This place saved my life, couldn t rate any higher.

I cannot say enough good about Aware Recovery Care going back to February 2023. My first involvement was with their In-Home Detox team consisting of RN Jenn Aguire and nurses Tabitha and Krystal who came to my home for at least seven straight days to get me detoxed. This was critical to me as at the time I was unwilling to enter in residence detox having had a negative experience in the past. I credit them with saving my life. Their kind and compassionate care showed me that there was indeed some hope for me going forward. Following detox Aware counselors Sam Hayes and Amber Gelinas continued home visits working very closely with me in keeping me on the road to sobriety. I also received monthly assessments by an RN and a session with a Psychiatrist. After six months my insurance lapsed but thankfully I was eligible to enter their Alumni Program consisting of multiple Zoom meetings during the week with Aware professionals. In addition they also host various events in different locations with other Alumni of the program. You always feel that Aware is right there with you every step of the way. I could carry on much longer but let me finish by saying that I consider the Aware professionals I have dealt with to be more than just counselors but as friends as well. I am welcome back in the lives of my children and most importantly my Grandchildren. On November 24 I will be collecting my Nine Month sobriety chip at my AA Home Group. I credit a great deal of my success on Aware Recovery.

Great program, great people! I wouldn t be where I am at today if it weren t for participating in and completing AWARE. I would recommend anyone interested to give it a chance, it works if you want it!

I have to give these guys 5 stars. I go here for my eyes and I've been seeing Dr. Landry since she was at the Worcester VA clinic, and since she moved here. Unfortunately, it's a long ride for me from Marlborough, MA but its worth the trip.

When it was colum health, it was THE BEST. The doctors and the staff and nurse practitioners truely care and want to make a difference. Now it's changed hands, obviously the same people that still work there are still wonderful but their policies are a little different and it just seems colder.

This clinic is great. They've been helping others for some time. I wish many others in need of help would go there.

Very helpful and take the time to listen to what you have to say. And a good atmosphere feel comfortable not rushed.

My experience at elevate recovery has been one of the best decisions I ve ever made for my recovery journey. All of the group facilitators including Stephanie, Jessica, Natasha, Lisa, Kylee, and Cindy have made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout my journey here. If you are looking for an awesome, loving, and supportive IOP program I highly suggest this one. As someone who suffers from anxiety I feel super comfortable here.

Staff will go above and beyond to assist and guide individuals through the recovery process. I highly recommend for anyone struggling with addiction and mental health.

Coming to Elevate was the best decision I ever made. The team has been instrumental in helping me change my life for the better. From admissions to discharge they always made me feel supported and welcome.

If you need help with opioid addiction. This place has great staff and the do extra work to ensure that your treated with dignity and understanding.

Kurt is awesome counselor but the nurses at the window are not always so great but there are some who are amazing and do care and the security guards I have always respected there but def a good place from my experience

I have had an opiate dependence from the age of 18 after a severe accident i have struggled for 25 years i never have had such a pleasant experience with such a professional helpful staff that didnt judge me first time in 20 years there intake almost brought me ro tears i was so grateful completely different than any other dosing clinic and i have used them from mass to California even Tijuana i highly recommend this place and i am so grateful to have luckily picked this clinic in order to avoid everyone i know so i dont have any screw ups in my recovery nothing has ever worked or felt comfortable im amazed by ther professionalism amazing

I was here many years ago, and if it's even half as good as back then, I cannot think of a better place for Veterans. I enjoyed my time here.

I'm looking forward to living there inorder to complete my recovering process with the help of their professional wisdom.

Coming Into the program I was very resilient and reluctant to get it done. It wasent long until Kyle roped me into one of the best programs I've ever taken. He made the information easy to understand, learn, and implement. Great team, and a great experience.

Kyle was the best MID instructor I've ever had, and he didn't even scold me when I used google constantly to look up answers to questions and pretended like I was actually just smarter than him (I was not).

I have struggled with my addiction for 20 years now and I ve been on and off this clinic for several years. Linda is a miracle worker and one of the sweetest people I know. Laura is also the best! I ve always had awesome clinicians Jim M. has been great to work with and has always been on point with helping me in every situation I come barreling in with!!! I couldn t ask for a better person to be my clinician except maybe Derek because he is the man 202 lol thanks Lowell Clinic I m transferring so farewell for now I never know when I might come back to where I feel most comfortable and most supportive in my recovery!!!

First time in methadone treatment clinic and this place has consistently gone above and beyond anything I expected. Was on suboxone at a different clinic then relapsed for past 2 years til I found this place. Everyone has been supportive and none of them cynical, I feel like it's actually possible to get lasting and helpful treatment here. I don't know what others expect or consider important, but they listen and have been clear with me so I can learn what to expect and work toward short and long term goals. Front desk staff has been especially amazing. Learned quickly not to rely on anecdotes and just talk to them directly
