My husband has been a frequent flyer lately and the food is still beyond disgusting but the nurses and techs ER Dr and everything overall has gotten so much better. He had a stress test today and they were awesome. The new nuclear medicine lady is awesome and Paul the night nurse was so helpful and took great care of his pain when he was there a few weeks ago. If they could take back the kitchen I don't think there would be so many complaints but gravy and biscuits shouldn't taste like fruit loops ever🤣. I was hospitalized a couple months ago and it was so gross 🤢 and I'm not picky

As much as people share their bad experiences and reviews about this place it changed my life. When I was 12 I was having bad anger issues and suicidal thoughts to the point I was scared of the harm I was causing to not only myself but others. I came here and I asked a staff member the fastest way to get out of there cuz I was scared. He told me to just cooperate with the doctors and therapists and tell them exactly how I feel so they could help me. I seen and did some crazy shit while in there, but all in all I came out as a complete bettered version of myself and I wish I could tell the kids in there the same thing I was told. Don't fight it, just let them inside your head and take the medicine they prescribe you and it will change your life.

The treatment I have had and continue to get at BHG is the very best on every level. It was life changing to get this treatment, especially here in Conway. The Conway clinic staff are the very best - Jenny & Christina are shining lights in an already great staff. Love them!

My loved one was admitted with kidney stones and required surgery. The staff and surgeon were amazing. The only thing we had to wait for was the discharge. My counselor is great my only complaint is I've been waiting for months now for them to send a referral for an appointment with their doctor that prescribes medication, the people at the front desk told me my counselor had to be the one to send the referral while my counselor told me it had to be the front desk.
