My daughter is currently here. We are from out of state and sending her somewhere that I had not been able to see or meet the people there was more than scary for her and for me!! All I can say up to this point is that all our fears are gone. It is everything they claim it is online and more. She is being supported in every single way possible. From addressing her addiction, her mental health, physical health, everything. The facility reaches out to me weekly to give me updates on her as well. I have had alot of experience with rehabs and know that it's rare when you get ALL of these things or that what it claims it is online, isn't what it is when you get there. I just wanted to let anyone else that is in the position I was about sending your child there sight unseen, to know that you are making an excellent choice in choosing Wolf Creek, they are an amazing place!!

I have never been to any detox or recovery center before but unfortunately developed an addiction to 7oh and decision point was one of the first results when I searched online for help. Immediately after putting my info down, Seth called and was incredibly helpful. Helped me schedule a good time for me to make it in there without interfering with work while still giving me enough time to recover.
While I was in there, I met four people currently in detox and all of them had great things to say about this place which helped put me at ease. All of the nurses and BHTs are fantastic as well. Special shout outs to nurse Tim and nurse Carol for taking such great care of me while I was there. They both had great bedside manner and you can tell they genuinely care for their patients. Extra special shoutouts to Brittany, Steven, Matthew, and everyone else who’s name I can’t remember at the moment.
If you’re struggling with anything or have a loved one struggling, I hope this helps ease some anxiety in knowing that you will be in good hands and well cared for during your time there.

With an extremely grateful heart, I highly recommend Decision Point Center. Seth in admissions was fantastic throughout the entire process of seeking a detox/recovery center for my husband, Jon. His patience, guidance and understanding of the process helped assure me this was the best decision for us. The entire staff of medical professionals (shout out to Tim!) were incredible. Jon came out of detox healthy and set up for success in his recovery. We were self-pay and Seth and his team worked wonderfully with us to accomodate our situation in order to make this happen at a very crucial time.
Please don't hesitate or look elsewhere when looking for a detox center. Decision Point Center is welcoming, comfortable and accommodating! In my husband's words, "It was awesome! Getting there sucked!" Finally making the choice to go to detox can be scary but I can assure anyone that after 4/5 days of detox your life can be 1000% better!

I was first greeted and shown actual care by Vickie. She works at the front desk, and genuinely showed care and compassion when it came to getting my first appointment booked. She helped place me at a time that worked best for me and didn't stop until she was able to. Every time I've gone in, she's been so kind and friendly, always saying hello. Having someone like Vickie at the front desk who actually cares about the people going there is irreplaceable. I was placed with Shellby, who is an amazing and talented therapist. She radiates a safe space and immediately made me feel comfortable. Shellby has never seemed judgemental or demeaning with anything I've brought up, and is so knowledgeable in the things she says. Lab technician GINAMARIE is the best. I requested her because I am a "hard stick". Despite being a hard stick, she always hits my veins on the first stick. It diminishes any anxiety I may have if my PTSD flares up. Her conversations are calm and soothing. Please don't transfer.

I went to Mohave Mental Health years ago, needless to say I had a horrible experience. I then started getting my mental health care at SW & they have been wonderful to work with & if I can't connect with a new therapist they don't take offense & help me find someone else. Recently I've been working with Dianna & Miles, both great people... with their help I can now be in a room with a man, way to go. I've been dealing with some stuff lately that has hit me hard & both of those I mentioned are busy today so a therapist new to this office gave me some of her time & I feel a bit calmer, thank you Esteban for not letting me leave.

Awesome, is the one word that describes our visit. With no holds bar the nurses and doctors here are the true definition of the Hippocratic Oath, and then some. When you willingly put the physical health of a loved one in the hands of someone that you've just met, trusting in them to do what you cant, it's probably the hardest thing in life. Here at the Prescott VA I've never felt so at ease, as they treat you as well as your veteran loved one like family.
