She is the manager of the entire office ans there's a lot that goes into it, especially when your staff is not doing things correctly. I moved to Vegas six years ago and I was goggeling methadone clinics to switch from the one from my hometown one that I was going too and I found this one as the best one with reviews and with this year it’s been six years I been coming here and I never had a bad experience not even one time. So I don’t get all the bad reviews honestly it might be from ppl that re not saying the whole story Alex my counselor is amazing the front grls there are very helpful and lily has always been understanding and good to me. Like everyone she has her bad days of course no ones perfect but she works hard and I always seen her go above and beyond for ppl when I was there so idk.just keep staying clean and doing what u need to do and you won’t have issues simple as that.i do recommend it as a good clean building and helpful staff.

I stayed with Luxe for 40+ days and i can only say good things. The director and therapist(s) are experienced and actually care. The techs are awesome. The nurses and doctors are all amazing and provided me with some of the best healthcare I’ve experienced. A lot of the staff is in recovery also with lots of clean time. I fought my addiction and alcoholism for over 35 yrs. Thanks to West Cares staff, programs, and counselors I finally found relief from the insanity and chaos that has been my life. They never gave up on me. Never judging or refusing to treat me. I have been through the detox there several times before they stop doing detox. I truly believe that I FINALLY MADE IT.. This was my first time going through HSR. Their program and I believe that I was finally able to surrender, TRUST the process. Just happy and grateful beyond words. I would recommend it to anyone who is truly wanting to change.

These guys took me off the street. Fed me, clothed me, got me clean. They gave me a new life. After my 30days they put me in a sober living house. Ive been going to BHG for about 5 months now and I've never had a bad experience! The nurses have ALWAYS been nice to me even when I didnt always pass my UA's. They NEVER made me feel judged at all which is something I truly appreciate. The front desk lady is always in a great mood and she does her job fantastically! The only complaint I do have is since they changed their hours, I called and told them I was 2 minutes away and if they can hold the door open for me and she said no in a very rude way. Other then this BHG is AMAZING and I would recommend it to any addict trying to get clean or even if you had a small lapse, go get help! They will go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. And of course I wanted to give a shout out to the BEST consular there... Anthony! He is never pushy, easy to talk to and open up with and he doesnt expect perfection or make me feel judged or bad about myself in any way. He is a true goddess and he deserves a raise!! Staff is very understanding and helpful aslong as you are patient n respectful you will receive the same. Unfortunately not funded enough to keep full house nursing staffed(3). I visited Nestled Recovery Center last week and was really impressed with the personal attention I received. Alex and the team are truly outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and aren’t just waiting for time to pass. The nursing staff were incredibly qualified and professional, which gave me confidence in the level of care provided here. What really stood out to me was how personal and flexible everything felt. There’s no strict, stingy corporate atmosphere like you might find elsewhere. It feels like a place where individual needs actually matter. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the grounds create a really peaceful environment.

I know this place gets a bad reputation and I didn't get the best care from them in the past,but it's improved. I was wounded in Afghanistan in 2009. The skin graft on my right leg had an infection and the ER was really helpful. I got antibiotics and ointment within two hours. It wasn't like this before and I do see a vast improvement. I hope other veterans hang in there and get better.

Overall a good facility with some good professional healthcare specialist. However, today, I can’t say it was a pleasant experience with their Orthopedic Dept. I was just a patient following given information and directives, and at the end I was being (indirect about way as the problem) made the one accountable for their misunderstanding and inability to communicate effectively. Once I realized it was futile trying to explain further to the nurse and PA, I began to leave while the PA continued to engage and agitate, seemingly trying to come off as the one justified. On my way out, he displayed his bravado and threatened to call security, wow! Guy’s emotionally triggered with an ego problem. The nurse intentionally disclosed only part of the email information to save herself any blame. Very unprofessional personnel. First really bad experience with the VA.

My experience at Desert Parkway Behavioral health was excellent, especially the weekend staff. The food was 2/5, but the weekend staff who are: Keven (Lead MHT), Jerry (MHT), Felt (RN), Marlyn (RN), and Maile (RN) made it easier for me and actually enjoyable. I hope these individuals get recognized for their hardworking and dedication not just for doing their jobs, but how they treated all the patients. Great team!!!!

They also assist with you with in obtaining your SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, NEVADA EBT SNAP FOOD STAMP CARD (also if you were to have misplaced, lost or if you were to have your card stolen they will instantly provide you with a new card), YOU ALSO CAN APPLY/REAPPLY/APPLE IF YOU WERE TO GET DENIED DUE TO NOT REAPPLYING BEFORE THE DEADLINE TO DO SO. They also provide assistance with personal hygiene items, feminine as well as male care packages, first aid kits for common medical emergencies, if your currently partaking in illegal street drugs for an example (METHAMPHETAMINE, HEROIN AND FENTANYL) you'll be given a form to fill out and once you're done they will provide you with the medical life saving inhalants. if you're out of drinking water or your not financially able to purchase water they will supply you with some. I went in with the dt’s from alcohol and from start they were on top things. Other than being sleepy from the meds,my detox went well. Great attentive staff fantastic care. Virtue has saved my life! I’m currently 5 months sober. Gosh does it feel good to say that. Every single employee (too many to name) helped with this difficult process with absolute love, caring and best of all most of the employees have been through exactly what I was going through. My stay was so beneficial I didn’t want to go home. Honestly!!! My very very favorite part of Virtue was the FOOD. It was absolutely amazing. If you are feeling uncertain, scared or just not completely ready… TRUST ME this is the place for you. I would like to thank each and every staff member from the maids to the cooks to the techs, to my AMAZING therapists, Doctors, case managers, personal drivers, Jeff the chef, my sweet nurses all the way to the administration. Trust me, it was not an easy decision to let myself physically and mentally go into the hands of Virtue for 30 days. But, I’m beyond happy I made that jump. I recently moved from Arizona and before I came into this house I moved to another sober living (not this one) and that house did not work out for me so I luckily found this one. The reason I say that because unlike other houses, here at New lyfe solutions the house manager works here at the house meaning he's actively involved helping you in your recovery and making you self sufficient. He will guide you to your meetings show you were they are and not only that. Push recovery upon you. If any parents or family members is reading this review wondering if this house is right for their loved ones. I can say that they won't be just on vacation here Carlos pushes recovery onto the men here. Not because he has to but he truly wishes the best for everyone here at the home. If ur anything like me and need real structure to have the best shot too regaining your life back. And start living not surviving. Come give it a shot! Nothing but great things here. Oh yeah Carlos the house manager helps out with grocery runs weekly which goes long way so you don't carry heavy water, soda, fruit, watermelon, etc back on your own. Great location too meeting down the street, fast foods, haircuts,smoke shops grocery stores. Bus stops. Won't regret this house one bit. I recently moved to Las Vegas from Utah for a new sober start at life, and New Lyfe Solutions has made my transition to my new life so much easier! They even went as far as to pick me up from the airport! I have been in New Lyfe Solutions for 4 months now, and it has been the best decision I have ever made! I am truly greatful for this program!
