Resada is a great way to start your path to recovery I personally love it here, remember know matter where you go what you put in is what you get out. This rehab has an amazing way to make you feel better about finding yourself again. If you're going to complain about the things that you can't do there then you're there for all the wrong reasons. Remember you're there to work on you and learn ways to overcome what our addiction throws at us. Be 💯 and you'll get 💯. Thank you to everyone at Resada who has impacted my life. 30 days isn't long enough but it's a start to get me on the journey of my sobriety!!! And do you see everyone who has something negative to say was court ordered! Your having structure issues try to self admit then you'll see better results.

I came across some of the most recent reviews today as I was looking up the website for contact information. I wanted to post a review that is five stars because that is exactly what Fort Lyon deserves, not because it has five star amenities or because it is perfect, but because without this place I would probably be dead. I was a resident for nine months in 2023. I was in a hopeless state of mind, body, and spirit. After losing my professional career and everything else, I found myself moving here. Fort Lyon is a place where you can live safely, and focus on true recovery and healing. If that is what you want. To be completely transparent, most negative comments are from people who are not ready for what it takes to turn your life around. It is not fun and you don't normally get your way, but I learned that is LIFE. I gained back ALL I had lost and so much more. Thanks to God ultimately, but also to this place and a program I work everyday. I am now over three years sober from all substances, and if you knew my entire story you would agree it is a miracle. Fort Lyon does not hand you recovery, but it provides all the tools you need to get it for yourself. Much thanks to all the staff, especially Sabrina, Tosha, Laura, Randy, and Lisa T.

Going in I was skeptical. The VA gets a bad rap. After getting the physical and paperwork the nurse came to the waiting room, sat down and explained the results. My private doctor does not do this. Appointments made and taken care of in a very timely manor. I was pretty impressed with the VA and this location.

Not perfect, but its clean and medical appointments are easy to come by. Mental health is a little harder to get the apts you want, but they're always available by phone. Small, but very clean and staff is extremely nice.

I just finished my DUI class and therapy with John D. out of Trinidad and I can say enough about how great the experience was. They are very helpful and will work with you. I don’t wish a DUI on anyone but if you find yourself in the predicament and your in the area I would highly recommend them.

I attended their inpatient addiction treatment program, Crestone Residential Treatment Services (CRTS) in 2019-2020. This was the best experience I've had at a treatment center. Their entire staff was nothing but supportive and helpful time and time again (Carol was my fave 😁), and their way of showing each of their patients that they were genuinely invested in each of us and our success seemed effortless, second nature. I stayed for 60 days and didn't have a single negative experience that entire time (except for when Shah's Kababs came around again on the meal schedule and the staff decided to order from a different place knowing I was counting down the days before I could order another Falafel Sandwich.... But I guess we can leave it in the past) I'm only leaving a comment now because I've been recommending CRTS Everytime I discuss treatment with a friend ever since and when i needed inpatient again last year I tried to reach out but never got a response and one friend was told they had closed. . So if this is correct can you guys please remove it from your list of provided services or add a note about how CRTS is no longer offered, or any type of clear confirmation? I've searched the internet for hours on at least 3 different occasions looking for something. I never get called back when leaving messages.

This place has honestly changed my life for the better from the one on one's to the many various groups it helps to talk to others who share a similar experience with you, this place of therapy feels safe ! Unlike other places I have been to in the past , the staff is friendly and always welcoming and they help with numerous things other than therapy, if your in a predicament with your housing situation or any type of real life situation they are more than willing to help, I highly recommend seeing Brandi Hendrix and any group that has Marlo Baca. ❤️

This is for the ATU unit specifically. I don’t even know where to start. So many good things to say! Please stay and read the whole thing. Especially if you’re considering going here. It was so good! I was just here, for a week and the experience was basically like a 5 star hotel! Besides the beds which they can’t change but that’s not their fault. Intake was so welcoming and I was very unsure about going inpatient based on past experiences, but after talking with them, I voluntarily went inpatient. Felt very confident. They have really comfortable chairs, not rock hard that are so uncomfortable to sit in. They have bathrooms outside of the rooms with doors that lock, so you have the most privacy you can get. They allow you to have your phone, which of course is a personal preference for some people as it may be best to get a total break from the outside world. And of course they have rules for using your phone such as no recording or videos or pictures for privacy. But other than that you are free to have your phone all the time. And they have all cords for every kind of phone there is behind the nurse’s desk to charge your phone whenever you want. They have a relaxation room that has a big picture of the beach with palm trees and the ocean, a picture of the Grand Canyon, a recliner, some comfortable chairs, and an exercise bike. Really great to get alone time without having to go in your room. The food is absolutely 5 out of 5! Catering from Springs Rescue Mission, and they take care of each patient. Offering second helpings. They offer round the clock care of course, including snacks whenever. Chips, cookies, milk, orange juice, etc. Unlike a lot of places, they allow patients free roam 24/7 on the unit. Other places there’s a “curfew” and “lights out”. They don’t push you to go to therapy. Of course they encourage you but they really empathize unlike others and understand what you’re going through. They offer that you can ask for one on one talking and processing with any of the staff on duty at any time. There are a few times of being aware of their time like when they are doing staff changes, shift changes, rounding on other patients, etc. But they are very gentle. They also offer yoga mats at request and books you can read freely. As well as a tv room where you can choose what to watch as long as it’s available and appropriate. And listen to music via tv as well. They have games that you can play either by yourself or with other patients. Also, they allow CPAP machines as long as the door is open at night so they can monitor closely to make sure you’re safe. I absolutely loved it here and highly highly recommend it to everyone. Great care! I do not know if the other units are like this. This is just my experience.

I've been in crisis twice this year. Both times, I could not ask for better help. Lauren saw the real me and what I truly needed. She didn't waste time working on getting me to the resources to put me on the road to recovery. Because, I didn't follow through with her same enthusiasm, I got to meet Adam. I'd like to thank God for him too. He also saw ME, knew exactly what I really needed to hear. These people are literally out here saving lives. Every person in the building I met showed me compassion, understanding and helped me plan a better future for myself. I wouldn't be here without their help. Thank you for being a true Light House.

What makes this place are the girls themselves that show up wanting their kids back. There's a lot of humanity here. The staff are a bit disorganized in how they approach us and what they expect of us but this place got me clean and sober and now I have six months! I wouldn't have changed anything for the world. I was a part of their diversion program. From a clients point of veiw it, it was a good place. There is a problem with not having enough staff some nights so i would have to go to another Cottage for the night. The staff was really nice no matter where I was and i know that the staff has to deal with kids that can be challenging at times . The cottages were clean,orderly,and good sized. One of the better places i have been at. the theripists were professional and productive. I would vist this place again if i was in crisis.

i have been with El Pueblo for going on 6 months and have to say that, yes, some days are defiantly more challenging than others with our kids, but at the end of the day to see them smile and know that you helped do that is all I need to say that I love my job, and would not let a bad day get in the way of that. I have been with motivation one going on 4 1/2 months. They have been very supportive for my sobriety, my mental health and my physical health at some point when I needed it Brandon has a peer coach has spent valuable time with me. Brandon has also guided me to continue on being the father that I am to my children is also reconnecting me with my faith. There has been a couple of times where I felt like giving up. There was a gentleman named Ethan that had stepped up to make sure that the decision I made with motivation one Or any other program was in their best interest as well as mine I recommend motivation one to any and everybody that wants to get on a straight and narrow path to success !!!
