I joined the 30 day residential program at Resada and I am speechless of words to say as this facility was the best treatment center I could have attended, the staff is amazing, Veronica, Karma, Niko and Isaac did the above and beyond methods to make me as comfortable as possible and the most amazing role in my treatment to recovery, and everyone else follows along it is by far the #1 and I will recommend anyone and everyone I can that is seeking helping addiction. God puts us in places and in the paths of others for so many reasons and I can say I don't regret my addiction because he put me in Resada to meet so many others in the same situation and I wouldn't change it if I could. I give Resada 10 . Thank You Resada for helping me to my new life and journey of Recovery. Oh and the food is amazing Ms. Bonnie and her staff are the best.

It s not your mint on the pillow kind of rehab. It is raw and real. They have saved my life, and David goes out of his way to help those that out in the effort and show they are serious about changing their life. Be as honest as possible and be willing to accept it s not going to be easy. The only complaint would be some of the rules seem arbitrary, and often make no sense, which can lead to frustration.

Going in I was skeptical. The VA gets a bad rap. After getting the physical and paperwork the nurse came to the waiting room, sat down and explained the results. My private doctor does not do this. Diversus stands alone as the most awesome mental health and substance abuse treatment in the springs because the staff is friendly and professional, they offer a multitude of services, they have a range of professionals with various levels of licensing (anyone can find the right professional for for them), they take many insurances including Medicaid, they have several facilities around town, and their facilities are clean and well staffed. The staff possess just the right amount of caring about the client and knowledge of the wide variety of mental health, substance abuse, and court ordered education and therapy services they offer for their clients. The staff are absolutely a breath of fresh air to the 4 other places I tried to get services at before i found Diversus. The therapists and professionals of all levels are licensed by the state.I highly recommend Diversus over the other mental health and substance abuse treatment places I've tried. At Diversus you can walk in at some of their locations in Colorado Springs and get an Intake the same-day. My Intake was completed within a couple hours of arriving & started the services I needed the same day.For some services they even have a shuttle that will pick you up and take you home!I have only heard positive feedback from clients I've talked with. Many clients have told me their success using Diversus. I highly recommend going to Diversus first because they are the best at mental health and substance abuse treatment!

I attended their inpatient addiction treatment program, Crestone Residential Treatment Services (CRTS) in 2019-2020. This was the best experience I've had at a treatment center. Their entire staff was nothing but supportive and helpful time and time again (Carol was my fave ), and their way of showing each of their patients that they were genuinely invested in each of us and our success seemed effortless, second nature. I stayed for 60 days and didn't have a single negative experience that entire time (except for when Shah's Kababs came around again on the meal schedule and the staff decided to order from a different place knowing I was counting down the days before I could order another Falafel Sandwich.... But I guess we can leave it in the past)I'm only leaving a comment now because I've been recommending CRTS Everytime I discuss treatment with a friend ever since and when i needed inpatient again last year I tried to reach out but never got a response and one friend was told they had closed. . So if this is correct can you guys please remove it from your list of provided services or add a note about how CRTS is no longer offered, or any type of clear confirmation? I've searched the internet for hours on at least 3 different occasions looking for something. I never get called back when leaving messages.

This place has honestly changed my life for the better from the one on one's to the many various groups it helps to talk to others who share a similar experience with you, this place of therapy feels safe ! Unlike other places I have been to in the past , the staff is friendly and always welcoming and they help with numerous things other than therapy, if your in a predicament with your housing situation or any type of real life situation they are more than willing to help, I highly recommend seeing Brandi Hendrix and any group that has Marlo Baca.
