Resada is a great way to start your path to recovery I personally love it here, remember know matter where you go what you put in is what you get out. This rehab has an amazing way to make you feel better about finding yourself again. If you're going to complain about the things that you can't do there then you're there for all the wrong reasons. Remember you're there to work on you and learn ways to overcome what our addiction throws at us. Be 💯 and you'll get 💯. Thank you to everyone at Resada who has impacted my life. 30 days isn't long enough but it's a start to get me on the journey of my sobriety!!! And do you see everyone who has something negative to say was court ordered! Your having structure issues try to self admit then you'll see better results.

This place saved me November 20th I will be 1 year sober and miss Bonnie's cooking is the best thanks everyone

I came across some of the most recent reviews today as I was looking up the website for contact information. I wanted to post a review that is five stars because that is exactly what Fort Lyon deserves, not because it has five star amenities or because it is perfect, but because without this place I would probably be dead. I was a resident for nine months in 2023. I was in a hopeless state of mind, body, and spirit. After losing my professional career and everything else, I found myself moving here. Fort Lyon is a place where you can live safely, and focus on true recovery and healing. If that is what you want. To be completely transparent, most negative comments are from people who are not ready for what it takes to turn your life around. It is not fun and you don't normally get your way, but I learned that is LIFE. I gained back ALL I had lost and so much more. Thanks to God ultimately, but also to this place and a program I work everyday. I am now over three years sober from all substances, and if you knew my entire story you would agree it is a miracle. Fort Lyon does not hand you recovery, but it provides all the tools you need to get it for yourself. Much thanks to all the staff, especially Sabrina, Tosha, Laura, Randy, and Lisa T.

Going in I was skeptical. The VA gets a bad rap. After getting the physical and paperwork the nurse came to the waiting room, sat down and explained the results. My private doctor does not do this. Appointments made and taken care of in a very timely manor. I was pretty impressed with the VA and this location.

Not perfect, but its clean and medical appointments are easy to come by. Mental health is a little harder to get the apts you want, but they're always available by phone. Small, but very clean and staff is extremely nice.

Food & sleep are good

Utilized their online track D therapy that was flexible with my busy work schedule while focusing on personal growth when it comes to drinking habits.

I just finished my DUI class and therapy with John D. out of Trinidad and I can say enough about how great the experience was. They are very helpful and will work with you. I don’t wish a DUI on anyone but if you find yourself in the predicament and your in the area I would highly recommend them.

I have had an amazing experience at Peer House in La Junta! I love the interaction and help that they provide. They find info if they don't know the answer, are kind and caring as well as uplifting, smiles, welcoming, and enforcing the rules. Love them all and couldn't do it without them if I didn't start my day at PEER house. Shout out to the team who support me and show they really care!

What makes this place are the girls themselves that show up wanting their kids back. There's a lot of humanity here. The staff are a bit disorganized in how they approach us and what they expect of us but this place got me clean and sober and now I have six months! I wouldn't have changed anything for the world. These people truly care about you they just have interesting ways of showing it sometimes.

This program is amazing it saved my life !!

This was the program that my daughter needed to recover from substance abuse. She began using at a young age and needed to learn the skills and techniques to live drug free again. She is over two years clean, has a family of her own and has a job as a Vet Tech. Her dream job ❣️ Thank you Crossroads for giving me back my daughter.

I have found the groups to be extremely helpful -- you can get a lot out of services if you are committed -- these people care about their clients deeply.

Under construction

I was a part of their diversion program. From a clients point of veiw it, it was a good place. There is a problem with not having enough staff some nights so i would have to go to another Cottage for the night. The staff was really nice no matter where I was and i know that the staff has to deal with kids that can be challenging at times . The cottages were clean,orderly,and good sized. One of the better places i have been at. the theripists were professional and productive. I would vist this place again if i was in crisis.

i have been with El Pueblo for going on 6 months and have to say that, yes, some days are defiantly more challenging than others with our kids, but at the end of the day to see them smile and know that you helped do that is all I need to say that I love my job, and would not let a bad day get in the way of that. Really great place! Fantastic volunteers and wonderful items! WARNING! This place is on Fillmore on the EAST side of I25 and the NORTH side of Fillmore, across the street from the gas station, and just before the Starbucks! If you hit Nevada Ave/Monica's taco shop, turn around, you've gone too far east!

Very nice staff, Therapist here seem very friendly and helpful.

I saw her for a year or two when I was a teenager, way back in the 1990s. I was too young and ignorant to be capable of really getting anything out of therapy, but she made a heroic effort to try to help me. She was inclusive of LGBTQ+ people at a time and in a city where that wasn't yet very common. I didn't appreciate her enough at the time and I will always feel guilty about that.

The people who work in this place are kind and nice, I felt safe to express my concerns with the confidence that they would not judge me in any way. The administrative staff was also very friendly and any wait time will be worth it.

I was happy to also find a good meeting for me after I moved here. Everyone was very nice and tried to help me at every turn. They have a group for everyone and welcome you right away.

I don't know about the med providers yet but I think dr ashby is a brilliant human being I am grateful to come here like I was when I went to dr goos. Even my civilian primary care doctor thinks the world of dr ashby and her work with me and her testing. I recommend any other veterans ditch the pueblo va and come here where theres people working not people at work. Making a difference in my outlook.

We had a great experience, considering the circumstances. The nurses and therapists were excellent. They kept communication up with parents and were very family-friendly. The psychiatrist was hard to communicate with, but there was not one there 24/7.

Couldn’t be happier!

Came here decided to finally get sober! Thankfully I got the support and tools I needed to understand the unsolved issues that were causing my addiction. They took me in hand and showed me what I was doing wrong until now. Come here if you're ready for a new life!
