I’ve done, to the people I’d hurt and to myself. I gained the ability to move forward, to confront a lot of the issues and become myself again. The new live detoxification help get all the residual out of my body and give me a healthy start so that I can move forward in the next part of the course. The objective course taught me how to be patient to not act on old behavior but to truly be there and to confront all situations in my life! And last, but not least life skills gave me tools to further my recovery to live with conditions to understand that I was still liability. They gave me formulas to move forward in my life to have a better chance at succeeding in my recovery. This place has changed my life dramatically. I’ve received my family back. This place saved my best friend's life. Almost 2 years ago she decided to go to Narconon. It was the hardest decision she ever made and the hardest thing she has ever done. It changed her in ways she only prayed for. She has always been a fighter. But now, she is strong in such a way that she doesn't constantly need to fight. She faces everything head-on. She has a life she never thought was possible. She found herself here and she began to love herself. She found who she was always meant to be. She has a love for life she has never had. She is 22 months sober now and the happiest and more at peace than I have ever seen her.

I’ve had a great deal of exposure to recovery-focused businesses/programs and this was by far my best experience. Betty Jo, Alisha, and Ceana at the Fort Collins office truly understand the assignment, and treat everyone with respect and genuine care. They create an atmosphere that is both comfortable and solution-focused, which is a very difficult thing to do - a labor of love to say the least.
