I have PTSD and was able to undergo EMDR treatment with Bradley. I really thought there wasn't any hope for me and that I was stuck in my negative and stressful position. Bradley was able to help me lift myself up again through the treatment as well as other tools and resources she suggested and offered. She is truly a knowledgeable, caring therapist and I recommend her to everyone. Still to this day, I call her for telephone counseling sessions even though I no longer live in Palm Beach. Thank goodness for her!

The alumni group ran by Roger is the most impactful group out of them all. I been out of the facility for months now and he still keeps in touch with me to make sure am doing ok and to see if I have anything that’s on my mind or anything at all I need help with. When you talk about a man with a heart of gold. The person that comes to mind is Roger. I have never been one to open up to people or to even trust people but with this group it’s different. You ever ran into a group and be like maannn I feel like I belong here or like dang I feel like we’ve know each other forever. This is that group!!! We have outings and group chats and we just focus on making everyone feel welcome because we are all special and chosen and deserve better. S/o to Roger. A big guy with a soft heart. So from the first day I arrived I was made to feel very welcomed. They made sure I ate and was very comfortable. The staff was amazing, the techs are very understanding and relatable people. Loved all the nurses and providers. My case worker got so much done for me during my Stay and my therapist really helped me figure out my triggers and trauma and I loved the facilitators as well. Even after I left the staff still check on me till this day to make sure I’m alright. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re serious about recovery.

The staff at CWC is what has them standing apart from the rest. I found confidence, love, discipline, and structure while there. I found my voice. I did the work but the staff at CWC had my back, guided me, and even held my hand through it all. I needed that at the time and they knew that. Miss Linda, Paul, Jennifer and so many of CWC staff (way too many to name, I would be here all night) went above and beyond their job descriptions to help make me the man I am today. Thank you sincerely CWC and Jason, you guys will always have a special place in my heart. If you want what I was given you're gonna have to search long and hard before you find another treatment center like this one.

Comprehensive Wellness Center truly changed my life. When I arrived, I was struggling and unsure if recovery was even possible, but the staff made me feel supported, respected, and understood from day one. The program helped me not only get sober but also gave me the tools and structure to stay sober and rebuild my life. The therapists, case managers, and medical team were patient, compassionate, and genuinely invested in my healing. They helped me work through the root of my struggles and taught me healthy coping skills I continue to use today. I am forever grateful for the care and guidance I received here. How do I begin to write a review about a place that saved my life….no exaggeration! I was supposed to be at another facility, but got to be here. This detox/treatment center is the best of the best. If you want it, you will find it here. The building is so welcoming, the atmosphere is warm, the staff is kind, shares their stories to help you when you need it, groups are very important and focused on each individual. The rooms are big and beautiful! The staff though…I cried when I left. I can’t just name one, they all helped me heal in a way I needed to! So thank you to Shannon, Chloe, Charlotte, Whitney, Mama Susan, Wally, Travis, Natalie, Erin, Jazz, Alex, Spencer, Josh, Vanessa, the nurses at night, and the others!!!! People…the Director of Operations boss…his name is Mike, his dogs name is Charlie, he comes into the facility a few times a week to check on us, how we are, what we need, he knows us by name! Where will you find that??? Go to Still Detox…you won’t regret it, I promise. Oh, and the food, it’s amazing, but make sure to tell them you don’t want too much chicken. Shannon, the Director, used to be a chef, so she knows good food, it’s catered in, so it’s yummy. If you have a special diet, they accommodate that!!! I have been to rehabs previously, however Beachside was the first rehab where the 12 steps were not a mandated expectation. It was truly a holistic experience, offering sound therapy, reiki, massages, fitness activities and more. The onsite gym, albeit small, offered dumbbells, treadmill, Peloton Bike, and a Nordic Row. I would have preferred if it included a few kettle bells, but overall the extent of the gym was more than I expected. The cafeteria was always clean and well stocked - the chefs were friendly and warm. Whether it was the salad bar or the amazing curated meals, or the classic cheeseburger - the food was never a source of concern for me. The entire staff was outstanding - from the Ops Manager Rasheed, down to every single BHT. House Keeping staff were muy bueno. Kitchen staff, therapists, recreational staff, I could go on and on with lists and praise. I have never felt so heard and so welcomed as I did by the Beachside employees. There were some inequities between the PHP and Residential program, but nothing that caused me any significant concern - just areas where I submitted suggestions to improve processes. I truly am thankful to Beachside for the serenity they provided while I was there and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for Mental Health or Substance Use Rehab.

My son who is struggling mightily with alcoholism has been to many rehabs only to relapse which all too often happens with this population and is no real reflection on the efficacy of the program but this time when he relapsed after his time at BeachSide which he loved there was extensive and time consuming effort from many especially Callie to get him back on track. I've tried to not become cynical but it seems many rehabs are just as happy to fill a BED with the next person struggling with addiction than go to the hard work of helping a patient that has relapsed. In the end Beach Sides efforts and family love got him back into treatment where he is currently thriving. Thanks to all who were so supportive

This place and the people at Bright Futures are truly something special. I’ve been through multiple rehab centers, and while each offered something helpful, I always ended up back in the same cycle—drinking, isolating, losing myself. I came to Bright Futures broken, scared, and exhausted—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It wasn’t just the substance use that nearly destroyed me, it was the lack of hope. From the very first phone call, I felt like I wasn’t just another intake. I spoke with someone who took the time to listen to my story, answer my questions about detox placement, insurance, and what to expect from PHP. I was skeptical at first. I didn’t believe in myself. But Bright Futures believed in me before I could. When I arrived at the facility in Boynton Beach, I was immediately welcomed with warmth and zero judgment. I was assigned a case manager, Jennifer, who not only kept my treatment organized but supported me emotionally every step of the way. She helped coordinate everything—from therapy sessions to aftercare planning to helping me talk to my family again. My primary therapist, Matt, made an enormous impact. He didn’t just run through a script—he took the time to dig deep with me, identify my trauma, and help me develop real coping skills. We worked through things I had buried for years. The group therapy sessions led by Ashley were raw and transformative. She created a safe space where I could share, cry, and most importantly—heal. Melissa, part of the support staff, always made sure I was okay. Some days I didn’t need therapy—I just needed someone to sit with me or remind me to eat. Carlos, one of the techs in the sober living side, treated me like a human being when I was at my worst. They didn’t just do their jobs—they genuinely cared. The clinical structure here is solid. I was placed in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) after detox, then moved into outpatient therapy and continued working on myself while staying in the sober living housing they set me up with. The facility was clean, the food was good, the housing felt safe, and the schedule helped me rebuild my routine. The best thing about Bright Futures isn’t just the therapy or the services—it’s the people. Everyone from leadership to the cleaning staff seemed committed to helping us succeed. There were no shortcuts. Just honesty, consistency, and compassion. I left Bright Futures with a recovery plan, coping tools, a support network, and something I hadn’t had in a long time—hope. I still check in with some of the staff. They didn’t just get me sober; they helped me remember who I am and who I want to be. If you or someone you love is looking for real help—not just a detox and discharge, but real addiction treatment with clinical structure and heart—this is the place. I attended Hanley for 60 days and attended Intensive Outpatient for one month. This was my second rodeo. I was a Prosecutor and Drug Court General Magistrate (Judicial) for 25 years and spoke at every facility you could imagine. Actively involved. I took the fall myself (go figure) and put myself into Hanley because I was well aware of their reputation. It was the best and most holistic experience of my life. Great facility etc. BUT that is not what matters. The 12 Step Concept they utilize along with dual quality education and therapies saved my life. I live by the Steps, follow what they inspired me to do and I am reborn. No scintilla of a desire for a drink. Actively involved with them still and always will be if they will have me!

I went to The Beachcomber in 2020 after 12 years struggling as an alcoholic. What I walked into wasn’t what I expected after a few stints at other rehabs. They were tough, hard on us. They spoke the truth which is something I hadn’t heard. I didn’t get sober as soon as I left, but I did soon after and I am so thankful for the experience I had there. My experience is different...my son is clean and sober 1 year tomorrow by the grace of God because of Genesis house.The staff here is absolutely amazing and I'm going to tell you the first couple of days were rough he was leaving every day and wouldn't follow the rules, but they never gave up on him 💙 I'm beyond grateful after 15 years of addiction I have my son back and he has his. When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they’re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. The family program that the therapist Lystra conducted was the most HEALING EXPERIENCE and has helped with a lifetime worth of damage. We keep in contact weekly and it’s the most beautiful relationship I’ve bonded with a therapist, thank you Lystra for all you do. The Director Barbara I will be forever grateful for she always made time to be there for me. The Clinical Medical staff knows what they are talking about and very understanding. Pastor Craig is the best motivational staff member he’s made a world of a difference in my life. Diane’s groups are AMAZING! I’ve learned so much about why I did what I’ve done and she has always been there for me. If you wanna get deep in the Big Book Larry can direct you with any question and answers you have. My experience at archstone was very comfortable from the staff who welcomed me in with open arms and care shout out to sully. My favorite groups were ran by Danny. A true inspiration for me. And ran an awesome workout program. My therapist Trish is amazing. She Made me dig deep. A year ago yesterday Kat picked me up from the airport. In 10 minutes, I'll be going to a meeting to pick up my 1-year chip ❤️ From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the rep, Trisha, I had an amazing experience! She and my sister helped me coordinate my trip, as I was in no condition to do so myself. Within hours I had an airplane ticket and a bed. The first week is a daze. But I was comfortable, taken care of, and well fed. They also accommodated my dietary needs. The med staff paid close attention, monitoring vitals, and doing extra check-ins as needed (ex: coming during the night to check blood pressure if too low). The medication made detox comfortable, and made me feel safe (a major reason I chose a center was fear of DTs/death). The staff doctor was great, too. While there, we were offered groups that were very beneficial. These included relaxation/meditation/ mindfulness sessions, communication classes, and chiropractic services. There were fun activities like tiedye and group painting. H & I also came in daily, or was run by house staff. This was my intro to AA, which I've come to love and embrace. The rooms were comfortable, with a TV for each bed (head phones provided). My particular roommate situation was incredible! 3 of us text regularly, and are certain to be lifelong friends. The grounds are beautiful! The courtyard is a lovely place to relax and socialize. The back yard area has activities like corn hole and yard nuts. There's a sandbox that I called my beach, and would lounge and journal with my feet in the sand. Initially, I planned on detox, only, and then returning to Michigan. When I realized that detox was only the first step, they had reps from rehab facilities visit to help coordinate the second step. Shout out to Kenny, Kat. Marissa, Kenith, Rick and Felicai. I'm sure staff has changed, and that I've forgotten many names. But I'll never forget the amazing people that helped me start my road to recovery.

Just spent a well needed 3wks at 1 solution detox. The entire staff is great. Directors , Doctors ,techs ,nurses and therapist all do their job with ❤️. I would definitely recommend treatment there to anybody struggling with a drug/alcohol disease. Rick W

The staff and program helped bring me back to myself, they put me on the right track for a successful recovery and I couldn’t be more grateful for them. They met my needs and more. They made me feel like my life was worth living and that’s all I could ask for, I’m excited for this journey and I’ll definitely be back to visit. Thank you guys so much ❤️

Our daughter went through the Transformations Treatment Center a few years ago (she is a First Responder) and the difference that it has made in her life and the lives of her friends, co-workers and our family cannot really be described with words, but I continue to feel very grateful for the change that she has made for herself and others.
