This place is great. Doctors and all staff. I have been to ER twice and had a 5 day stay. I have had appointments in various apartments. I have been treated by great caring Doctors and Nurses. I have also had community services to get treatment faster then VA could provide,they sent me to a Saint surgeon known as Dr Yakkanti U OF L. The pharmacy has been most helpful. Community Services has been very responsive. When you walk down the hallway at Rex VA. Your brothers and sisters always are kind. Everyone acts like they know and want to help you. I am sorry some are upset about a problem. You deserve your say and fight. I hope you get it resolved. I deserve mine to. THANK YOU REX VA FOR KEEPING ME IN THE FIGHT OF LIFE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

The Louisville & Fort Knox VA are full of some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Totally unbeknownst to me, they sent a care package since I’m pregnant - and it included way more than I ever would have expected. Even prior to being pregnant, the VA system has gone above and beyond in making sure I’m taken care of - more than my active duty military medical care. I couldn’t be more thankful for the wonderful team that’s taken care of me thus far. Thank you for making veterans like myself feel heard, taken care of, and supported ❤️

I have been a patient here for a little over 6 years, just like with anywhere you can find something you like and do not like. I honestly can't say a bad word about anyone here. When you're dealing with people like myself you have to have boundaries and rules and consistency, and this place has that they do not change per situation, I can promise from personal experience that each one of the bad reviews on here is from a person still in the addict mindset I don't fault them for that because I was too at the beginning, but we don't like consequences, but I assure you, anything and everything that happens here good or bad is a result of our actions not theirs. They have rules they must follow and so do we

Been at BHG for years not something to be proud of but this place is one of the best ones in Louisville and Indiana. I have met some amazing people that work there. They are very kind and understanding and try their best to help you with whatever it is that you need help with. Keisha is one of the nicest and caring person I have ever met. She is not just good to me but also to my 1 year old son. She helps me with a lot and I really appreciate her and all the hard work that she does for me and others.

LAC was great. I participated in the evening groups through zoom, which I originally had reservations about. Even though the meetings were online, they were still very engaging, informative, and personal. The therapist and case manager were incredible. They were both very authentic and supportive, and they were easily available when we needed them. I am very appreciative and grateful for this program.

I had been at another treatment facility for years. I felt like I was just another invoice. Policies constantly changing, no support or compassion. I felt the difference the first time I called Crossroads and Josh answered. I felt heard and welcomed. I’m so happy I made the change to Crossroads Treatment facility. From the time I walk through the door and saw Alexis’ smiling bright face, to Josh’s open and caring personality. CJ and Renee are amazing and never look or talk down to me. Craig always speaks and has a smile. I never have felt less than or felt like I was being judged for being an addict. I appreciate the care and support I receive from Crossroads staff. Journey Pure has definitely been an essential part of my recovery journey… I was fresh out of a 30 day treatment center and knew I needed to do more to ensure the success of my recovery. I was referred to Journey Pure… the first few months were more intensive, which helped set a foundation for the mental health maintenance I do today. Some, among the homeless, seem to struggle with what The Healing Place helps - anyone, in need, get away from, yet, it's up to an individual to sign-up. On the other hand, I'm struggling to keep what, little income I'm allowed to have, as housing wants a percentage - no matter how small, & I can't afford any housing agreement. The Healing Place give us space to figure things out...in a safe space. Thank you. 🙏🏿☺️

The Morton Center is truly a special place. From the receptionists to the case manager, therapists, peer support specialists, and directors, everyone puts their heart and soul into their job and it shows! They have all helped me reclaim myself and my family and I are so much happier. Coming from a background of a life mired by addiction and trauma I have had more experience with counselors than I care to admit on here haha but very few have went the extra mile that Mandy, one of GWRL’s therapists has. I truly have nothing but good things to say about all the staff all around, but for her you can see that this is more than a job.
