Augustine Recovery is a very special and unique place. Everyone on staff truly cares about your loved one. Every time we had a question or concern, our son s case manager got back to us in a very timely matter. We always felt that our son was in a safe and nurturing environment. It s not your typical rehab center. This a family centered place. Our family weekends have been wonderful. You get to know and feel very close to other parents at the center. We have every reason to believe that our son will find success going forward. He has all the necessary tools to continue to live the 12 steps and stay sober. Augustine recovery has made us a much stronger family. I will never forget our positive experience here. The love that is shown to all is truly inspiring. I would highly recommend Augustine Recovery. It s a very different and unique approach to living a happy and sober life. We will miss seeing the staff. Huge thanks to all.

This establishment saved my life. The staff and the atmosphere truly allowed me to get my Head back together. Im a bad alcoholic and a really bad drug addict. Because of the Augustine recovery center I m over 3 years sober. I really appreciate everyone there.

What an amazing treatment facility.The name says it all. Recovery.I had problems with drugs and alcohol .Everyone was very professional and caring from intake to discharge.In my opinion it's all of the TRV staff that helped create the foundation to my recovery.If you need recovery from drugs or alcohol and mental health, I am recommending The Recovery Village.Also a special shout out to the kitchen staff, Matt, Kellie and Bobby. I spent about 3 weeks here in the mental health section and did not regret it. The staff, the food and the environment was outstanding. I was able to learn many life long lessons that I will carry my entire life. Recovery Village did an exceptional job helping me with my road to recovery. I would like to shout out all of the amazing chefs as well as the staff. Glenda, Nick, Dave, Kortni, Tammy, Rockstar and many more, you all are amazing people and I will never forget you guys. I definitely recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with their mental health, these people really do care and I thank them for coming to work with such caring and great attitudes. I was able to gain a lot of confidence in myself within those past 3 weeks which is something I thought I would never have. I thank you guys again!-Drew C

I had no idea what to expect going in here. This was my first time getting help for drugs and I was really nervous going in. I was even more anxious because the place is faith based,which was new to me. But the staff was nice and didn’t treat me like a screw up and the structure helped me feel normal. The food was better than I thought itd be and they had a decent gym. The whole program was pretty strict, but I get why and it helped me get more stable then I’ve been in a longtime.

I was a student at TC Orlando for 1 year and5 days. During one of my first weeks in the program a lady at the car wash was kind enough to ask how we were doing that day and encouraged us by saying "remember there's no perfect program" and she was right. There's plusses and minuses to every aspect in life.I am not here to discuss what I thought was wrong with or right about TCO. I will say that many of the negative things I read in other Google reviews have been rectified and are no longer relevant. My aim in writing this review is that you will enter TCO eyes wide open and not be upset or surprised at what you do/don't find and will encounter God, graduate and maintain sobriety afterwards.Let me tell you what Teen Challenge Orlando has to offerProfessional Services-If you require doctors visits or dental work, TCO offers transportation to and from appointments.Mentors provide regular opportunities forstudents to open up and talk about personalstruggles.AmenitiesKitchen/Cafeteria- Top of the line as far as rehabs go.All the coffee you can drink during breakfast but don't over do it.Meals are protein heavy, diverse and have a good amount of vegetables, essential for the brain's recovery on a chemical level.Stear clear of the sodas and limit your dessert intake or you'll get what's known as the TC 30 in your first 30 days. If not more...Dorms- Always cold but just in the way that you want.Mattresses- Par for the course. However, bring a $10 foam topper and you'll sleep like a baby, guaranteed.Closets- Each student gets half plus ample shelving space.There is a shed outback for shoes so the rooms don't stink and floors stay clean, 5pair limit.Bathrooms- They are super clean and you'll never run out of hot water; plenty of sinks and showers. Usually no wait time for your morning shave. Remeber to be a gentleman and clean up after yourself. Your Mrs. or future Mrs. will appreciate this later.Laundry- They will have a couple of designated students assigned to laundry duty and your clothes will be washed and folded on a weekly basis.Gym- Outdoor, covered weight area with elliptical, free weights, multi-use lift machine, mat for stretching and a HUGE tire to flip around campus and compete with others for bragging rights!A half court for basketball and sandpit volleyball area.Sorry, no in-ground pool. This is rehab, nota resort.Need something?TCO has a massive thrift store.If you're lacking anything outside toiletries and socks/underwear all you have to do is fill out a slip and an intern or mentor will have you hooked up and "drippin" in a day or so.Library- Several hundred books ranging from addiction recovery strories to deep subjects of the Bible and personal growth. I read over 60 books during my time spent at TCO. The best part was a series of biographies about Christian heros of the faith. I read all of them. My one take away was this- Not a single one lived a boring, unfulfilled life once they fully surrendered It over to God and chose to walk in faith and obedience. The same can and WILL happen for you if you make that choice.Work DetailMonday 12-5, Tue, Thur, Fri, 9-5; Wed 9-4:30, Sat. 8-5Usually done a little early to make it back for dinner."What?! This sounds like a labor camp, not a rehab!!!"Well all your needs are provided for and "regular" people work 40 hrs a week. Think of it as a 12 months of retraining for when you get back out into the real world.You get to build up your work ethic without the pitfalls of spending a paycheck on drugs or alcohol.Furthermore Teen Challenge has over 1400 locations in 125 countries. Not all are financially self supporting. So the efforts put in here ensures that others receive help elsewhere. Atmosphere awesome. Counselors are great and make you feel comfortable there. Very educational.

My experience at BTC has been eye opening. I have learned quite a bit about the struggles and biology of addiction. The staff there is very professional. Our counselor Jamie does a fantastic job with our group. She keeps it on point, educational and interesting. I would absolutely recommend their services.

I had a very good experience with break the cycle. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. In particular the counselor Jamie was incredibly helpful throughout the treatment.

When I was going to this place quad as a patient for over a year until the new place open and I moved over to the new place in February because my counselor offered it to me Debbie of the new place opening 2023 still at the new place absolutely horrible compared to this organization and how they run it compare to the other place the staffing horrible when you bring up questions two staff you are told that you are being rude all the time not true about me then they will place you on a behavioral contract 90 days for retaliation for asking questions yelled at you like your 12 years old putting me on a behavioral contract I could understand if it actually stood up but it doesn't I hope the other place would take notes from all the employees here from the counselors to the nurses to the directors and the treatment teams.Let's see if they post it

This was a great place I spent time at the staff and case manager so as the therapist was a big help and I ve sober since then they was helping and caring.

So my experience at harmony hills was great. I ended up with a 2 week extension because for once after my son's death and so many therapists later, I was finally getting somewhere.Melvin,Tim,Greg,&Amber helped me through this from 1on 1 to trauma tract and then some. BHT's WOW where do I start. They were AMAZING especially Shannon,Jessica,Sherman & Big Greg,but all in all the entire BHT staff does their job and they treat everyone equally their isn't no favortism.The nursing staff just wouldn't be the same without Tom on it he really knows and cares for his patients as well they all do but he gives you that true comfort.Mr Josiah the Executive Chef man his food is 5 star by itself along with his staff beside him especially Mrs Gwen. So all together it doesn't matter how many reviews anyone reads good or bad it's what YOU AS A INDIVIDUAL put into your recovery and mental health.and follow rules I was there when some of these people and their bad reviews was there so do what the book says , don't have sex , have drugs trying to be snuck in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I meant to write this review a lot earlier but I'm in my last treatment center for IOP when I was referred to Harmony hills I was raised skeptical about even going to treatment I had wasn't familiar with what to expect first I want to just think Erica rigsby from business development that she really made this admission very pleasant she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable she explained everything very clearly and it was a very pleasant experience I didn't know what to expect but to tell you the truth it was actually one of the most times in my life that I felt at complete peace Harmony hills is on acres and acres of Greenland overlooking a beautiful scenery and a horse ranch in front of it The staff is incredibly compassionate and sweet you can feel the love there Dr Kaplan is one of the best doctors that I ever seen He's probably the best one and the nurse practitioner the summer she's amazing and you can have access to them every single day the nurses are extremely sweet and caring and they're available 24 hours The food is incredible you know you have six different The chefs and the menu is to die for I'm really happy that I went there not to mention the the facilitators and the therapist are above and beyond I went to two treatment centers after that for PHP and IOP and nothing compares to Harmony hills Tim Sullivan and Greg Jeff and Amber the whole cell theater is were amazing and also the case manager I mean that she was very nice so if you want to get better and you want a true healing place I recommend this place and I have it on the back of my mind if God's forbid I ever needed a boost bag or a reset or any type of mental maintenance that's the place that I would go

This is the first time I've been in a treatment center. The faculty is outstanding, 5 star. They care. Always courteous. My favorite nurse is a lady named Toni. She just has what it takes to make my mind go somewhere else than on my problems of the day. She keeps a close eye on everything going on and the clients as they pass her station. She recognizes symptoms and actually stops me to see if I need anything to help at that moment. She's a great listener and I will miss her so much after I leave to start my new life of freedom from drugs and alcohol and my daily overall mental health. I want to thank the people of Spencer's recovery for the fine work they do morning, noon and night to keep everyone comfortable and in good spirits. I would suggest to anyone having difficulty in daily life to seek help. It's here. They are here for you. I was in the worst stage of my life I was evicted from my home in Augusta ga and my wife passed away and facing homelessness with my two elderly dogs and was ready to give up I was lost in addiction, substance abuse combat related ptsd but here I found that I had a desire to not use or drink I know now I can trust again I was definitely lost in life but now I feel a I got a fresh start a new beginning a new chapter thanks to Dr. Pauls by the sea recovery the staff were amazing The people I met, Paul had the same desire to get better and thanks to Dr. Paul he was covering I was able to obtain four months recovery and looking forward to moving on to a healthier life.
