Charleston Detox had my back when things were at their worst. The crew there didn’t just treat me like another case — they treated me like a real person. Straight-up support, no judgment, and they kept it honest the whole time.The detox itself was rough, but they made it bearable. Nurses checked on me constantly, and the counselors actually listened. I felt like I mattered — and that helped more than anything. I didn’t just detox my body; I started clearing out my head too.
I went abbcon for alcohol counciling after my dui , Amy was very good to work with , she respected everyone's time ,she did not intend that anyone would leave without learning something. The entire staff that I met was very courteous, and I like to think I'm more educated on alcohol use/abuse since I decided to attend their classes
