Dr Brown is amazing but the person that took my vitals was great to. She had a smile on her face and showed her care for me but so did Dr. Brown. I have gotten more from my 2 visits with her than I had with my previous Psychiatrist. Even when I checked in and checked out your staff was great. What an incredible, amazing, wonderful, beautiful, awesome place and community this place is! I was searching for a PHP/IOP/Sober living facility for weeks to help me continue on my path of recovery and as soon as I made my first phone call and spoke to Jacob I knew it my heart I had finally found the perfect spot for me. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful and supportive, the group sessions along with my peers helped me fully understand this disease and without them I’m not sure if I would’ve made it. My appreciation and gratitude for this program are through the roof and I would HIGHLY suggest anyone who needs help with addiction and mental health and staying sober to contact this place. They are #1 in my book and again I cannot give them enough thanks and praise for everything they’ve done for me!

First impressions: First thing I noticed was the positive energy emanating from various staff members. Everybody seemed HAPPY to be at work (about 4-5 staff members). That's always a good sign of a good work space. Second was a very low adult:teen ratio (many adults to few teens) which let me know there is very little chance for missteps with resident whereabouts; and as an added bonus, there were zero adults using cell phones! Third and most important was the professionalism and knowledge of the young and thorough intake officer D'Mani. She spoke with such mastery and courtesy and reassurance, that I could actually exhale at the notion of leaving my most precious part of me here-alone, that is, without a family member. At this initial visit I feel confident that my family member will leave this facility emotionally and psychologically better than when he arrived✝️.

The odyssey home is where you come and get away from everything so you can better yourself. you may not like it all while your in there but deep down you know it’s doing you better mentally and physically and showing you how strong you can be when you finish the program all the staff are great people just have the same respect you would want towards you. Everyone isn’t gonna have a perfect day every single day but you gotta focus on why your there and what you need to do so you can go back home and spent time with your family cause when you in there you start thinking about all the stuff yoh missed out with your family and how much of a privilege it is to have your family around but you don’t notice that till your in there and see how much time you been playing with your life there is a privilege for you to become great within yourself you just have to put the work in and show your family that you can make a change for once in your life. I Wanna start by saying thank you to everyone at PRC for helping me through this difficult process of getting sober. Where do I begin so back in January it was a learning process and a great experience for me I never thought in a million years I could have done that. However today march 28th I AM GOING STRONG ON 82 days sober and by the grace of my higher power and working the steps and making sober connections I’m sober today. I’ve been through a lot during my life with being part of the LGBTQ community (a Transgender Woman) I had lots of hurdles when I first arrived and overcome them so I’m really glad to be doing IOP at the montrose Location I couldn’t have done this without MY PRC FAMILY. If you’re searching for recovery and a way out of your drug addiction, I highly recommend this place. It changed my life once again. I was there in 2020 and then returned again in 2026 after I had relapsed. This is a very good recovery based program and it works great for those who are really seeking away out of drug addiction. Very good place to get help at. The staff is all friendly and treat you like family. The only thing I think they need to work on is having a better system in place for med line but other then that I really enjoyed this place. So thankful for my Santa Maria Family. My sister was her about 3 times in 2 years. Every time we tried to get her admitted, we didn’t follow protocol and the staff always assisted us and she was always approved! The staff looked out for my sister and niece, it takes a village and thank god for each and every staff member here! From the counselors to the security. I still updated them on my sister because I know they care for her. I never got to visit inside so no comment but i witnessed my sister get her own place, look healthier by the day and get employment. She a break and time to recover. Will always be grateful for their services.

This place was truly a life saver!! They stopped what they were doing twice within 3 weeks to come rescue me from myself over an hour and a half away. My dad has struggled with drug addiction for 25+ years. He recently had a massive heart attack due to drug use and his situation was becoming dire. We knew if he didn't get help he wasn't going to make it much longer. He finally agreed to get treatment and my sister found this place. He went from not wanting to go to rehab to not wanting to leave this place. He absolutely loved it and loves everyone there. He considers them family. He completed his treatment and the staff is still there to offer him support and help him succeed. Andy has been amazing at helping him find out patient programs. They truly care here. This was the best decision I could have made for my mental wellness. Everyone has life issues and experiences. Sometimes you don’t know you need professional help until you’re in the middle of it. Well I was. I am blessed to have a support system who was on board for my self care. I researched various IOPs/PHPs that my psychiatrist suggested. The Heights Treatment sounded like the best fit for me. Based on reviews and researching the area, solidified my choice to start treatment there. So I did. From the intake for IOP5, to individual therapy sessions, to group sessions including equine therapy, to individual sessions with Dr. R, was well thought out to get this group of professionals to help people. The one who held it together with scheduling to communicating to even listening for a couple of minutes in passing, was truly a blessing. Their client care services, Adam, is kind and professional. They all make you feel welcome. Bre - my therapist, help tremendously. Various group sessions, helped me realize so much. They gave me the tools to help me reach my goals. They helped me choose to do the work. Be it daily checking in, verbalizing my emotion at the time, concerns, etc, these are the things for me, that were so beneficial in my mental wellness. Heights Treatment was a Godsend and it saved my life. I love how unique each therapist is. They have a wide variety of therapies including equine therapy, emdr, trauma processing, as well as individual and group therapy. Scheduling was easy, the staff was kind and were always available for me when I needed to talk. Not only have I come to living life, but they've given me a toolkit on how to navigate life and live it to the fullest.

The staff cares. They truly love their calling. I was hesitant at first. I gave myself 2 weeks to feel out this place. It's worth it. I drove 1 hour each way daily to have this experience. Absolutely one of the best programs in country. Overall they have an extremely strong clinical team that is compassionate, caring and challenging. My brother went to a treatment center here in Maine two times and relapsed after a few months each time. I found J Flowers through an interventionist and it was the best decision he ever made to go with her. Today is his second sober birthday and he loves his life and is now a sponsor for other addicts. Over 2 years sober. Freedom and happiness. J.Flowers Health Institute saved my life. As someone that is involved in the recovery community in my sobriety I have heard a lot of rehabilitation facility stories to compare to mine. I have only been to J.Flowers so I cannot personally compare it to any other. However, I will say it sounds like my "experience" was different than others that have been in rehabilitation. "Success is not measured by the quantity but the quality". This applies here. It might cost more but there is a reason. They are different. And can you really put a price on your life or your sobriety? If so is the lowest bidder your option that you choose? Staff was exceptional. Aftercare was exceptional. Facility was exceptional. My sober companions were the difference maker. If I had a family member or friend that was losing their life to alcoholism like I was I would recommend J.Flowers. I am here today to write this review because if you or someone you know needs help please reach out to J.Flowers. You can't go wrong here. They are truly unique in their approach.

J. Flowers is very difficult to explain because to see it is to believe it. Multiple of my clients have chosen to go to J. Flowers over the last 4 years. These individuals deserved the best quality of care and were faced with continuous white walls, hospital gowns, over-medication, a revolving door of practitioners, and years of being stuck in a constant cycle of crisis. After staying at J. Flowers, they were stabilized, met with loving care, they felt seen and heard for the first time in their lives. The ability to individualize to the client is critical during a medical or mental health crisis and so few hospitals have the staffing or ability to do so. They are integrated into the community, they have freedoms and access to experiences that are impossible to participate in while in other hospitals or treatment centers. The freedom of feeling like a human and not a patient or a number during care is priceless; I've seen all too much hospitalization trauma come from psychiatric hospitalizations. The Clinical Director, Arti Patel, is one of the most skilled clinicians I have ever worked with, she has a relational approach and is able to meet clients where they are and provide a safe space to process what they've experienced in a short amount of time. I have been continuously impressed with the level of care they provide, it's unparalleled. The entire team has been carefully chosen and each bring their unique strengths and collaborate daily to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to very complex and ill individuals. An additional note: comprehensive diagnostics, where the doctors and practitioners diagnosing patients are collaborating, just makes sense. It should be the way all doctors offices work, but aren't set up to. The cardiologist needs to talk to the endocrinologist who needs to talk to the psychiatrist, etc. Every perspective is unique and a quality diagnosis requires all stakeholders to come together for the safety and longevity of their patient. There is life beyond the diagnosis, as Arti says, but finding out the root cause is imperative to build a roadmap for a life of wellness and actualization. I recommend J. Flowers wholeheartedly.

I'm at a loss for words for how great this place is and their team... i have extreme PTSD and akathisia and now no akathisia and plenty of new coping skills for my PTSD, some causes derived from the other psych wards I've been to for my depression and akathisia, so i was scared to come here but Menninger made me feel more at home than my own house also extremely safe too. I've had such a great experience I now consider staff my family. I'd recommend to anyone I know. they stick to the values they have but greatly exceed them. they truly love their clients... now I'm a changed man and can chase my dreams to the fullest. I went to inpatient at Menninger on the 27th of march and came out a week later. My sleep is amazing, my anxiety has been HEALED. My diagnosis was reached in a matter of 5 days and I had a team of personal psychiatrists and doctors attending to my mental and physical health. Amazing experience and I left inpatient missing it and wanting to go back. I’m doing PHP now and I’ve met some amazing people along the way. Dr Lin and Dr wolfenburger were absolutely incredible and very well rounded individuals who knew what they were doing. I heard just horrible things about Dr Limmons though. There had been multiple patient advocate calls made against her. So stay out of her way. You will get better here no matter what happens. everything at Menninger was designed for you and you alone, for your journey, for your physical health, for everything. thank you Menninger. Thank you

(i went to the kids unit for 3 weeks and just left yesterday, im 16!!) this place is genuinely so amazing, the people who work there are all such sweethearts and i'm gonna miss them so so much :( i came in extremely suicidal and i had self harmed so many times before i came, but i left with actual hope and excitement to keep going in life. it's not just a mental hospital, it's a place where you meet extremely interesting people to relate to and heal/stay safe from whatever you're going through. it didn't fix me, but it made me stable and confident in my future and mental health/stability. my heart goes out to all of the staff and the other patients i met, love you guys so much!!!!!! i'll miss you guys :(( (especially mr orion, jarvis, anjali, taty, amanda, larry, etc etc bc there's so many lol)

It is unfortunate that one individual gave this place a 1 star rating - their comment clearly shows that they were rating the wrong place. They mentioned that they work as an EMT and that they were dropping off a stroke patient - but this clinic does not receive stroke patients from EMTs - they are an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic.

In hindsight I'm gonna go ahead and give a five star to this clinic. They have really as a whole gone above and beyond for me.,.without charging me a penny. The nurses and counselors are really fantastic. Yes it's their job , but they could easily work somewhere that doesn't require getting up at 3 am or whatever. Most all of them genuinely care about harm reduction and saving lives. The parking lot is guarded and free of fights , thefts, getting robbed for take home medication ( something I saw in the Dallas area) I know I left an initial bad review but that wasn't fair of me because it stemmed from a personal issue I perceived at the time. This is a really good clinic, they have government funding , and you can hit the metro rail and bus stops with a rock. So if you are tired of the life you are living due to opioids there's really no reason not to go. Methadone is not for everyone,and yes it can cause really severe withdrawals if you don't taper properly,but it's the only way I was able to stop. Plan to give a minimum 3 years to any methadone program. It takes time to get stable on a dose...it may take you a while to stop using your doc..then ideally you work on family , employment etc, then take a good year to slowly taper off. Some people need to stay on it indefinitely and that's ok too.

Ms. Nancy runs the front desk.. She is ON IT like Nobody's Business!!! she is so kind, professional, in super helpful... She is the glue that holds that place together. She helps keep each of us clients on track, helping me and others make sure we sign in appropriately, keeping all of our contracts in order and up to date. . She goes above and beyond with each and every one of us clients, and I'm sure the staff as well. She never says NO!! I can not help you...., Her heart , her empathy is amazing. Even though we as clans are there because we have suffered from addiction at some point in their life, she treats each and every one of us with integrity and dignity and respect. Unfortunately many of us have suffered from homelessness and she is the one person in this world that we know we're going to be accepted and treated fairly everyday all day all the time and I personally am so grateful and treats the other clients and the staffthe same, behaves in such a manner to them as well. Thank You Ms. Nancy I wish there were more people like you in this world. you deserve what's the Highest Kudos EVER!!!

Dr.Rich is a phenomenal person and doctor.... We have never experienced such a superb experience as the visit we just had. He is a diabetes specialist and I would say he is the BEST, it's not a question I had that he didn't answer before I had the chance to ask. I recommend him 10 out of 10!!!!!
