The client care and BHT’s do as best job as they can. As a combat vet I was offered more over the phone when I was vetting this facility. Yet, when I got to this facility, it took 9 days to get me to PHP/vets. As a combat vet, I wanted to focus on trauma. This facility is inherently mental health substance. Which is great, for those looking for that kind of help. The staff that works on site, do a great job. But I will say, that upper management needs to do a better job. They need better follow through. And they need to be more forthcoming, prior to you coming to this facility. On the PHP side, there are some great therapists, and they do care. If you’re looking at this facility for care on yourself, or a loved one. I would encourage you to ask ALL the questions, and get it ALL in writing prior to arriving to this facility. From what I could tell, if you’re coming to this facility for substance abuse or just mental health. This place could work for you. This isn’t a place for combat veteran’s experiencing trauma. Look elsewhere.

This place and the people at Bright Futures are truly something special. I’ve been through multiple rehab centers, and while each offered something helpful, I always ended up back in the same cycle—drinking, isolating, losing myself. But Bright Futures believed in me before I could. When I arrived at the facility in Boynton Beach, I was immediately welcomed with warmth and zero judgment. I was assigned a case manager, Jennifer, who not only kept my treatment organized but supported me emotionally every step of the way. She helped coordinate everything—from therapy sessions to aftercare planning to helping me talk to my family again. My primary therapist, Matt, made an enormous impact. He didn’t just run through a script—he took the time to dig deep with me, identify my trauma, and help me develop real coping skills. We worked through things I had buried for years. The group therapy sessions led by Ashley were raw and transformative. She created a safe space where I could share, cry, and most importantly—heal. Melissa, part of the support staff, always made sure I was okay. Some days I didn’t need therapy—I just needed someone to sit with me or remind me to eat. Carlos, one of the techs in the sober living side, treated me like a human being when I was at my worst. They didn’t just do their jobs—they genuinely cared. The clinical structure here is solid. I was placed in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) after detox, then moved into outpatient therapy and continued working on myself while staying in the sober living housing they set me up with. The facility was clean, the food was good, the housing felt safe, and the schedule helped me rebuild my routine. The best thing about Bright Futures isn’t just the therapy or the services—it’s the people. Everyone from leadership to the cleaning staff seemed committed to helping us succeed. There were no shortcuts. Just honesty, consistency, and compassion. I left Bright Futures with a recovery plan, coping tools, a support network, and something I hadn’t had in a long time—hope. I still check in with some of the staff. They didn’t just get me sober; they helped me remember who I am and who I want to be. Hanley Foundation truly saved my life. The treatment, employees and overall community Hanley has given me is priceless.

I attended Hanley for 60 days and attended Intensive Outpatient for one month. This was my second rodeo. I was a Prosecutor and Drug Court General Magistrate (Judicial) for 25 years and spoke at every facility you could imagine. Actively involved. I took the fall myself (go figure) and put myself into Hanley because I was well aware of their reputation. It was the best and most holistic experience of my life. Great facility etc. BUT that is not what matters. The 12 Step Concept they utilize along with dual quality education and therapies saved my life. I live by the Steps, follow what they inspired me to do and I am reborn. No scintilla of a desire for a drink. Actively involved with them still and always will be if they will have me!

This place has changed my life. I came in literally at rock bottom and they built me back up one day at a time. From every single tech to the cleaning people truly care for your recovery. Michelle went out of her way for an impossible task for me and brought tears to my eyes for the 1st time in year. I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and support provided by Summit Detox Center. From the moment I arrived, I was met with compassion, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help me succeed on my path to recovery. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always available when I needed guidance or encouragement. The detox process, which I was initially nervous about, was made as comfortable as possible. The medical team carefully monitored my progress and adjusted my treatment plan to meet my specific needs. I felt safe and well taken care of at every stage. In addition to the medical support, the counseling and therapy sessions were transformative. The therapists helped me understand the root causes of my addiction and gave me practical tools to maintain my sobriety once I left. The holistic approach, including group therapy, mindfulness exercises, and nutrition, really made a difference in my overall well-being. The staff is amazing and the the services are more than expected. You end up getting more therapy in 30 days than I got in 6 years with different therapists and psychiatrists. My only complaint was the admissions department not being clear when describing where you're going

We all have our own vices. Whether it be drugs, alcohol, sex, gambling food. When I was at my worst, this place saved my life. Danny was amazing. He was one of a few that truly made an impact in my life. I can also name Sully Melissa, Trish, and Michaela and Mike … pretty much the entire tech team except for one. Thank you guys so much. Hopefully it’ll be about six or seven months and I’ll see you soon.

My experience at Archstone truly changed my life. From the very beginning, I felt supported, seen, and pushed to become better in ways I didn’t even know I needed. One of the biggest highlights for me has been Danny’s groups, especially his workout groups on Wednesdays. He goes above and beyond every single time, not just helping us push through the physical side of things, but also creating a safe space where we can open up about the underlying issues we carry. He finds a way to blend mental and physical strength in a way that really sticks with you. Sully’s leadership deserves just as much recognition. His patience and steady presence make such a difference, especially on the hard days. He leads with understanding and consistency, and you can feel that he genuinely cares about every single client here. Ms. Tonya’s groups have also been incredibly impactful. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure clients utilize the necessary tools and resources they will need when they return to the real world, and she never stops advocating for what is best for them. Lamoriss also plays a huge role in the structure and success of this place. He handles everything by the book and makes sure everyone stays on track and does what is best for their recovery, even when it is tough. And lastly, Devyn’s classes have been my personal favorite, especially his philosophy based topics. He has a way of presenting ideas that really gets your mind working and gives you new perspectives and food for thought that stay with you long after the class is over. Overall, Archstone isn’t just a rehab, it is a place that truly invests in your growth, your healing, and your future. I will always be grateful for what this place and these people have done for me.

Losing my husband broke me, and I turned to wine just to sleep. This place gave me space to grieve and start healing. The counselors were patient, never rushed me. Detox was scary but they made it feel safe. I wasn’t alone anymore, and that mattered so much.

My expierence was excellent. The team addressed my concerns, push and challenged me. This is my first time in treatment and with the help and support of everyone and God will it will be my last. If anyone is thinking about treatment options this a great place!

As a mother, all you want is for your child to be safe and truly healing. This place gave my son structure, compassion, and real tools for staying sober.
