Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

The veterans medical outpatient facility located in Zephyrhills has a very large and important responsibility of taking care of many many veterans that are disabled retired and the list goes on and on speaking for myself I can only say I am amazed that the staff have always provided myself with the best of medical care and treatment and trust me I have had some serious medical treatment provided on my behalf by the VA and I am so proud to be a Navy veteran and to have served my country honorably and now 49 years have passed by after my first visit to a doctor at the James a Haley veterans hospital in Tampa Florida located on Bruce b downs back in those days that hospital was not as large as this satellite clinic here in Zephyrhills and every time I need to go to Tampa for specialty clinics I am so amazed and proud to be able to say now my country serves me by taking care of my medical needs as they promise upon my horrible discharge in 1975. The growth of the James has become so large and modernized with only the best care provided to our veterans by highly trained doctors and the nursing staff is unmeasurable and I can honestly say I cannot recall one veteran complaining of the care they received and I have met many many veterans from the highest rank to the lowest and not ever been disrespected by another veteran and I am proud to say I have witnessed love and respect when these men and women go beyond being just a neighbor as they jump up to help another veteran that is struggling in a wheelchair a cane or a walker that gets assured no man is ever left behind and always delivered to the proper specialty clinic. Every time I have an appointment I can see the love that leaves me with a feeling of Hope for humanity showing just how great and wonderful it is to be an American in this great United States. Now I am looking forward to watch the process of a new medical facility that will be built here in Zephyrhills just behind the CVS drugstore on Gall Blvd and it is a assuring and worthwhile project to spend federal money as everyone realizes that a military veteran gives up so much of his person so that others may live in freedom and happiness

Heather the counselors and the doctor run a wonderful facility here. They offer freedom from active addiction a promise of renewed hope and a purposeful driven life free from addiction. My stay here a year ago also provided me the opportunity to live in their sober living home. The art, equine, yoga and reki thrapy sessions are incredible. I really liked the bio bed as well as my free time on the patio. 7 Summit Pathways reintroduced me to mindful meditation, grounding techniques and journaling. My counselor Doug was very encouraging. I was able to get a job near to their sober living house in Valrico and protect my anonymity. They had a nice dinner for the holidays and other clients families would join us. The van was always a safe drive and i always felt reassured and comfortable. They offer a native American Wellbriety meeting on Wednesday at 7pm i look forward to returning to again soon. Alot of these examples have helped me as i was able to keep my sponsor and take steps in the 12 step Narcotics Anonymous program. 7 Summit Pathways helped me keep living a productive good and healthy life. I just wanted to say how incredibly helpful and amazing Heather was tonight during a crisis. I reached out at midnight about a family member and was blown away by her kindness, willingness to talk/help, etc. I have worked in the substance abuse field for over 15 years and been a patient as well. I know that parts of the system can be broken at times. Heather went above and beyond what I have ever seen anyone do. She really cares and is a true angel.

Danny my case manager. made me feel like I was the only person on his case load. His attention to my needs were breath of fresh air. He legit made my stay here amazing. My box spring had broke and he didn't rest until it was replace and he actually stayed late to get it done. If you struggle with addiction whitesands is the place to go. I highly recommend Shay to be your therapist and Danny to be your case manager. Also I can't forget the BHT team. Keith , Elijah, O'Shea, Anthony, Dominic, Vanessa, Joey, Rose, Rachel, Dasiah you guys made me feel safe and kept me in line and last but not lease my best friend Ryan who made sure I got to my doctor appointments between all of them they've made a great impact on my recovery I can't express truly how much you guys helped me throughout my struggles. I mean this with my whole heart. THANK YOU ALL!! But most of all I want to thank Heather. She has talked me off the ledge more times than I can count. Heather always lends her ear and with her infinite wisdom calls me on my bullsh!t, and never blew smoke up my butt. I've never met anyone who cares about patients like she does. My aunt has been a patient here for almost 2 weeks. She has been provided excellent care here by the entire clinical, rehab and administrative team. The nurses and CNA's have provided the care and compassion well above our familiy's expectation. We are shocked at how much she has thrived at this facility. She says she hasn't felt this good in a long time. She absolutely loves the food and has even put on some much needed weight. Laura, my therapist was awesome. She was very patient with me, I asked so many questions. She helped me to understand my problems and gave me tools for the future. She prepared me for a successful recovery. I've never tried yoga before but I took those classes and I learned how to stretch. I have a handicap with my hip and it really helped me with my pain and flexibility. I highly recommend coalition.

Life can be incredibly challenging when battling a mental health issue, such as alcoholism, but from the very first moment I checked into Riverside Recovery, I knew even in my clouded state of mind that I was in the right hands for recovery.The team at Riverside Recovery works one-on-one with every individual, regardless of how many patients are in the facility. The food and snacks are beyond reproach; you simply cannot find a better place to be served three or more meals a day, depending on your choice. Even the food team that comes in to prepare and serve the meals treats you with respect, knowing you by name something virtually unheard of in today s world where many people won't even look you in the eye.The counselors at Riverside Recovery have pushed me further ahead in my journey of sobriety than I ever could have imagined. Each person I met genuinely seemed to care about me personally and my well-being. My counselor, Will, made communicating my thoughts during my 30-day stay feel comfortable and natural. Writing my life story was stressful, but Will reassured me that he was by my side every step of the way, providing guidance and suggestions without rewriting my story. With all the changes incorporated, I felt at ease sharing my story with other patients in my group.Throughout my brief period at the facility, every staff member I worked with treated me with the utmost respect and kindness, making me feel like part of the Riverside family. There are several excellent counselors so you will get someone who cares and will listen to you and your needs and concerns. I have only visited the Dental Clinic here and they are great. I became a patient of this clinic two or three years ago and they have always provided me and EXCELLENT and RESPECTFUL service in a timely manner. Specially since they are understaffed and overworked, which happens to be very common at a VA medical facility.I assume now the understaffing will only get worst since the blanket firing off all recently hired VA employees and the cuts to the VA funds. My doctors are also look like they probably will get flagged to be fired under the diversity purge, although they are exceptionally good at their job.
