Finding AWA was a life changing experience for my daughter (and myself). I didn’t know where to turn and when I spoke with Anny on the phone (followed up by an in person visit), a sense of relief and calm washed over me. She was able to speak with my daughter on a human level, no judgment, no anger, just love and support. The program mixes individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, psychiatry and community to help the teens accept, understand and move forward from whatever brought them to the program. From a parent’s perspective, I felt tremendous support from the entire staff. Never once did either of us feel like we weren’t loved or cared for. From Anny to Dr Jackie to Dr Maria to Carol to the therapists and everyone else that plays a part, the care is extraordinary. Mental health is a struggle and AWA is a safe community for teens to learn how to adapt, overcome and cope in healthy ways. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Ay muchas cosas buenas que decir de AWA En Diciembre 2024 mi hija de 17 años estaba teniendo problemas graves de comportamiento, AS y estaba atentando contra su vida😢. Cuando hable al lugar me dieron cita inmediata y al llegar al centro Anie nos recibio a Mi esposo, mi hija y a mi. Ella fue muy clara, respetuosa pero con mucho caracter (algo que aprecio 1000%) nos regaño a los tres, nos dijo los problemas que nosotros como padres permitimos con nuestra pequeña, Nos hablo tan fuerte y claro que inmediato suppose que teniamos un grave problema con nuestra hija pero a la vez senti mucha paz por que me di cuenta que estabamos en el lugar correcto (Diosito nos puso este grupo de Angeles vestidos de personas) y asi fue como mi hija decidio por ella misma que debia tomar este camino, a la semana asistimos los tres para el inicio de mi hija, y debo decir que cada Una de las personas llamense: Recepción, Terapistas, pisocolgas, coaches etc cada una de ellas siempre nos recibio con una sonrisa y nunca sentimos en la mirada un ser juzgados o criticados por la situación. Cada Jueves ha reunion de padres en una seción de ayuda y es algo tan saludable para nuestras Almas y mentes que esta terapia nos ayuda tanto a entendernos de la parte que hicimos mal y lo que no debemos de seguir haciendo. A la fecha mi hija debo decir que se recupero al 200% esta limpia, es Feliz con su vida y con su familia, tiene metas, otros amigos, esta en mejor forma hablando de nutrition ya que ella tenia problemas de bulimia, estuvo en AWA casi cuatro meses y debo decir que ella ahora esta viviendo Feliz y nosotros como padres seguimos trabajando y nuestra hija también sigue en terapia solo una vez por semana para reforzar todo lo que aprendio en AWA. Asi que si me preguntan si recomiendo este divine lugar? Si 10000% 🥰 Mil Graciassssssss a todas y todos por su gran apoyo y ayuda. ♥️ siempre estaremos en deuda con ustedes!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Principles changed my life, I wasn’t in a good place at the time, it provided me with professional guidance and tools to cope with my past problems and mistakes. Without that guidance, I don’t think I wouldn’t be the person I am today. Kerry Donovan was one of the staff members who is caring and took the time to make sure I was doing alright. I would highly recommend Principles to anyone who wants to change their life .

Principles Recovery Center, saved my life! The owner, Therapists , doctor, and all of the assistants were very professional and caring. Every was well-versed on the disease of addiction and treated all of the clients with respect, compassion and genuine caring. I would recommend the center to anyone who needs help in staying sober and Learning to deal with this Fatal disease.

Dr. Anna K. is the greatest Physical Therapist around. She goes above and beyond in every session, showing patience, empathy, and dedication. Her personalized PT exercises have made a real difference, and she always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I’m comfortable. I also want to mention the excellent Sally—she’s consistently kind, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. Together, they make a great team. The other staff there are also great.

I have been a patient at the Davie location since my 3 level spinal fusion surgery in Oct. of 2024. I have been to many physical therapists including Univ. of Miami and I am so happy I chose Atlantic Rehab. in Davie. Anna has done miracles with my recovery that I did not think was possible. Her and Marta work like a team so well that I feel like I have two therapists working with me each appt. I hurt my shoulder due to a fall and Anna again performed a miracle and kept me out of the surgeons office. I cannot say enough good things about Anna and Marta and Sally at the Front desk. I also drive from Boca Raton to Davie for each appt. because it’s worth it and such a positive healing environment.

I absolutely love this place, my therapist was Stephen Mcgomery and he was an amazing person! He helped me through my bipolar, anxiety and depression! They have great after service care.

Stephen was a wonderful counselor. He listened and helped me navigate a very difficult time in my life. He was compassionate and caring. He helped me work through a lot of issues and cared about the outcome for me and my family. Highly recommend him!
