The Walker Center changed my life. I was terrified, I had never been in treatment before, I just knew it wasn’t for me. Little did I know just how amazing and life changing my 2 months with the Walker Center would be. I owe my life to the amazing staff and know that I wouldn’t still be here today if they hadn’t have helped me. Seeing the world from sober eyes has been an amazing experience, one that I won’t ever take for granted. They gave my kids their mom back… I can’t say enough good about this place. If you need help, I highly recommend giving The Walker Center a chance. The staff, lectures, groups, food, classes and atmosphere were all great. Thank you Walker Center.

It wasn't a nice experience being there, the staff is unprofessional and often disrespectful to the patients, they don't treat you with kindness and they allow bad behaviors between patients. Being there wasn't helpful because it was so hard to get to be seen by a doctor and they often change the person that was going to give you treatment so they would change your meds and that wouldn't help for recovery.

I am currently living in Moonlight Mountain Sober Living . And the house manager is complete trash. I have a lightbulb out in my closet. I went and bought some lightbulbs to fix it, but it was the wrong kind so I asked the house manager if she would buy a lightbulb and she could have the ones that I went and bought she told me to use my cell phone These high ratings are largely because they pay the clients with a free T-shirt or dinner for a five star review. Now I am not saying my experience with Moonlight has been all bad but the Sober Living is horrible. They kick people out and then let them come and pick up their belongings whenever they want to Leading to theft. I have only been here for a month and a half and this has happened at least four times when this is brought up to the house Manager she tells you that you are an adult and you need to figure it out. I’ve been in other Sober Living houses before And there are many rules that are put in place that stopped a lot of this stuff from happening. Most Sober Living houses cover toilet paper Moonlight expects whoever has a job to pay for the guys who don’t. The landscaping is left to the clients. There are at least two houses that I know of that do not have vacuums. I had to buy a mop for the house I had to buy pots and pans I had to buy cups bowls, etc. now this isn’t a huge deal or stress on me, but these things should be covered. It just shows lack of responsibility and disrespect towards the clients when they are making enough money to at least cover the bare minimum, but they don’t. There was a client that told the house manager that her roommate was threatening physical harm. She told her to just give her space keep in mind these girls both sleep in the same exact bedroom as there are two Beds per room Some rooms even have three or four. Anyways, the girl went to the house manager told her that the roommate was threatening physical harm. The house manager told her to keep her space and the next day the girl who was asking for help and protection was violently attacked. I have thought about making this post many times, but I kept pushing it off thinking well it’s not that bad making excuses after excuses because like I said, I have had some good experiences with Moonlight. But now it’s just getting ridiculous so hopefully they make some changes but for the time being if you have the opportunity to go to a different Sober Living house, I would highly recommend that.

From the receptionist to the ultrasound tech—they’re all so kind. They care about your comfort, communicate clearly and kindly and are very validating about your concerns ☺️ I had a great experience. The facility is also built to promote your privacy.

First time in any kind of treatment for me and I can honestly say I wouldn't rather be anywhere else. I just completed my first week and I couldn't have done it without the support of everyone here. Whether it's the staff or all the othe guys attending moonlight recovery they've made me feel comfortable and somewhat at ease here. Everyone is willing to help. This house is amazing and I appreciate the help I'm getting and I don't think i could ask for anything more!

My care in ER and on the medical floor was outstanding. Including the prompt food service. After my procedure I felt rushed and did not have a clear explanation of the prognosis. I did not have the opportunity to ask a doctor questions. The paperwork that we had at discharge had no explanation on their findings.

Disappointed and discouraged after appointment here. Would not recommend.

Had a great experience at Brighton! I stayed inpatient for 45 days at Ogden location aka the monastery. Super nice place, very clean, great food, awesome people. The classes were very informative. I also did their php and iop aftercare program which took 4 months to complete. They have a really nice community center with a gym, pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, and free lattes. I would highly recommend brighton to anybody.

My recovery journey started at BRC in the fall of 2021, and I humbly and gratefully celebrate 3 years of sobriety today. It was truly a life-changing and life-saving experience for me that I will forever be thankful for.

I was here from out of town and needed a prescription refilled. After calling in for a refill to my primary care provider they made it so fast and easy to pick up my prescription. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite!

I am immensely grateful for the VA for helping my mom with all of her health issues. Without the VA we wouldn't be able to get her the help she needs without stress and going into immense medical debt. Again thank you so much
