My mom was at another nursing care facility in Keene and they were just awful. How would they like to be treated like that? Shame on them. My mom felt very strongly that she wanted to stay in Keene so we found Genesis. It is night and day. At Genesis, they respect her and treat her with dignity. They have been very easy to work with and for the most part the staff have been very friendly and responsive.

Just moved to Keene, but so far I have found the staff at CMC very friendly and competent. It is a busy place for sure, but there’s a great vibe in the lab and things move very quickly. I’m of the mind that the American medical system is broken. That is the fault of politicians, certain segments of the U.S. population, and greedy Pharma. I try not to take out my frustrations on my fellow citizens just trying to do a good job. Let’s all be mindful and generous of spirit and make our opinions known at the ballot box!

People tend to only leave bad reviews! My experience at Cheshire has been exceptional, even mind-blowing at times. The diligence, care, processes, clear and consistent communication, and speed of moving from one department/diagnosis to the next has been top notch. Due to personnel constraints everyone there does multiple tasks & that's why they don't answer, HOWEVER leaving a message will get you a call back pretty quickly, usually an hour or so. I always leave a message & indicate if I need to speak to someone ASAP & get quicker response. Great care & they try to address any problems you may have.

I was destined to enter the doors at The Granite House and when I arrived my spirit was at its lowest due to my habitual drug and Alcohol relapses. I can wholeheartedly say with conviction that the spirit Of God works through the Amazing human beings who work in this organization. In the beginning I called them staff but before I knew it they were my family. When brother Justin shared his testimony on more than one occasion I felt and heard the Holy spirit speak through him, he has truly inspired me and many others to " Never give up because there is a way". After the suicide of a close friend, my young adult son was really struggling. We look into several campus style treatment facility options and Canterbury was the most responsive to our inquiries. They were able to get him in quickly and delivered everything they promised. He is doing well now and credits his time in Canterbury with a lot of his success. I have had good and bad experiences at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. It depends on who your doctor is in the ED. I've spent as long as three months as a patient at Cooley. I was lucky enough to end up on North 3. The staff was great and did all they could to take care of me. West 5 was ok, but I was disappointed that when I fell with my rollator they didn't do anything to make sure that I was ok.

This place is great for people trying to get help and improve their life. The staff are amazing and the program is top tier. Gorgeous serene location. Not sure many walk down to the pond/lake. Outdoor picnic tables for contemplation. Privacy is a Huge plus adding to focus.
Haven't been there in over a year. I hope it hasn't lost its "run down summer camp" vibe I read in the other review that it's new (renovated) because a lot of charm is in the larger room with books.
Casual with Excellent Experienced Highly empathetic dedicated counselors. They've seen it all. The composition of "Patients" is quite varied. You can have a Professor making buddies with a plumber. I mean this in the best way & you already know that's how it works ideally. I just want to encourage people to not stereotype it as one socioeconomic group or another. But yeah mostly white.

This a very protected environment where you can focus on your treatment with no distractions. The groups are beneficial, the therapy is superb, and the staff is second to none. The facility is new as of writing this and provides a calm and relaxing environment to focus on your recovery and self. As with all programs like this you get what you put into it.
Cant speak highly enough about the staff. They will be there for you anytime and guide you threw the hurdles of addiction and mental health issues.
Thank you to Neakaug and their staff I cant praise you enough. I hope this this program doesnt depart from an excellent program they have working. If you want to stay sober commit to coming here and working their program.

I had surgery yesterday and I received excellent care. From the moment I entered the area for prep to my release, every single person was professional and caring . They were very clear about what was going to happen to me before they preformed any procedure. They were pleasant and always a greeting with a smile.
I want to thank the pre op staff, post op PT staff, and the OR staff for the profession and caring treatment. It sure made my day easier and positive. I look forward to having the second knee done at SNHMC. Thanks again to all the staff.
