The food was good. My daily schedule consisted of 4 groups a day, seeing a prescriber for medication and seeing a therapist to talk about my day. This daily routine helped me tremendously. Before I came here, I was crying at least one a day and my sleep schedule was messed up. The first night I was here, my sleep schedule was fixed in an instant and I only cried once during my 6 day stay. This place changed me and the other people who were there would tell you the exact same thing. Everyone I met was incredibly nice to me, the nurses, therapists, group leaders and especially the other people I met in there who we're trying to get their mental health together like me. He was a great counselor who was kind and came across non-judgemental and was never condescending. I literally can’t say enough amazing things about this place! This was my first (and last!) experience at a detox and I could not have chosen a better facility. The entire staff was absolutely incredible (special thanks to Ty and Aaron for going above and beyond!!). Even my fellow residents/patients were amazing and we all genuinely formed an amazing bond and we referred to ourselves as a little family. We even all exchanged phone numbers and plan to get together in the future. The facility itself was so beautiful, it felt like a home-away-from-home and like I was just staying at a relative or friend’s house for a little while. I actually CHOSE to stay an extra day, that’s how amazing it was. Thank you Valiant for making me feel so comfortable and for setting me up for success. I’ll be forever grateful ♥️

I highly recommend this place. This place helped my girlfriend when she was in rough spot and was referred by a friend about this place. Very beautiful area and definitely show a lot of care for their patients and a place where they provide the best care in treating their patients, while making them feel very comfortable and at home. Please people, if you have a family friend or loved one that’s struggling with any kind of addiction?! Please bring them to this hidden gem. Truly is a remarkable place. I struggled with early life growing up in the small town in Wisconsin. Didn’t realize how bad it was until I was hopelessly hanging on by a thread. Nearby recovery resources helped me discover Choice House, and that is where my life really began to change in unimaginable ways. I worked through early recover here; spent three months inpatient at the lookout, and four months in outpatient sober living while transitioning into a new unimaginable fulfilling life. The choice house team was extremely helpful in guiding and encouraging me through the difficulties of early recovery. Much love and appreciation for the whole team.

Even though I was court ordered to this place. They accept walk ins and will help anyone. You have to want the help! first time around I tried methadone it didn’t work for me, everyone is different. My therapist Kate is a great support system! Through changes within my life she helps me stay calm and think through how I am feeling and action I want to take with certain big decisions in school and in day to day activities. It is with unending gratitude that we thank the Rose House for the transformation they provided our daughter. She went through both the (initial) 3-month phase at the Rose House itself and then followed with the Step-Down program for 7 months. The entire staff was consistently professional, supportive and knew their way around any "challenge" that was presented to them by any of the residents. Specifically, the Rose House (1) truly showed themselves to be committed to their residents (they do not give up!) (2) the care for each individual is personalized (3) They think through a holistic program that offers the resident a remarkable opportunity for a permanent recovery. (4) Their communitcation with family members is exceptional; providing family members tools to help the person (& the family) in recovery. Our daugher now has a new lease on life (as do we)!! UPDATE - It is now 6+(!!!) years later and our daughter is still clean, healthy, is holding down a job (has gotten promotions, etc) & is just about to move into her own condo!!! We absolutely hold the Rose House “positively responsible” for giving her the foundation upon which to rebuild her life!!! Endless thanks, again, Rose House!!!!

This place changed me for the better. My room and shower was way better than I expected, I felt comfortable in my room for my entire 6 day stay. The food was good. My daily schedule consisted of 4 groups a day, seeing a prescriber for medication and seeing a therapist to talk about my day. This daily routine helped me tremendously. Before I came here, I was crying at least one a day and my sleep schedule was messed up. The first night I was here, my sleep schedule was fixed in an instant and I only cried once during my 6 day stay. This place changed me and the other people who were there would tell you the exact same thing. Everyone I met was incredibly nice to me, the nurses, therapists, group leaders and especially the other people I met in there who we're trying to get their mental health together like me. I could comfortably talk about my state of mind without being judged. This place needs its praises. If you're struggling, please go here.

Went throught this company for DUI group therapy. They offered it through telehealth and the group I went through changed counselors a few times when I first started it but I finally ended up with Paul. He was a great counselor who was kind and came across non-judgemental and was never condescending. Seemed like he was genuinely interested in listening to everyone's experiences in the group and offering his own necessary when providing the actual counseling. The groups were very informative and helpful, especially because everyone had a metaphorical open table to discuss at and it felt less like a single person pushing an agenda/curriculum rather than a group of people working through it together. Great experience, even if I hope I never have to do it again.

I was skeptical when I was getting signed up for the counseling but after I got a few classes in I knew it was going to be beneficial for me and my health. My counselor was Paul Padilla a very funny and kind guy who helped me lay the groundwork for my sobriety and giving me guidance when days were getting rough. All around glad I am done with treatment and excited for my continued recovery!

I went to this place when I was in rehab and have continued to come back even after. The people are real likeable and invitational. They have a vending machine full of a wide variety of sodas. They are spacious also. I personally really enjoy going to Primary Purpose.
