Case management (Russ & Anna), as well as nursing and Ms. Holly the admin, Jamie the counselor. These people really care. These people saved my life. Fixed my blood pressure and my eyes are healing too. Over and above the reason I came here, to recover from a severe drug addiction, they helped my heal from my physical injuries and health problems. The nursing staff really cares. The therapy I received from Ms. Brenda changed my life. I was so broken inside. I never took therapy seriously growing up but Ms. Brenda helped me find that broken child inside my heart and we went through the healing process together. That was, by far, the biggest highlight of this program. I am a new man now thanks to the therapy that Ms. Brenda did with me. Thank you Ms. Brenda, you are truly a master of your craft. The brain mapping and VAT bed was an awesome addition to the treatment they offer. Dr. Dawn and the equine therapy was second to none as well. I hope you keep these part of the program because it really separates this place from all the other treatment centers that I've attended in the past. I owe my life to every one of the staff here. I'm sorry I left some important names out. I am so grateful for this place. In my heart I know that I will be ok now. I currently have 57 days and if I ever relapse that's where I would go again. It is solution based. We spend a significant time in the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous. It is on a beautiful piece of land. There are outings to go bowling, put put, AA speaker meetings and the Beach. The initial phone call is with a gentleman named Ira and he genuinely seems to care. The Recovery Advocates Jeremiah, Mike, Drew and Ryan are incredible gentleman and help guide you thru the steps. The BHTs Thomas and Dakota are great as well. They are always there if your going thru something or just need someone to talk, to they made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. The nursing staff lead by Mille with John, Lisa, Carmon, Jennifer and Blaine are always there to m.ake sure your comfortable. And the Director Jason and office staff Michelle and Elena are 5 star A+++++ Overall it'd just an amazing experience. I have been upset so much I felt like a one, but sanner heads prevailed. 🙂 I was only there for 8 days to detox. If you want to stay for approximately a month. You could do worse. I would have to say the staff is the best part. I had no issues getting anything. The facility is HUGE! They have a nice place to jog or walk. Decent size, clean pool, ample work out area. AA and NA meetings most evenings. In Detox you have a TV in every room. A couple criticisms. The smoking area is a tiny lil afterthought of an area, and you have to wait for certain times to smoke. As you may know there is not a bunch to do in detox, it would be nice to smoke at anytime. Food was great! Be careful, you may get fat. Hope this helped! Oh, one other thing. A small group of workers that seem to get forgotten, Housekeeping crew! They came through every single day and cleaned like they care. In regards to the staff, where to start? Everyone there is incredible. I owe my life to the professionals that keep the gears oiled in that machine. Crystal, the director, she is full of positive energy and will take time out of her schedule to talk to you if you ever need her for anything. The therapists there are amazing and the food is great. I gained some weight there. Should have used the gym more. Haha. There is a lot of places to hang out in your free time. And one feature not mentioned by Google is the animals! Peafowl, Sand Hill Cranes that will hang out around you, a pond FULL of Blue Fin Tilapia, a little gator that suns in the evening. There is so much I could go on about. The staff here is wonderful. Case management (Russ & Anna), as well as nursing and Ms. Holly the admin, Jamie the counselor. These people really care. These people saved my life. Fixed my blood pressure and my eyes are healing too. Over and above the reason I came here, to recover from a severe drug addiction, they helped my heal from my physical injuries and health problems. The nursing staff really cares. The therapy I received from Ms. Brenda changed my life. I was so broken inside. I never took therapy seriously growing up but Ms. Brenda helped me find that broken child inside my heart and we went through the healing process together. That was, by far, the biggest highlight of this program. I am a new man now thanks to the therapy that Ms. Brenda did with me. Thank you Ms. Brenda, you are truly a master of your craft. The brain mapping and VAT bed was an awesome addition to the treatment they offer. Dr. Dawn and the equine therapy was second to none as well. I hope you keep these part of the program because it really separates this place from all the other treatment centers that I've attended in the past. I owe my life to every one of the staff here. I'm sorry I left some important names out. I am so grateful for this place. In my heart I know that I will be ok now. When walking into the break the cycle I was greeted by Susan that was very friendly and super helpful. Having Jamie as our counselor who is the instructor in our classes has made this experience easier for me. I have been to SSRC twice in 2/25 and 3/26. After my first stay there I put together 10 months before going to the hospital and getting morphine thru the IV. When that happened I went back and graduated 2 days ago. I currently have 57 days and if I ever relapse that's where I would go again. It is solution based. We spend a significant time in the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous. It is on a beautiful piece of land. There are outings to go bowling, put put, AA speaker meetings and the Beach. The initial phone call is with a gentleman named Ira and he genuinely seems to care. The Recovery Advocates Jeremiah, Mike, Drew and Ryan are incredible gentleman and help guide you thru the steps. The BHTs Thomas and Dakota are great as well. They are always there if your going thru something or just need someone to talk, to they made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. The nursing staff lead by Mille with John, Lisa, Carmon, Jennifer and Blaine are always there to m.ake sure your comfortable. And the Director Jason and office staff Michelle and Elena are 5 star A+++++ Overall it'd just an amazing experience. If your struggling with alcohol or drug addiction this is hands down the best treatment center and I have been to around two dozen Trust Good...Clean House...Help Others!!!!!

When I review a business, I'm of the belief no one is a 5 star and no one is a one star. I have been upset so much I felt like a one, but sanner heads prevailed. 🙂 I was only there for 8 days to detox. If you want to stay for approximately a month. You could do worse. I would have to say the staff is the best part. I had no issues getting anything. The facility is HUGE! They have a nice place to jog or walk. Decent size, clean pool, ample work out area. AA and NA meetings most evenings. In Detox you have a TV in every room. A couple criticisms. The smoking area is a tiny lil afterthought of an area, and you have to wait for certain times to smoke. As you may know there is not a bunch to do in detox, it would be nice to smoke at anytime. Food was great! Be careful, you may get fat. Hope this helped! Oh, one other thing. A small group of workers that seem to get forgotten, Housekeeping crew! They came through every single day and cleaned like they care. Showers were clean and sanitary, floors swept, windows and tables all good!

I arrived unwell and left much better than I came in. The facilitators Tim and Greg are very very good at what they do. If you work the program you will be much better off than when you arrived. It is all up to you to decide what path you want to take. I really appreciated my time here in recovery and I left here feeling much better than when I went in. Thanks so much harmony hills. I was in great need of help for depression when I found 5 Palms in Ormond Beach, FL. I completed their 28-day program last month. During my voluntary stay, I gained knowledge of CBT and DBT and many skills for returning myself to a mentally balanced state of mind. With these skills, I am now able to stop my depression and related anxiety from "taking over" my thoughts and I have longer, more frequent periods of clear productive thought which have significantly improved my life. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of all levels of the staff and I felt safe and well cared for at a very sensitive time.

Promises 5 Palms was absolutely amazing! The people the community fabulous! Let me say I was very nervous to go to rehab a facility whatever you want to call it. Once I was there the positive energy ran through. I felt comfortable with all the staff as well as the other clients. They help you through anything that comes up. All you need to do is ask. I was so amazed with Promises! I would recommend to anyone that needs help with either mental health and or drug addiction recovery. Dom saved me more than once love him!Dom is AWESOME!! The nurse's were a huge help to me. Never talked or looked down on me, he was just a huge help! The food was great, the people were awesome. The people I have met there are wonderful I WILL have friendships 💓 forever. Promises ROCKS! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. My therapist Charles was fantastic 😊. The sense of community fabulous. I recently saw Dr. Oliva and her staff and I've seen a lot of Doctors over the years but very few have been as awesome as this. Virgina, the Doctors Program Director has been extremely helpful with many diffrent obsticals and she has gone above and beyond to help with everything. She even helped me out during Thanksgiving while she was with her family on the road. Dr. Oliva has been extremly helpful and isn't just there to call the shots but she listens and wants to hear you out and make sure you're happy with you're quality of care. I have nothing but respect and good things to say about Perspectives and staff. My situation was a little diffrent than most but regardless these people care about you!

Break the Cycle Counseling was not something I was honestly looking forward to doing at first. It was court-ordered as part of the requirements for completing my probation, so I went into it feeling a little unsure about what to expect. I called and spoke with Susan at the front desk, and she was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made the process easy from the very beginning. After completing my drug evaluation, I was assigned 12 classes with Jamie as my counselor. Jamie has brought up a lot of important points and helped me recognize things about my life that I had already started to see in myself. The classes have been easy to understand, informative, and, surprisingly, actually fun to attend. I want to sincerely thank Jamie and Susan for being so professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout this experience. Because of the way they have treated me, something I initially wasn't looking forward to became a much easier and more positive experience. It honestly seems like as soon as I walk in the door, I'm just about at completion. I only have two classes left, and I can't believe how quickly the time has gone by. I'm grateful for the experience and for the way Jamie and Susan have made the entire process so comfortable and positive.

She is strait forward and as long as you keep up with your homework and send it on time you won't have any problems. Easy classes and very quick. This is the first time I've been in a treatment center. The faculty is outstanding, 5 star. They care. Always courteous. My favorite nurse is a lady named Toni. She just has what it takes to make my mind go somewhere else than on my problems of the day. She keeps a close eye on everything going on and the clients as they pass her station. She recognizes symptoms and actually stops me to see if I need anything to help at that moment. She's a great listener and I will miss her so much after I leave to start my new life of freedom from drugs and alcohol and my daily overall mental health. I want to thank the people of Spencer's recovery for the fine work they do morning, noon and night to keep everyone comfortable and in good spirits. I just left Heroes’ Mile about 2 weeks ago. When I first arrived, I had no idea what to expect. I was a total wreck and knew I needed help. It didn’t take long for me to get comfortable within the facility. It has a very homely sense to it. It’s not your polished tile, institutional environment at all. Very welcoming. In regards to the staff, where to start? Everyone there is incredible. I owe my life to the professionals that keep the gears oiled in that machine. Crystal, the director, she is full of positive energy and will take time out of her schedule to talk to you if you ever need her for anything. The therapists there are amazing and the food is great. I gained some weight there. Should have used the gym more. Haha. There is a lot of places to hang out in your free time. And one feature not mentioned by Google is the animals! Peafowl, Sand Hill Cranes that will hang out around you, a pond FULL of Blue Fin Tilapia, a little gator that suns in the evening. There is so much I could go on about. I would have to list so many names. Please, if you are reading my review and you are scared or unsure of how to make this move in your life, call Heroes. If they can’t help for some reason, they WILL find something for you. They care. I won’t live long enough to ever have the time to repay all the good they did for me.

I've been with Quad County for a long time. I have had amazing Counselors. But the one I have now is her name is Melanie Pease. She is like no other councler. She go's far and beyond her job to help me. Melanie Is the reason my recovery goes smoothly and she trys to achieve and help me with my goals in my treatment. Go to new season and I know it'll be the best thing you ever did they just continue to get better the new stuff is awesome The new coordinator He's on top of everything and my new counselor Melanie she just rocks it I don't know how I don't know how she has so much care for her patients and will work so hard for them and I like my last counselor but I've not seen this kind of devotion in a counselor besides Julio which I've discovered to be tremendously a helpful person in my life his groups just make you be able to get through the week and there's more than one reason to go to groups you know but the reason mainly is to stay clean and get clean and I called it a life changer now it's a game changer because it's completely changed the way I play my game and I get scared of change of new stuff but new seasons they've got it covered because they hire good people so no matter who you get you're in good hands. I urge people who are trying to decide to go or not and have that scale tipping just tip it on in all you got to do is just take that baby step and then the next baby step after that and then it won't be so hard I just don't want to hear any more about these deaths or families lives being ruined it's it's sad and it took me a long time to see it from the other side it's new season who got me to the other side Melanie she rocks it and Mr Tim he seems very on top of it very professional like I said I just do put this on here because I hope if anybody's facing their recovery on the reviews do it you know do it for you and do it at new season even if you don't get Melanie all the other counselors are good Julio I know he's an excellent counselor I know all of the counselors are great people

If you are looking for a long term rehab for your loved one, look no further. My brother was in a few rehabs before my mother and I found TARC and nothing else could compare. The way the entire staff truly cared about the recovery of the guys there and their families is extraordinary. My brothers case manager, Ryan, always stayed in constant contact with both my mother and I. He was always a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns. He also reached out to us at minimum, on a weekly basis to keep us updated on my brothers progress. He always showed genuine care, compassion and concern. No other facility he was in ever did that! They also offer weekly family support group meetings which have been so helpful. After visiting during one of their family weekends, I could see the positive community and its impact on my brother. They really focus on a healthy lifestyle, behaviors and routines which my brother has continued after leaving TARC. I am extremely grateful for all the staff at TARC and their role in my brothers recovery.

I chose Augustine Recovery because of Jason’s passion, honesty and commitment to recovery and trauma based treatment. Christine guided me through each step of the way to get our son there. Once he arrived, I received a call…he’s here, he’s safe. For the first time, I could breathe. Augustine Recovery has been a life changing experience. The family weekends are immersive, supportive, and meaningful. The treatment team was not just focused on my son; they were piecing together information about our family system in order to promote true healing. The commitment and support that we received was invaluable. Jon, our case manager and Karen, our therapist came together in every way possible to help my son and family. Jon was always one step ahead of me. He would listen and ask questions - often challenging my ideas and was always right in his approach. Karen, our therapist, always knew how to bring things back into balance. I truly appreciate the amount of time she spent to bring about the best outcomes in therapy. I have never witnessed such dedicated people interact with my son and be able to reach the depth of understanding the way they did. I was often in awe of them. I am so grateful for the compassionate care, guidance and support that TARC provided my family. As a sibling, I sometimes felt overlooked in the recovery process. I graduated the phoenix house in 2019. The program doesn't focus on Just addictions, but the behavior behind addictions. Unfortunately, most of the people that I went with did not make it because they did not want it bad enough. But out of multiple programs that i've been to, this one will have an everlasting impact on me And my life. I sincerely thank the staff for giving me the best fifteen months.I've ever had. I've been sober now for almost seven years.
