Taking the MRT class was an amazing experience that genuinely increased my self-awareness. Right from the start, Susan was incredibly friendly and helpful during the intake process, which made a huge difference. When walking into the break the cycle I was greeted by Susan that was very friendly and super helpful. Having Jamie as our counselor who is the instructor in our classes has made this experience easier for me. She is so supportive and full of so much knowledge to make you understand the ins and the outs of whats right and what’s wrong. She is very genuine, but at the same time she gets her message across. For someone like me that has never had to experience this before in my lifetime Jamie has made me see this whole experience in a different lens .

My experience at Umatilla TRV was mixed, but one person who genuinely stood out to me was Chris Fields, the Financial Manager. Chris was one of the best advocates for clients that I encountered. He was patient, understanding, and willing to actually listen and help when I had concerns. He made an effort to explain things clearly and treated me with respect, which made a real difference during a difficult time. I truly appreciate the way Chris advocates for clients and goes beyond simply doing his job. His compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help definitely deserve recognition. Overall, I’m giving my experience 4.5 stars, with Chris being a major reason for that rating.

First let me say thank God for The Augustine Recovery Center! The road to finding a top notch Recovery Center for our loved one finally landed us at TARC after four different and unsuccessful experiences in four different recommended centers throughout the country. One thing that I still remember from our initial calls with Christine are the words, “We will not give up on your son.” They have been true to their word and more- the transformation we have seen in our son is truly amazing and I thank the wonderful staff for their knowledge, commitment and compassion throughout the recovery process. I feel as though the staff goes beyond what is required of them and believe that this is a key reason that TARC is so well respected among clients and their families. Staff is readily available for family members that have questions or just want an update on their loved one. The Family Weekends were amazing and packed with informative sessions as well as time for relaxation with family and the other clients and their families. TARC is a smaller recovery center which provides our son with individual attention and counseling as well as group sessions which promote unity and support among the clients themselves. We love that they provide a continuum of services after the initial three months of inpatient, transitioning clients to Cornerstone and then Sober Living all on their same property allowing for continuing services with the same wonderful staff that has supported them throughout their recovery! The bonds that form among clients, staff, and within the community have helped tremendously in supporting a long term recovery for our son. I want to personally thank the entire staff at TARC because each and every one of them played an important part in giving us our son back but a special shout out to his case manager Scott whose knowledge, patience and compassion got us all through some very difficult times. We are all forever grateful to you!

If you are looking for a long term rehab for your loved one, look no further. My brother was in a few rehabs before my mother and I found TARC and nothing else could compare. The way the entire staff truly cared about the recovery of the guys there and their families is extraordinary. My brothers case manager, Ryan, always stayed in constant contact with both my mother and I. He was always a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns. He also reached out to us at minimum, on a weekly basis to keep us updated on my brothers progress. He always showed genuine care, compassion and concern. No other facility he was in ever did that! They also offer weekly family support group meetings which have been so helpful. After visiting during one of their family weekends, I could see the positive community and its impact on my brother. They really focus on a healthy lifestyle, behaviors and routines which my brother has continued after leaving TARC. I am extremely grateful for all the staff at TARC and their role in my brothers recovery.

I chose Augustine Recovery because of Jason’s passion, honesty and commitment to recovery and trauma based treatment. Christine guided me through each step of the way to get our son there. Once he arrived, I received a call…he’s here, he’s safe. For the first time, I could breathe. Augustine Recovery has been a life changing experience. The family weekends are immersive, supportive, and meaningful. The treatment team was not just focused on my son; they were piecing together information about our family system in order to promote true healing. The commitment and support that we received was invaluable. Jon, our case manager and Karen, our therapist came together in every way possible to help my son and family. Jon was always one step ahead of me. He would listen and ask questions - often challenging my ideas and was always right in his approach. Karen, our therapist, always knew how to bring things back into balance. I truly appreciate the amount of time she spent to bring about the best outcomes in therapy. I have never witnessed such dedicated people interact with my son and be able to reach the depth of understanding the way they did. I was often in awe of them. My gratitude to Augustine Recovery and the entire staff is immeasurable. Trust the work that they do here and miracles unfold.

I love Harmony Hills. If you are looking for a place to get fully recovered and finally be free of your addictions and mental health issues, you are looking in the right direction and there is hope for you. I cannot say enough good things about Mrs Amber, my therapist and Mrs Mary the teacher. You can learn a lot from them and if you have the chance to request Mrs Amber, do so. I came with no good ideas regarding coping skills or how to cope with difficult situations and now I’m leaving with a list of ways.

I was in great need of help for depression when I found 5 Palms in Ormond Beach, FL. I completed their 28-day program last month. During my voluntary stay, I gained knowledge of CBT and DBT and many skills for returning myself to a mentally balanced state of mind. Promises 5 Palms was absolutely amazing! The people the community fabulous! Let me say I was very nervous to go to rehab a facility whatever you want to call it. Once I was there the positive energy ran through. I felt comfortable with all the staff as well as the other clients. They help you through anything that comes up. All you need to do is ask. I was so amazed with Promises! I would recommend to anyone that needs help with either mental health and or drug addiction recovery. Dom saved me more than once love him!Dom is AWESOME!! The nurse's were a huge help to me. Never talked or looked down on me, he was just a huge help! The food was great, the people were awesome. I can't say enough good things about this treatment facility. The most important one is that everyone on their staff truly cares about your recovery. Greg is the best addiction therapist I have ever met. (unfortunately I have met a lot) He gives incredible insight into where the weak links in your recovery plan could be. The techs are all amazing, Easy, Katie, Megan, David, Shane, and everyone else...just really great people!! And of course all of the nurses are fantastic and truly caring. I've been In this program for a week or so It's a great place to find peace in your struggles with mental health and addiction. My therapist Greg is awesome he really cares about his clients he also takes out time with other clients Jose also takes out a lot of time with clients Nya the kitchen manager makes sure her clients are feed well Miguel also makes sure the clients are feed well. All of the nurses take pride in there job all of the techs # Katie, Ashley, Rachel, Megann, Brittany on night shift, Shane, Jay, Mr Edwin, Easy, David and Brittany on day shift also do a amazing job. Getting treatment for PTSD and Trauma is hard to admit to. Going there and being traumatized by outside family members while I was suppose to be healing made the experience even more difficult. My complaints about The Refuge relate to employees clearly not train to care for patients struggling with disorders in mental health. I had a cardiac episode that was barely addressed and if I was lucky, I could see a medical provider once a week even though I understand vitals and voiced for 2 weeks something was wrong. The nurses held an "I know more than you mentality" despite me treating them with patience and respect and having experience in the medical field. The only reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because the therapist themselves and the CEO took my concerns seriously and genuinely cared about healing those who took the program seriously. It kind of seemed like each therapist held a specific personality so clients could learn to both tolerate different personality types, and not let those personalities that they were not compatible with cause them to spiral. Don't get me wrong, there were some therapists and staff members I dreaded dealing with. I quickly realized that if I wanted the program to work and chose to make the sacrifice of prioritizing my healing process. I faced the struggles of being away from my children and having attacks from my closest relatives attempting to sabotage my treatment. The clients there provided support and understanding in a safe environment where I likely would have given up if I wasn't there. I quickly realized that respect towards the staff and accountability to use the tools taught to me was the only way to heal. Sitting around complaining like other clients and expecting to be catered to by complaining about the services would get you no where. I reached a limit with my own therapist but when I started unwrapping buried memories from my childhood, my safe person became Shelley (clinical director) and Stephanie (CEO). You can tell Shelley lives for helping those struggling and Stephanie set the example of leadership that is rare to find these days. Her undercover boss personality to correct the wrongs/complaints about The Refuge often left me wondering when this woman ever went home. The only complaint I submitted pertained to a case manager and Stephanie was immediately on it, as was Shelley. Both made me feel heard when I previously had the habit of shutting down. I left The Refuge feeling like I was worthy of love and being able to love myself. Where I previously protected others, I gained the confidence and tools to protect myself. I never knew trauma was something that could be worked through. I'd always thought it was something I had to carry my whole life and learn to live with. Every business in the world has it's flaws but if you apply yourself while waiting for answers or assistance from therapist and staff members juggling a number of patients, you will progress and leave with something. I left stronger and feeling like a leader. I learned to never judge anyone and even people with a record or past deserve love and grace. People there are seeking help to change and not repeat patterns and I give the utmost respect. Thank you to The Refuge, Stephanie, and Shelley (honorable mention to Jana and Bonnie (who left to chase her dreams)) for restoring my faith in humanity.

The Refuge helped save my life. Just being away from stress helped my depression and anxiety. Certain staff members and clients were part of my healing process. I devoted to eating a healthy diet and started lifting weights again. I've lost 60 lbs and still lift, walk/jog and now I'm walking with a 30 lb rucking backpack. I've been more engaged with my 3 kids and web we've done some really tough hikes. I still have to rise from the ashes because I'm dealing with stuff at home. I'm a hundred and thirty one days sober. I recently saw Dr. Oliva and her staff and I've seen a lot of Doctors over the years but very few have been as awesome as this. Virgina, the Doctors Program Director has been extremely helpful with many diffrent obsticals and she has gone above and beyond to help with everything. I've been with Quad County for a long time. I have had amazing Counselors. But the one I have now is her name is Melanie Pease. She is like no other councler. She go's far and beyond her job to help me. Melanie Is the reason my recovery goes smoothly and she trys to achieve and help me with my goals in my treatment. To be honest I thank god for giving me a councler that actually cares about the patient and helps us in our recovery. Go to new season and I know it'll be the best thing you ever did they just continue to get better the new stuff is awesome The new coordinator He's on top of everything and my new counselor Melanie she just rocks it I don't know how I don't know how she has so much care for her patients and will work so hard for them and I like my last counselor but I've not seen this kind of devotion in a counselor besides Julio which I've discovered to be tremendously a helpful person in my life his groups just make you be able to get through the week and there's more than one reason to go to groups you know but the reason mainly is to stay clean and get clean and I called it a life changer now it's a game changer because it's completely changed the way I play my game and I get scared of change of new stuff but new seasons they've got it covered because they hire good people so no matter who you get you're in good hands. I urge people who are trying to decide to go or not and have that scale tipping just tip it on in all you got to do is just take that baby step and then the next baby step after that and then it won't be so hard I just don't want to hear any more about these deaths or families lives being ruined it's it's sad and it took me a long time to see it from the other side it's new season who got me to the other side Melanie she rocks it and Mr Tim he seems very on top of it very professional like I said I just do put this on here because I hope if anybody's facing their recovery on the reviews do it you know do it for you and do it at new season even if you don't get Melanie all the other counselors are good Julio I know he's an excellent counselor I know all of the counselors are great people

I don't understand the bad reviews...my husband has had a hernia surgery and numerous cardiology tests in the last six months here, and in every instance the care has been outstanding! I spent my first night (a Saturday night at that) in the ER. Nights 2-4 in ICU and my 5th and final night in ICU Stepdown. All things considered, it was not an unpleasant experience. Everyone was extremely nice. Nurses, staff and Doctors were very attentive and on top of things. Labs and test results were available quickly. Even the food wasn't bad. They treated my family members well. Impressive service for a hospital.

Break the Cycle Counseling was not something I was honestly looking forward to doing at first. It was court-ordered as part of the requirements for completing my probation, so I went into it feeling a little unsure about what to expect. I called and spoke with Susan at the front desk, and she was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made the process easy from the very beginning. After completing my drug evaluation, I was assigned 12 classes with Jamie as my counselor. Jamie has brought up a lot of important points and helped me recognize things about my life that I had already started to see in myself. The classes have been easy to understand, informative, and, surprisingly, actually fun to attend. I want to sincerely thank Jamie and Susan for being so professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout this experience. Because of the way they have treated me, something I initially wasn't looking forward to became a much easier and more positive experience. It honestly seems like as soon as I walk in the door, I'm just about at completion. I only have two classes left, and I can't believe how quickly the time has gone by. I'm grateful for the experience and for the way Jamie and Susan have made the entire process so comfortable and positive.

Thanks to Mrs Ashley for being the best counselor. She was amazing and honestly really cool. She is strait forward and as long as you keep up with your homework and send it on time you won't have any problems. Easy classes and very quick. I'm glad I picked this online class, by the time I knew it I already graduated!!! (Quick tip) Just do ur homework ahead of time and just turn it in. Not all at once but at least you get it done and turn it in on the due date!! Thank you Break the cycle
