Resada is a great way to start your path to recovery I personally love it here, remember know matter where you go what you put in is what you get out. This rehab has an amazing way to make you feel better about finding yourself again. If you're going to complain about the things that you can't do there then you're there for all the wrong reasons. Remember you're there to work on you and learn ways to overcome what our addiction throws at us. Be 💯 and you'll get 💯. Thank you to everyone at Resada who has impacted my life. 30 days isn't long enough but it's a start to get me on the journey of my sobriety!!! This is for the ATU unit specifically. I don’t even know where to start. So many good things to say! Please stay and read the whole thing. Especially if you’re considering going here. It was so good! I was just here, for a week and the experience was basically like a 5 star hotel! Besides the beds which they can’t change but that’s not their fault. Intake was so welcoming and I was very unsure about going inpatient based on past experiences, but after talking with them, I voluntarily went inpatient. Felt very confident. They have really comfortable chairs, not rock hard that are so uncomfortable to sit in. They have bathrooms outside of the rooms with doors that lock, so you have the most privacy you can get. They allow you to have your phone, which of course is a personal preference for some people as it may be best to get a total break from the outside world. And of course they have rules for using your phone such as no recording or videos or pictures for privacy. But other than that you are free to have your phone all the time. And they have all cords for every kind of phone there is behind the nurse’s desk to charge your phone whenever you want. They have a relaxation room that has a big picture of the beach with palm trees and the ocean, a picture of the Grand Canyon, a recliner, some comfortable chairs, and an exercise bike. Really great to get alone time without having to go in your room. The food is absolutely 5 out of 5! Catering from Springs Rescue Mission, and they take care of each patient. Offering second helpings. They offer round the clock care of course, including snacks whenever. Chips, cookies, milk, orange juice, etc. Unlike a lot of places, they allow patients free roam 24/7 on the unit. Other places there’s a “curfew” and “lights out”. They don’t push you to go to therapy. Of course they encourage you but they really empathize unlike others and understand what you’re going through. They offer that you can ask for one on one talking and processing with any of the staff on duty at any time. There are a few times of being aware of their time like when they are doing staff changes, shift changes, rounding on other patients, etc. But they are very gentle. They also offer yoga mats at request and books you can read freely. As well as a tv room where you can choose what to watch as long as it’s available and appropriate. And listen to music via tv as well. They have games that you can play either by yourself or with other patients. Also, they allow CPAP machines as long as the door is open at night so they can monitor closely to make sure you’re safe. I absolutely loved it here and highly highly recommend it to everyone. Great care! I do not know if the other units are like this. This is just my experience.

I've been in crisis twice this year. Both times, I could not ask for better help. Lauren saw the real me and what I truly needed. She didn't waste time working on getting me to the resources to put me on the road to recovery. Because, I didn't follow through with her same enthusiasm, I got to meet Adam. I'd like to thank God for him too. He also saw ME, knew exactly what I really needed to hear. These people are literally out here saving lives. Every person in the building I met showed me compassion, understanding and helped me plan a better future for myself. I wouldn't be here without their help. Thank you for being a true Light House.

I was a victim of a crime and they had more than a month to get my input. They did not contact me until 4:45 the day before trial the next morning. Their report the next morning included extensive pages of quoting from the defendant in this domestic violence case and it only said that they took my info. Into consideration. Note that this is a domestic violence case in which there was a witness, and the police officers took photographs because I was bleeding from the assault. Because of PIC not taking my information into consideration before their report, the case was dismissed and the perpetrator got off without any consequences. Complete failure of Partners in Change resulted in an abuser getting charges dismissed and myself, the victim being abused again. Do NOT use this company.

These people are just another part of the system that is a business, forcing innocent people to take plea deals to stay in the system and have to pay fees and charges.
My probation officer recommended these people because they will see me the fastest but honestly it's not worth the risk. If it wasn't for the prosecutor actually knowing I was innocent based off the facts I would have had to risk a trial.
The interviewer lied to me, saying she agreed with me and my side of what happened reflected the facts and still gave me a negative report.
Do not put your fate in these people's hands.

Colorado Springs, CO | Bridge to Awareness Counseling Center, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado is a private alcohol and drug rehab that offers treatment for a variety of substance abuse addictions including alcoholism, co-occurring mental health disorders, and opiate addiction. They offer flexible outpatient addiction therapy allowing patients to live at home while | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I cant thank Ray Klein (Stone Bridge Counseling Center) enough for the tremendous help he has given my husband and I through our intense Marriage counseling with him in Colorado Springs. My husband booked this counseling session for us after hearing about it through his life couch & someone who has been through the same struggles we were currently going through. My world was crushed & I knew for sure that i wanted a divorce. It was done for me but my husband was not prepared to lose his family. He took full responsibility for his actions on his addictions and was prepared to do whatever it takes to have us back & get help. He convinced me to go with him to Colorado to meet Ray. I did not want to go but agreed for the sake of our kids. I saw this as our last chance. I was very nervous meeting Ray and having to relive all of this all over again but when we got there we both felt very comfortable. The session started with my husband taking a polygraph so we can get everything out in the open and have no secrets. Throughout the next couple days being in intense counseling Ray helped us both understand what happens to the human brain when there is addiction & past family dysfunction is involved. Especially the effects of feeling worthlessness. He gave us neurological, scientifically proven facts but also quote scripture and lessons from the Bible that Jesus taught throughout his life on earth. This was very eye opening for both of us. It helped me see my husband in a different light even though he has crushed me in the worst way possible it allowed my heart to soften & see a side of him I have not yet seen. Ray helped my husband deal with his past struggles, the guilt, the shame, alcohol, feelings of worthlessness. Ray helped me to see my worth again through Jesus Christ and knowing who God created me to be as a wife, mother and woman. Ray helped us as a couple on how to communicate in a way to really get to know each other at a deeper level emotionally, spiritually and ultimately helps create a deeper intimacy. We are not yet where we need to be but we now have many tools and will continue counseling with Ray over the phone. We are extremely thankful for him and wished we knew about Ray before life got this messy.
Thank you so much for all the work you do and for using your faith to minister and guide so many couples. I will strongly recommend Ray for anyone with any marital, addiction, abuse or infidelity problems. Not only do you learn allot but you also find ways to laugh and feel comfortable in the sessions. Rays personality is very welcoming, firm, strong boundaries, loving, kind with a wealth of wisdom on all levels
Thank you for everything

Ray took time to understand the issues between us, he was very professional, thorough and careful to try to get to the bottom of the issues. I was not truthful about all my actions towards my wife initially and he was very direct in dealing with that. After I was truthful with everyone it really got better. Suzanne and I are really working good as a couple now, and it's 100% Ray who got us going in the right direction.

They did their job. They listened to my side. Looked at evidence and asked for what I said I had as well. But most importantly reviewed my evidence as well. They can't dismiss something with no ground to stand on of course. They do what they are supposed too.

I wanted to write this review to give others hope, especially when there are so many negative reviews. Joyce was informative and was fair on the fees charged for the PPIR for a family member. The process did require patience and took time. In the end, the result was in when it was needed and was fair for the case.
