I see Dr. Thakkar as my Doctor at Willowbrooke and I can t say enough positive things about her! She is awesome in so many ways, kind, caring,compassionate and so much more. I also want to say that Tinesha, one of the Medical Assistants , is so professional, courteous, caring and more than anything, she gets things done! If she says she s on it, then she s on it! Very prompt and always calls me back as soon as possible or answer s her phone when I call her and I m sure she s the same way with other patients as well. She s like a breath of fresh air and I wish there were more like her in her field. I would give ten stars to both of them if google would let me. I am a Disabled Veteran living in Carroll County and have needed mental health service and the Trinka Davis would be convenient to me. I called to schedule an appointment and was told I have to go through the Atlanta VA. The Atlanta VA line was extremely unprofessional, ghetto, and rude and the appointment time was very far out at over 6 months. I finally contacted a mental health professional who tried to encourage me to "group therapy" I told him I did not feel conformable with that. I was told that unfortunately because i did not want group therapy that for a single session I was looking at 4-6 months out. On top of that, I received a call today on 8/25/2023 to reschedule my appointment that was schedule in April of 2022. No, you did not read that incorrectly. This is the reason why my brothers and sisters are taking their own life. They can't get help! I am fortunate enough to have my own private healthcare insurance I pay for.Edit 7/10/2024:I wrote this review last year and as you can see, i was very frustrated. Trinka Davis is not to blame for the bad service, it is the Atlanta VA. I spoke with the manager Sean Seader, whom is fantastic individual beyond words and am changing my review from one star to five, solely based on Sean. The Atlanta VA has been awful and giving me the run-around seeking care. I reached out to Sean and the next day had two appointments lined up. Thank you for caring for fellow Vets, Sean.

I haven't seen any kind of doctor for over ten years. To be honest, they intimidate and scare me. I was completely nervous to go in here. But, WOW. What an amazing experience. My fianc currently does not have insurance and is unemployed at this time. I called Pathways on Monday and asked if they saw patients without insurance and the girl, her name was Ashley I believe, was very helpful and let me know that they do see patients without insurance and walked me through how to get him in. We went to the Department of Labor on Monday and got his income verification, then went to Pathways Tuesday morning early as a walk-in because that s what you have to do to be seen for free. We got lucky and he was seen within 30 minutes of getting there! Every person that works there was pleasant and friendly. The staff at the front were friendly to every patient that came in, and they actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, and truly care about making sure patients got the help they need. I heard them communicate with people over the phone as well, and they were friendly and helpful. I have a lot of experience with doctor s offices, and worked in many myself, and it is refreshing to be greeted by friendly, helpful, non- judgmental staff. Thank you SO much for your help today, you have no idea how much it means to me personally, but to my fianc as well.

We have been with Tanner for 3 years now and have been through our fair shares of different staff members in that short time. The only and I mean only staff member that I have always been able to count on is Maggie Norton at the Carrollton location. I've recently completed a 90+ day stay at Hope Harbor Wellness, and I was thoroughly impressed. I particularly enjoyed the group sessions, especially the night sessions. The facilitators who headed group therapy were welcoming and engaging both day and night. The wide range of nurses and techs on hand were incredibly courteous and professional, and my therapists were excellent at listening, delving deep into underlying issues, and were easily accessible to me. I also appreciated and very much enjoyed the red light therapy offered at this facility. Many thanks to all the staff for all of their help, expertise and overall caring nature. I highly recommend Hope Harbor!

I spent 3 months at Talbott in-patient beginning in October 2020, and then an additional 3 months in their sober living program (which has since been discontinued). Before I came to Talbott, I was broken, unable to function or live any kind of life period. I couldn’t see any other way until I found Talbott.
The most important thing I found at Talbott was a community of individuals who were struggling with the same things I was - my time at Talbott showed me the importance of community and connection. This connection and sense of community was fostered by people like my counselors Allie and Sam, and more so by our community coordinators Ben and Christian.
Ben especially left an indelible mark on my life and my perspective on addiction and finding recovery. His ability to connect with patients and former patients is remarkable and too seldom found in the treatment world. I will never forget the first time I heard Ben speak - he has a wholly unique ability to give people hope, especially when they are at their lowest.
I have carried the lessons Ben and everyone at Talbott taught me since then, and I now have over 4 1/2 years clean and sober. Talbott changed my life and for that I will be forever grateful.

I had a podiatrist appointment. I was seen in a very short time. They cut my toenails and the VA doctor was on a tele-med. She gave me two pairs of shoes and some diabetic socks. I have very low expectations and I am not sensitive to bad attitudes. They get 5 stars from me.

Just got home from that facility. For me that was a Vacation house just relaxing and playing amd always have snacks in the area.I just finished my puzzle Work that has 1,000pcs in 5days. I asked other nurse to take picture as a remembrance but they dont want coz they said its not allowed but 1 Nurse was so nice and friendly to me and grant my request . I like Her. Yes they are nice there they treat you good but i was expecting like this nurse or tech(doesnt need to be a doctor) or anyone works there are gonna talk to you face to face everyday to listen and help you mentally. But they are not. Only doctors ask me how am i but was a fast talk.So it was like rather a patient to patient talk. U know people having mental problem is listening to other patients also with mental problem just weird but it helps somehow.Enjoying playing card UNO with co-Patients was fun! I made friends, been a while since i talked alot with people outside the house and it feels good. Just 4stars bcoz nurse or techs didnt rely the message to each other about the food that is reserved for me. They gave me different food and i was pissed off. 1/26/25But i still want to go back there. I prefer to stay there than the house here.
