Everything was amazing and wonderful. I traveled 6 hours to have my procedure done at this facility. I have no regrets. The whole experience was good. Everyone I interacted with was nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would not change anything about the whole process. The hospital itself was also amazing clean and welcoming.

Just had surgery for carotid artery disease. I was in ICU and Stephanie took the best care of me I could have ever asked for. Stephanie's a couple of days after smoved away from Georgia but will be missed by all. I was moved to a private room on fourth floor and had a nurse Emily who also went beyound being the best. I have had cancer and my stay at another hospital. was 3 months not once did my care come close to the kindness and care I have received at Northside Cherokee.Thank you so much to everyone involved in my care.

I had unexpected visit to the ER on 7/31.
After their evaluation it became necessary to be admitted.
As usual, a difficult somewhat frightening experience became acceptable.
All staff: nurses, Doctors, technicians provided excellent care with an attitude that helped success prevail. In 22 years of admissions here I again knew....I would go no place else !
The staff is professional and helpful including the receptionist, therapist (Yvette) and the nursing staff.

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years now. The staff really help you figure out the best meds and you can get therapy that suits your needs, whether it be individual or group therapy. I absolutely love my nurse and therapist and I honestly wouldn’t still be here if it weren’t for them
Edited to add, they now have a great app that shows you your upcoming appts and it allows you to do telehealth through the secured app
