Place is the best! They helped me tremendously through a rough time in my life, they are the best mental health treatment center ive gone to in the greater atlanta area and i truly believe it is my last!

had a good time getting help here with friendly staff, clean facility, great food and compassionate clients. I was sad to leave! If you’re looking for a good mental health facility, this is the one. This was my 3rd short term facility but was also my first time at this specific one. First impressions were alright. I was on the adolescent unit. From 10-17 year olds. The kids were amazingly funny and slightly comforting. I made lots of friends and still know a little of them outside the facility. The food was alright. Breakfast really sucked. Dinner and lunch were amazing though!. Now the doctors. They were not that good. They could have been more understanding of the patient’s emotions and feelings. Usually i would get called into a room in the until for 1 on 1 therapy with a psychiatrist/mental health professional. With my belongings i had a bag of skincare, scrunchies, pants and a shirt. It somehow got lost. Everything was lost and when i discharged the lady up front would say she looked after 2 minutes in which i obviously would not believe her. even trying to get a hold of the front desk was a hassle. It would take hours for them to answer. But in the end i never got my stuff back. Overall this facility slightly helped. More of like a crisis center instead of a helping hand in my opinion. (Also forgot to mention that the kids were extremely disrespectful towards staff, not staff’s fault though) 5/10 could have been better but thank you riverwoods :)

The care facilitator Ms. Kate took care of all my fiancés needs with a smile. She was phenomenal, and deserves a rating higher than 5 stars.

I've been to Riverwoods inpatient three times total since 2021. This was my first time being in the PHP and IOP outpatient program. All of the staff, inpatient and outpatient, we're absolutely amazing, ethical, and encouraging. Ms. April was my counselor and she did more for me in just the month and a half I was there than two decades of therapy elsewhere. I feel completely healed mind, body, and soul. I deeply appreciate Riverwoods staff and programs available to patients. Outpatient lodge program staff were fun, encouraging, and made sure I put in the work myself as well. Grady has helped Me in many ways and helped find my way through the darkest times. If your struggling with addiction please call them and give them a chance to help. If you listen and let them, they'll help you if ya want it. Also it doesn't If you can't afford it or don't have insurance they'll find a way. Programs are available.

Ms.Tameka (Front desk personnel), Ms. Shay, and Mr. Lindsey (MH Case Managers) made a profound impression on me during my first visit. Their responses to my questions were informative and well-thought out. And they didn't seem burnt-out or angry but seemed to enjoy their positions there. They all showed a sincere passion for helping others with their issues and concerns. I felt empowered and encouraged after the consultation was completed. Thx so much.

At Check-in the associates have a tendency to leave veterans standing in line while having conversations. Some of us are on canes and can't stand for long periods of time.

Ft. Mac offers a lot of services to us veterans and dependents. I wished they had natural medicine doctors instead of the ones the only thing they're taught to do is issue pills for everything. They have excellent therapy services they saved me in my time of crisis!! Thank you, Dr. Williams and Ms. Barbara Smith, for my sanity, I couldn't have done it without either of you and your staff!!

This is a very clean location with excellent customer service from each team member I encountered. I especially want to mention Mr. John Adam's who administered my eye exam and evaluation. Mr Adam's exhibited a very concerned attitude for my welfare and exemplary patient care customer service.

Being heard and treated like a person made all the difference. The art therapy helped me say stuff I didn’t have words for. Felt safe, mostly respected. Would love more clear LGBTQ+ groups but it’s a start. Healing felt possible here!

We had a truly fantastic experience at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. From the security guards and front desk team to the doctors and nurses, every interaction was marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Even the gentleman I spoke with in billing (George W.?) provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced over the phone. We are so grateful to have such a high-quality children’s hospital nearby, with staff who took such wonderful care of our sweet baby. We had heard great things from others, and now we’ve experienced it firsthand. Thank you!

Juliana is such a great role model for bettering your life, she really knows how to to get people thinking about the bigger picture in life. As far as I’m concerned I left that program better than I had entered it. I’m so grateful for the people there as well I learned a lot. Hello I'm George Dickinson I had been coming there for a long time the Drs there have saved my life several times but unfortunately they are hiring ex drug addicts that don't have enough time e sober to be working there with people like myself with mental illness all I can say is becarefull with the front desk people they are so unhappy because they cannot feel happy cuz some of them haven't been sober long enough that they want to make everyone else miserable

The receptionist is very compassionate. She goes over and beyond to help the consumers.

Good Evening, First and foremost I would to share my wonderful experience with the Odyssey Family Center. I have been attending the family center since January 2024. I have to say that my Therapist Ms. Lena is a Phenomenal Person/Therapist. She has such a great personality and inspiring spirit that I can be myself with her. I look forward to my therapy sessions. Ms. Lena provides me with exercise tools that is of great usages towards one’s life. I recommend everyone to her. Allow me to acknowledge the Director for his role as a great leader. I want to say that the staff members that work at the front desk is absolutely fantastic and loving. I’m so grateful that I God bless me with a great family center to attend too on a constant basis. Trevor is amazing. He is so gentle yet firm. He was non-judgemental and honest and truly everything a person needs for a counselor. I have recommended him to several friends and they too love him.

This place was awful and illegal they discharged me and took me to the train station with no regards even though I was homeless and disabled!

Strictly for Caucasians,they do a lot of sarcastic and undercover unfair things to people who are not to get them to get frustrated and leave all while pretending to be on your side,and its so obvious to anyone who can think independently, you gotta realize that before marketplace insurance came out these places like this were Strictly white,so a lot of them are mad or jealous that certain people don't have to pay out of pocket while a vast majority of the Caucasian patients come from homes or families that are well off and can afford it
