I used to go here, Mrs. Arlene is THE BEST therapist there (my opinion). She tells you what you need to here, but in a kind, "I-got-you-girl" kinda way! I felt very safe talking to her, and now that im graduated from the program, I miss her so much! Thanks to her, I turned my life around, got on the right track, and now I'm doing awesome in life! I used to fight with my mama every day, now we get along, and enjoy being around each other! Ambrosia in Port St. Lucie is an incredible facility with outstanding professionals. Nadine was my therapist and she was an absolute 10/10 clinician—incredibly supportive, skilled, and impactful. Additionally, James, who ran the family groups, was phenomenal in his approach. Even though my own family wasn't present, the environment he created allowed us to support one another seamlessly—such as reading letters out loud to stand-in family members in the audience. It created a deeply powerful space for healing grief. Now, eight years sober, I highly respect their professionalism and would recommend their program to anyone looking for true support.

If you or a loved one is struggling, I highly recommend Ambrosia Treatment Center. It truly changes lives. The admissions team is professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic (Specifically Alan) which reassured me that I came to the right place. The admissions process was seamless! I’m beyond grateful for the care and support my sister received here. The therapists and counselors are incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, always going above and beyond to help work through challenges at your own pace. The mental health support is just as strong as the substance abuse treatment, making a huge difference in her journey. I can’t say enough amazing things about this facility!

I am completely impressed. Coastal Detox and residential is absolutely gorgeous, well maintained, clean, and on the ball. The staff is 24/7, from nurses to Techs, doctors, therapists and counselors. Three chefs that are over the top with beautifully prepared meals, even made to order if I did not like what was on the menu. Judy was available every single day, and evenings as well. I saw an influx of anywhere from 29 to 45 patients handled professionally and seamlessly. Shout out to Karen for helping me through my first week. Her kind words and support motivated me to stay and get the help I needed. All the Techs are kind, funny, patient and I felt safe the entirety of my 40 day stay. Doctor Amanda is brilliant. The only doctor I ever trusted. Thank you so much Amanda for helping me with my anxiety. Shout out to Claire and Catherine, my therapists. I saw them every single day. Intelligent, compassionate, beautiful women genuinely interested in listening and getting my needs met. 10 stars to the nursing staff! I have never witnessed a team of better educated, concientios and patient women and men, doing a 100% job, all day, all night, every single day. Wow. I could go on, because everyone and everything at Coastal Detox was above par and they saved my life. I cried when I left, and I hope to see you guys in my new, healthy, sober community soon! Great place, great atmosphere for recovery you have to put in the work nothing comes easy but you have to go ready and willing to do the work.great clinical team, housing team, techs, physician, and therapist team. The food that is served is above and beyond! I truly think that they all love what they do and the energy is palpable as soon as you walk in the door…. This was my first time in treatment, and didn’t know what to expect. The staff was kind and professional. The way therapy groups are structured, created a daily routine and schedule to simplify the path to recovery. All staff were caring and supportive of all clients, but a few that really went the extra mile for me like Janie, Trish, Linda and Leigh really stood out to me. The sense of community and friendships I made, have definitely left a mark and had a hand in shaping my path in recovery.

I have had an amazing experience with this facility...recovery that sticks...from the new housing, great staff, and flexible food options...I was given the care I needed to get things right in my life and beat addiction...the staff is great, Jess my therapist is incredible to work with and can connect with anyone in a friendly way that can be appropriately tough when needs to be but is relatable and encouraging, it's obvious she loves what she does, my caseworker Janey gave me solutions that set me up for success during and after php level of care, and she goes above and beyond what's required to make things possible for us...last but not least I cannot forget the techs the blue that holds the place together. RBS techs are behind the scenes and available keeping everything running through the day and available 24 hours a day. They keep the place clean they get the beds ready they make sure we get to and from where we need to be. They also go out of their way getting us all the varies requests that we make that they don't necessarily have to do all in the kindness of their hearts... When we have bad days they still get the job done no matter where the clients are at or how they are being treated they're sensitive to the fact that sometimes we're difficult and our moods can go up and down trying to deal with so many new people while we're trying to get sober and learn coping skills. Out of all the techs I would have to say Taylor has gone above and beyond we had a rough start the first time that I tried to come through and I left... When I came back and actually finished this program you forgave me for how I was and has gone out of her way to help with little things that made big differences. She handles her daily responsibilities thoroughly and make sure things are done right and with care. Thank you RBS for this amazing experience I will be forever grateful!!! P.S. special thanks to all the people involved in my recovery here but I haven't mentioned therapists, techs, caseworkers, doctors, nurses, clinical directors, and all of the incredible group facilitators that fed me what I needed to overcome the need to use substance helping find that I never had a substance issue that I had an issue with my life and the way things were going. For showing me a different solution for those troubles that don't lead to substance abuse.

I walked into this facility not knowing what to expect at all. It was hands down the best decision I have ever made when it came to dealing with my addiction and my life. From the staff to all the other clients. I can’t say enough!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT!!!!! I personally I had life changing experience. I was able to RESET myself and find the person that I knew I could be. If you are in the fence about something like this... get out of your comfort zone - take the step for yourself!! This place saved my life. I was there July 2016. I’m from Boston, Massachusetts. I have state insurance. I’m someone who not in their wildest dreams could ever afford a treatment facility that wasn’t state funded. Been to many over the course of my addiction, last 15yrs. State insurance of course made it almost impossible to find an open bed if you didn’t call at exactly the right time that bed becomes available. I spent weeks calling these places everyday all day. I called addiction treatment hotlines so many times they practically knew who I was. I came to the conclusion that if I was to get the proper treatment it’s gonna cost thousands of dollars. At the time I couldn’t afford a hot dog! Then I was offered the opportunity of a lifetime. My stepdad offered to help pay for me to go to an out-of-state rehab. My girlfriend and I both started making calls to find a place in my price range. Executive Recovery offered to negotiate with me. The very next day I was on a plane to Florida. From the very beginning of my intake they went above and beyond to help in anyway they could to start my recovery off on the right foot. Again this coming from someone who’s only ever been to state funded treatment facilities. I’ve never been to such a place even on vacation. Our treatment plan was, Group Therapy, Monday-Saturday 9-4, each group focusing on a different aspect of addiction with a different group leader. Which I was blown away by the the therapists leading the groups. Every one of them had their own past history involving addiction. It wasn’t just a job for them. Every one of them happy to be there helping other addicts achieve lasting sobriety. Never once did I feel judgement by anyone. You can’t fake sincerity like that. Sunday was a mandatory sober activity. My fellow addicts in treatment with me were all amazing people from all over the country. People who actually wanted to be there, who paid big $$ to be there. Not people being forced or court ordered to be there and can’t wait to get out and back to the life. The dynamic was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in other treatment places. Being in an environment surrounded by people wanting to better themselves was a huge factor in my success. Some people complained about not getting what was promised in their website, blah blah blah. But me? I was nothing but grateful I was given this opportunity. I didn’t care much that there wasn’t a masseuse for massage therapy. Seriously I’m poor and never had a massage in my life. So not a priority. Even without the massage therapy😂I’m still sober today, go figure!

Our community is so blessed to have a place like Hibiscus. As a volunteer of many years there, I've seen so many youth who have received so much support and extra help preparing for adult life. Florida has so many fantastic benefits for foster kids, including for when they reach age 18-21 and move on from Hibiscus. By then they've had a chance process, heal, and also have had the opportunity to work, to build their resumes, have some savings, etc. But places like this don't come to exist automatically, it was founded by many concerned citizens to be a place of refuge for our youth. Kids need a safe place to live and grow. While his/her home life may not have been perfect and ended up here, the staff on hand have tried to give each child here just that. Even if you are not up to the challenge of being a foster parent donate what you can to let our childern ( yes I said our childern, because I community raises a child) know someone is there for him/her unconditionally even if he/she has been so hurt and pushes back.

My pain clinic Resolute in Port St. Lucie a dr.Kucheria kick me off for a false urine and I was stuck he would not retest me . 11 yrs with no dirty ones i could have had serious problems or died due to him. I went here they help me in a few hours . I highly recommend this place if you have any issues with your meds or other problems. All staff members are extremely nice and careing , they are there to help you , not just to get a pay check every week. My first counselor has been gone over a year , but we're still friends and we text and stay in touch. If you want help this is the place to go. They are here to help you if you want it. Hours are from 5 :30 am till 11:00 am i believe now there closed on Saturday and Sunday... so youll need to invest in a take home box. You can find them at CVS or other shops, staples, etc. Under $15.00 . They are there to help you if you want it...everyone on staff is polite and helping. I recommend this place if you need it , they will help or tell you what to do.. I give this clinic a ( 10 )

There's only like 2 nurses there that I think are miserable and hate their job other than that. Everybody else is absolutely amazing. My counselor April ,Katrina, and everyone else. They're all a delight and so helpful. The only thing I would like to know is why they are not up to par With the federal guidelines for methadone clinics in the state of florida for take homes. Actually as of April 2024 , they updated the methodone clinic guidelines for the state of Florida for take homes for people to be able to have take homes after 30 days of being at the clinic. And if they have clean urine. I know I have not had any dirty urine tests. And I have been at the clinic for more than 30 days and it would be a blessing if they could be up to par with the new federal guidelines for the state of Florida. So I can have weekly take homes. It would really help out so much. It is very difficult for me to come all the way from Jensen beach every to get my dose at the clinic. Anyways, but other than that , i am truly blessed to have found this place. And I'm so grateful for everyone who works there and has helped me in my recovery. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is trying to recover from addiction.

My name is Barakat I am a patient there from the front desk all the way to the dosing station all the way to the nurses station all the way across the hall so all the counselors they are all wonderful very wonderful they give me the courage and strength to stay clean they always have a smiling face and they are always willing to help never do I see an attitude on any one of their faces they make you want to go they make you want to keep coming back they want to see you do good and I love that again my last name is Barakat I'm struggling with opiates all my life but I think this set of nurses and staff have helped me make it come to an end I still struggle but at the same time I look at how they are so encouraging. It's amazing I am somebody who's hard-headed but they sometimes give me the strength to overcome that hard-headed attitude that I have I just want to say thank you to all of you guys today Windows 3 Ms Everett I believe her name is she's a blessing. One of the best decisions I've made was to make that step to pick up the phone a year ago and made my first appointment with Chaute. She listened and provide the best service for me and my marriage that I am able to apply today. I love how she listens, gives advices and Godly advice at that and she cares. I contacted Chaute re: learned behavior my toddler picked up in a former daycare. She listened, digested, and created a plan of action for my kiddo. Within a few days, Chaute was in my son's preschool class observing and using techniques that helped him overcome the negative behavior he had picked up within a matter of a few weeks.
