Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

2023 is gone! And now I can go into 2024 with a new attitude and a new life mostly thankful for Perspectives 2. I made some dumb decisions last year that I ended up paying the price for. I consider myself smart and well educated but when alcohol does your thinking its a games changer. I ended up in jail with a DUI and court ordered treatment. The blessing in disguise was the court ordered treatement. I went 12 weeks to group thearpy at Perspectives. I was reluctant and not excited about going until I got there. All of us were in the same boat....nervous, shamed, scared about facing the consequences of our poor decisions. Perspectives group sessions were awesome and extremely helpful. They gave you practical suggestions to help with your addictions and how to deal with the pain you caused others and yourself. The staff that ran these sessions were incredible mainly because they truly cared! It was not a job to them but they had compassion for what your were going through in fact most of them faced similiar situations. I "had" to go to these treatments but would easily have volunterred to go after seeing what they had to offer. Great discussions with a staff that emplified compassion to every one in the class. When you know you messed up and are already down on yourself it is comforting to know folks at Perspectives 2 was there to listen, suggest and most of all show they really cared about your well being and getting you on the right track. They continue to follow up with me a year later! Jamie is awesome in her care and concern....Kudos to her and her staff. Thank you Perspectives 2 for showing honest concern and compassion!

This place is wonderful, they were treating pregnant woman back 2015 when myself an others felt we had no hope, NO ONE would touch us. They live & breathe recovery. They're local to the area, An yes a smaller office but don't lack in the resources to help you and the actual drive to do so! An if Dr.Logan doesn't have a book out by now...he should consider doing so! He's one of the most knowledgeable in the state regarding M.A.T-Outpatient Treatment.They accept most insurances (yes, including Medicaid) So don't wait till tmro (again) like I did. Call them!

As much as my stay here. Suckkkkkkked so bad. The staff knew how to ruffle my feathers enough to allow me to feel pain for 20 days and feel honestly amazing to finally get a breath of fresh air, and remember what it was like to feel content, and whole, in myself with no worries any longer toward my lifes path. Strategically, i would say this is longer lasting treatment results. You need pain by lack of control, lack of freedom, lack of full choice, to be grateful and know why to be grateful to recieve that hope and chance in this REAL world once again. Jail does this too. It just basically annoys the crap out of you.

I just recently releases from this place. I thank God we have a facility in this industry here. I think they have a tall order to fill but they are very diligent. Mental health is not an easy battle. A lot of individuals lose their life to depression, substance abuse, or not being able to get the treatment that they need in America. These are cold hard stats without the numbers. However, individuals at this facility and many others that I have been to like Lake Nona VA for example, truly are inspiring and effective if you trust the process. Its good to know there are people 24/7, at the ready, to do their best to provide us with the services we need. I d love to see this organization grow, I can only pray because I don t know what else it would take other than a community effort of volunteers and contributors. Thats always America s secret recipe though, The People .

I went in voluntarily and was taken care of. The nurses are very helpful and I was even given a shave. The food is fantastic and I met a lot of interesting people. A tech suggested that I write a book called "the no name book" regarding my visits to mental hospitals. So you get smoke breaks and you can also visit the recreational room. I was able to decompress and reset my mental clock. The facility is very clean and I saw a pest control guy spraying the area so there is no need to worry about that. All in all it's just another brick in the wall.

I had fallen are hard times and needed services at Springbrook. The nurses and techs were compassionate and nice. case manager, Scott was a godsend. I don t know if he s even supposed to do this but I was having a hard time and ahared the gospel with me and prayed for me.Ernie the driver was phenomenal too. Great place. Hopefully I never have to go back but great place!

I've had all good experiences so far. My therapist is nice, I like the psych Dr a lot. It is hard to get an appt sometimes but they're booked because a lot of people need therapy. Honestly I think it's important to remember therapists and staff are also people. Therapists call out when they have bad days and it's inconvenient but they probably have mental health problems because they listen to all your problems all day. So when they aren't there it's probably needed for them to take a break.

What an amazing treatment facility.The name says it all. Recovery.I had problems with drugs and alcohol .Everyone was very professional and caring from intake to discharge.In my opinion it's all of the TRV staff that helped create the foundation to my recovery.If you need recovery from drugs or alcohol and mental health, I am recommending The Recovery Village.Also a special shout out to the kitchen staff, Matt, Kellie and Bobby. Food was delicious..

I spent about 3 weeks here in the mental health section and did not regret it. The staff, the food and the environment was outstanding. I was able to learn many life long lessons that I will carry my entire life. Recovery Village did an exceptional job helping me with my road to recovery. I would like to shout out all of the amazing chefs as well as the staff. Glenda, Nick, Dave, Kortni, Tammy, Rockstar and many more, you all are amazing people and I will never forget you guys. I definitely recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with their mental health, these people really do care and I thank them for coming to work with such caring and great attitudes. I was able to gain a lot of confidence in myself within those past 3 weeks which is something I thought I would never have. I thank you guys again!-Drew C

Everything about this place is amazing.. this is the first rehab that I ever been to and I was blessed to find white sands....from all the bht's, to the therapist, to the nurses and doctors... If I could rate it 100 stars I would.. they truly care and help out anyway possible and I'm thankful and appreciative for everything that they done ... They truly helped and changed me and cared... Danny my case manager. made me feel like I was the only person on his case load. His attention to my needs were breath of fresh air. He legit made my stay here amazing. My box spring had broke and he didn't rest until it was replace and he actually stayed late to get it done. If you struggle with addiction whitesands is the place to go. I highly recommend Shay to be your therapist and Danny to be your case manager. Also I can't forget the BHT team. Keith , Elijah, O'Shea, Anthony, Dominic, Vanessa, Joey, Rose, Rachel, Dasiah you guys made me feel safe and kept me in line and last but not lease my best friend Ryan who made sure I got to my doctor appointments between all of them they've made a great impact on my recovery I can't express truly how much you guys helped me throughout my struggles. I mean this with my whole heart. THANK YOU ALL!! But most of all I want to thank Heather. She has talked me off the ledge more times than I can count. Heather always lends her ear and with her infinite wisdom calls me on my bullsh!t, and never blew smoke up my butt. I've never met anyone who cares about patients like she does.
