Westcare is working great for me! A big part of that reason is from my counselor Abrina! She makes me feel that there are people out there that actually want to help me. I know I can talk to her about anything that I’m struggling with and it’s certain she will always have the right answer! Big kudos to Abrina for carrying the whole program on her back!!!

If you ever are ready to get off the drugs you are on, this is the place that will help you get it done. They truly do care and are really trying to help you. Best thing that has happened to me in about 10 years. If you're really ready to get help this is the place to get it. But only if you're ready. Don't waste their time or money. Because if you're not ready I'm sure there's someone else out there who is. So don't take that spot up if you're not serious and ready. Because someone else needs it. Update; It has been about 6 years and still doing great. It's worth it. If your ready make the call and get the help. They make things so much easier. And make it possible. The veterans medical outpatient facility located in Zephyrhills has a very large and important responsibility of taking care of many many veterans that are disabled retired and the list goes on and on speaking for myself I can only say I am amazed that the staff have always provided myself with the best of medical care and treatment and trust me I have had some serious medical treatment provided on my behalf by the VA and I am so proud to be a Navy veteran and to have served my country honorably and now 49 years have passed by after my first visit to a doctor at the James a Haley veterans hospital in Tampa Florida located on Bruce b downs back in those days that hospital was not as large as this satellite clinic here in Zephyrhills and every time I need to go to Tampa for specialty clinics I am so amazed and proud to be able to say now my country serves me by taking care of my medical needs as they promise upon my horrible discharge in 1975. The growth of the James has become so large and modernized with only the best care provided to our veterans by highly trained doctors and the nursing staff is unmeasurable and I can honestly say I cannot recall one veteran complaining of the care they received and I have met many many veterans from the highest rank to the lowest and not ever been disrespected by another veteran and I am proud to say I have witnessed love and respect when these men and women go beyond being just a neighbor as they jump up to help another veteran that is struggling in a wheelchair a cane or a walker that gets assured no man is ever left behind and always delivered to the proper specialty clinic. Every time I have an appointment I can see the love that leaves me with a feeling of Hope for humanity showing just how great and wonderful it is to be an American in this great United States. Now I am looking forward to watch the process of a new medical facility that will be built here in Zephyrhills just behind the CVS drugstore on Gall Blvd and it is a assuring and worthwhile project to spend federal money as everyone realizes that a military veteran gives up so much of his person so that others may live in freedom and happiness 😊

I am forever grateful to this place. The staff is incredible, they truly care and put their heart and soul in everything they do. Donald was my therapist, Brandy was my case manager; they were both wonderful. The other therapists and case managers that weren’t even mine were a vital part in my recovery. I suggest utilizing all the staff you can, including the BHT’s. They want to help, and they definitely did. The reviews talking about “only an hour a day in the pool,” or the “gym isn’t good enough,” if that’s what you’re taking away with you in your recovery, then good luck. We had groups every day of the week, which is a necessary part in our recovery. They had activities for us every night, so we could build connections while having fun. The pool and the gym were extra gifts when we had the opportunity to use them. I would have loved it without. If you’re considering taking the steps to recovery, 100% recommend.

I honestly can’t even put into words how life changing 7SP has been for me. Before coming here, I was scared to get treatment, even though I desperately needed it, & I avoided other places for a long time. After my very first time speaking with them, they gave me the courage to finally take the step I needed. The dedication & care that they offer is nothing I would have ever expected. Everyone, being Dr. Wilson, Heather, therapists, coaches, techs, all management, are all monumental in how much they give.They didn’t just help me get sober yet they helped me learn how to live my life. My journey hasn’t been perfectly smooth, but they’ve been there every step of the way with nothing but love, guidance, & support. My aunt has been a patient here for almost 2 weeks. She has been provided excellent care here by the entire clinical, rehab and administrative team. The nurses and CNA's have provided the care and compassion well above our familiy's expectation. We are shocked at how much she has thrived at this facility. Laura, my therapist was awesome. She was very patient with me, I asked so many questions. She helped me to understand my problems and gave me tools for the future. She prepared me for a successful recovery. I've never tried yoga before but I took those classes and I learned how to stretch. I have a handicap with my hip and it really helped me with my pain and flexibility. I highly recommend coalition.

I’m not a patient, I bring family members here, so this is a caregiver’s perspective. Both patients I bring express that they’ve connected well with their therapist and Dr. They are benefiting from services, which are offered on a sliding scale for those without insurance. May be $0 for people with no income and no insurance. I’m grateful these services are available in our community!! If I ever need to, I will go here. I want to thank North Tampa Behavioral Health. The facility looks modern and clean and the staff was engaging, kind and nice people. This is the best mental health facility in the entire central western region of the state. As an American I get free top quality health insurance called Medicare A, B & D. The intake staff was very cheerful and engaging and attentive to the patients inside the secure facility. I got my new medicine for behavioral health and I couldn't be more happier with the results. My mood totally changed inside the facility from being completely sour to roaring with joy and comfort and remaining that way throughout my recent mental health journey. I'm usually very happy for about 90% of the time. I preoccupy myself with fun activities like bicycling and basketball but there are certain times that I fall into a hole of anxiety, depression and self doubt around 10% of the time overall but the new medication helps me to balance my mood and I physically feel better after taking my medication. If I ever have another mental health meltdown again I will go directly to this facility for proper healthcare and wellbeing updates. Don't be afraid to ask for help when it comes to mental health. Your mental health is important and you should evaluate yourself honestly and outwardly if ever or whenever you're in doubt ask for help before making a final decision that could end your life prematurely. I hope this helps someone who is in need of mental health. Speak outwardly about mental health don't be ashamed. Many people, millions of people remain undiagnosed in positions of grand stature and low stature. Seek help if you need it please. Try your best to look forward towards something new & uncomfortable. Try something new for a change that lasts. Ciao

After five years of therapy, I have successfully completed treatment and discharged — something I once wasn’t sure would ever be possible. I began in addiction and substance abuse counseling and later transitioned into mental health therapy, and throughout every stage of my journey, Mrs. Barbara Pritts at Tri-County Human Services provided consistent, compassionate, and professional care. The clinic is long overdue and I'm very grateful that the VA has invested in the new facility here in Lakeland because the old facility was a combination of several different buildings. This facility is well-organized and has a lot more services than the old Clinic so we don't have to go to the VA hospital in Tampa for certain things like an a CT scan, the eye doctors are here and more.

I was recently a patient at this facility, and despite the difficult circumstances, I left feeling genuinely cared for by some truly exceptional staff members. Bobbie (nurse) stood out the most. She brought warmth and humanity to what could have been a cold, frightening experience. She talked with us, listened, and even taught me practical tools for redirecting attention away from trauma. Her kindness made a real difference. Kelly (nurse) also deserves recognition. When other staff declined to explain medications in detail, Kelly took the time to answer all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I also witnessed her gently helping another patient untangle and fix her hair when that patient didn’t have the energy to do it herself. That small act of compassion said everything about who she is. Thank you Bobbie and Kelly for reminding patients that they are seen and valued. You made a hard time a little easier.

I think i wrote my review under the wrong hospital but everyone was awesome for the most part. My name is Cameron Atwood and im still taking my medicine by some miracle. I went into this facility so psychotic i didnt know up from down. I had real people help me see the real lies i was telling myself. I thought everybody was the enemy and somehow people like Stephanie (The Goat) and even those who didnt believe what i believed like Peter broke through to me. The chapman there are amazing and i cant complement the Techs more doing gods work. I was nursed back to a stable point not from medicine but from the grace and compassion of the nurses and most of the techs! People like ASH, Sydney, Shy, and Patrick made me feel safe and comfortable in a foreign place. I cannot thank this facility enough and pray everyone gets the grace and compassion they showed me back in 10 fold. I can literally type for hours about how they helped me but my fingers might get tired. Oh and Richard and Gavin got me to trust medicine which im still having a hard time with but without this entire team i believe id still be unstable to this day. Again just to mention Nurse Stephanie is probably the nicest person I've ever met and the first person i fully trusted in Lutz. What I'm trying to say is the People working nursed me back to health not any medicine even though i will admit the drugs helped. Thank you guys for your kindness

Staff and nurses amazing as well! Director does not hide behind a door. Beds are comfy, tvs in room , gym and pool. Food isn't bad. They meet you were you are but dont leave u there.

White Sands saved my life in February and continues to do so to this day. If you are looking for help and are finally willing to reach out, there is no better option than White Sands. The staff at White Sands, many of whom are serving others as a way to they themselves stay clean, are absolutely amazing. Their desire is to pick you up, dust you off, and watch you grow. From the moment you arrive at inpatient they do their best to get you in and comfortable. Each day gets easier and there is not one person who couldn't benefit from their MRT program. In outpatient the IOP program and individual counseling teaches and strengthens you by offering a different way to live. The counselors truly care and want to see you succeed. It isn't easy to ask for help and it isn't a sign of weakness. If you're willing to admit you need help, White Sands is the place to turn to.
