The healing journey from addiction began in the spring of 2020 when I pulled into the driveway at Rainbow's End Recovery. I was greeted with love, compassion and warmth from everyone. I felt welcomed. The beautiful character nestled alongside the Salmon River brings joy to my heart. I spent many days enjoying the landscape, feeding the horses and sitting by the river. I have so many wonderful memories of hiking, fishing, making music, making new friends, and taking the first critical steps in recovery. The meals and desserts were absolutely stunning. Yea its ridiculous to have to pay so much every month, but thats the state and government for ya. Crosspointe Family Services was the best resource I ever found for my son! I was at my wits end with his behavior and I felt like he needed more help than what the other places had offered. After getting signed up with Crosspointe He had counseling and had participated with the outreach programs as well. It took a couple tries to get the right Counselor fit but they were great in helping him feel comfortable. The staff that helped us were truly a God send! I can not recommend them enough!!! They helped us so much and I honestly don t know what I would have done without them! Counseling, case management, peer support, Cbrs, along with groups for kids and adults! Most all agencies have a wait list but their programs are worth waiting for.

Cody is absolutely the best! The only complaint i have is that good says they are open on Fridays, but when you call, the answering machine says they are closed.

Cody is an awesome doctor!!! I've always struggled to find the right help but since I have been with Portneuf Valley Family Center and receiving help from Cody, life has been going extremely well!!!

I loved it there they feed you really well and treated you very well I had been in there so many times from suicidal to self harming horrible depression and they were so caring and keeping me safe and wanted best for me and they look at everyone differently and treat you on how your crisis is if I said that right I really am glad that it's here and that I know when ever I'm in a crisis I have a safe place to calm down and get stable and they help me on finding outpatient things so that I can be successful and more.If you ever fund yourself at this place don't panic they are so kind and they keep you safe and well. This facility was really great - if you can say that about psych hospitalization. The nursing staff was very involved with patients. Other places I've been, they just pass out meds and ignore everyone. One nurse sat up with me for an hour in the middle of the night when I was super homesick. One helped me work through some DBT assignments to get through a rough time. They were always willing to talk. Super loved that they had a drinks machine that we could use any time during the day. The other hospital I'd been in required you to ask the staff to fill your mug with water and they always acted like it was the biggest annoyance in the world, sometimes actually refusing to do it. Facility was clean, well-equipped, and adequately staffed. The psychiatrist was weird, but everything else was perfect.
