have been going here for 10+ years, the staff is for the most part super amazing and understanding. I always seem to have problems with the psych nurse, very unprofessional. I also always have to wait until the day I'm out of my meds for them to send me a refill which is so dangerous/risky and I don't completely understand it.
Otherwise every other aspect about this place is amazing, great therapists and psychiatrists!

I’ve been going to United Services for psychiatric med management since around 2012. They’ve always been so helpful, welcoming, understanding, etc. I’ve been with my provider, Samer, for the last 4ish years and I can honestly say I’ve never had a more attentive and caring provider. He really listens to what I’m saying and takes the time to understand and works with me to find the best solution. I cannot say enough good things about the man, truly. Thank you United Services (and most of all thank you Samer) for all that you do. You have no idea how much it means.

I’ve seen a few reviews, and while I haven’t finished my treatment yet, I wanted to share my experience so far.
The program itself has been wonderful. I genuinely feel that the staff care about your well-being and truly want to see you succeed, regardless of what brought you to treatment. The program director, clinicians, medication provider, case worker, and all of the staff in the building have been friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely helpful throughout every step of my journey.
Everyone I’ve met has made a positive impact on my life in some way, and I’m incredibly grateful to the program and the care I’ve received so far.
I will add that, in order to be successful in any program, you have to be a willing participant and open to putting in the work.
I highly recommend Natchaug Quinebaug.

The Hospital which saved my child and family. We were so relieved to have our daughter be brought here after her miserable stay in the small room without any window at CCMC. Natchaug Hospital staff have such great affection for what they do. They are compassionate with patients which make relatives happy and rest assured that their family member is in safe hands. From the doctors, therapist, nurses and patient care assistants are all very respectful. I really admired the staff for their excellent work they do everyday. We had the opportunity to speak with our child whenever we wanted. I didn’t hear anyone disrespecting a child or belittling anyone. So at first I was very nervous about having my adolescent child here after reading reviews! So much so I drove up in middle of the night when he first arrived. Because I needed to lay eyes on him, and get a feel for the facility. It’s a very clean comfortable environment. The entire staff was so attentive to him his entire stay!! I was able to call anytime and speak to him he was able to call home as often as he needed!! The doctors nurses and mental health workers were AMAZING!!!! I was impressed with how well trained they are with working with people that are having a hard time! They were very patient with my son, and kept me very informed with exactly every thing going on with him! The Pscyh doctors know there stuff!! You are great hands here, trust the process! even my son felt he received the best care! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The staff there are always patient and accomodating. The medical staff are very thorough and make sure they answer all of your questions. Getting an appointment is pretty easy as well. My husband's search for a new Primary Care doctor ended here, with a wait time of only 6 weeks, as opposed to a wait of a year (at least) anywhere else.

Top notch birthing center drs and staff and obgyn drs/staff! After a not so great experience with another hospital/ birthing center/ obgyn in connecticut with my last pregnancy i was on the search for a new obgyn and place to deliver my next baby once I found out I was expecting. After getting referred to day kimball by my co-workers and boss saying nothing but good things about the birthing center and drs working at the obgyn I decided to give them a chance and it the best choice I made! From day one last fall they were wonderful. Living over an hour awayand working a not so consistant schedule being a construction worker in a trade they were super accommodating with my appointment scheduling throughout my entire pregnancy. Also having a previous high risk delivery they made sure to keep tabs on me and my baby very thoroughly throughout the entire pregnancy. When I came in to deliver they were prepared for any scenario knowing it could possibly go bad quickly. It did take a dangerous turn right after delivery and they were on top of it immediately making sure I had the care, support, and supplies needed. I have never been more thankful than I was for the entire staff that was on shift the night of my delivery. They kept calm and did their jobs to keep me and my family safe and as relaxed as possible. From the ob drs and staff, high rish drs and staff,birthing center nurses and staff, anesthesiologists , to the evs staff and kitchen staff id say Day Kimball was the perfect choice for me and my family this time!

I can assure you that any negative reviews you see have another side to the story. I had 3 appointments here total and want to s/o Dr Yogi P & Shoni; Natalie was also helpful on a quick phone call. They treated me like a life long patient, I wish they were PCP. I had a face cut/ head injury and they helped me every step of the way. They took my issue seriously and were thorough in all details of my treatment. Dr P was very knowledgeable, trusting, and hands on. Shoni was charismatic, proactive, and organized! He took a lot of time to talk intricately about me, not rushing. She recognized the urgency of my injury & made me feel seen and valuable. They made me feel VERY prioritized on a busy day. For anyone complaining about the wait time, it’s because they’re actually taking meticulous and conscientious care of their patients. We need more people like them in the healthcare and general world, highly recommend raises for the crew! (the nurses were sweet as well)

A family member has recently resided in a psych unit there for quite a while, and I have to say they came out much better than when they went in the staff the nursing the management was all on top of everything very thorough and very informative. This is a well run unit it was wet four everybody was kind and courteous and they had compassion. Really really impressed.

I want to give RWMC very high reviews for all the service I received. Starting in the ER then OR then being admitted to the 3rd floor, All the staff showed compassion and dedication to their patients. I especially would like to mention Medina, Salla and Depina for their positivity towards my situation and their sense of humor. This made my medical situation easier to deal with. I am grateful to the doctors in the GI department for the time they spent explaining everything to me and my husband that was easily understood. The staff in the OR have a wonderful attitude and put me at ease before my procedures. Thank you RWMC staff

I had been to Rhode Island Addiction Treatment Center in Warwick about a year ago, and while the staff were always wonderful, I felt the programming needed a little TLC. When I decided to come back a year later, I was genuinely surprised by how much things had changed.
The staff are still absolutely amazing, but the programming has improved tremendously. You can tell there is a real commitment to helping people succeed, not just getting them through the program. They truly care about the people they work with and want to see you do well.
Yes, it can be intense at times, but you’re surrounded by people who understand what you’re going through and share that common ground. There’s something really meaningful about being in a room where you don’t have to explain everything because others just get it.
I’m really grateful I gave this place another chance. The difference a year can make is pretty incredible, and I’m happy to say that my experience this time has been absolutely fabulous. ❤️

This place is great, and the people running it are super helpful. I definitely learned a lot about why I was doing what I did. You get time to listen and be heard. And the zoom meetings at night helped when I had to work during the day. If you're on the fence about going, I highly recommend you give it a chance.

This place helped me when no one else could because of insurance shenanigans. I've been going here for 3 years and I forsee myself continuing to recieve therapy and help from the Providence center for many more to come.
