Going in I was skeptical. The VA gets a bad rap. After getting the physical and paperwork the nurse came to the waiting room, sat down and explained the results. My private doctor does not do this. Appointments made and taken care of in a very timely manor. I was pretty impressed with the VA and this location.

Not perfect, but its clean and medical appointments are easy to come by. Mental health is a little harder to get the apts you want, but they're always available by phone. Small, but very clean and staff is extremely nice.

I just finished my DUI class and therapy with John D. out of Trinidad and I can say enough about how great the experience was. They are very helpful and will work with you. I don’t wish a DUI on anyone but if you find yourself in the predicament and your in the area I would highly recommend them.
I have had an amazing experience at Peer House in La Junta! I love the interaction and help that they provide. They find info if they don't know the answer, are kind and caring as well as uplifting, smiles, welcoming, and enforcing the rules. Love them all and couldn't do it without them if I didn't start my day at PEER house. Shout out to the team who support me and show they really care!

The people at Southeast Mental Health Group are very kind and helpful. They have served me well in providing a variety of treatment services for my mental health and substance use disorder. The cost is affordable and the services offered are helpful. I would strongly recommend SEHG for anyone struggling with either disorder.
