This place has helped me so much in my recovery. I don't know where I would be today if they were not there. They have taught me all skills I need to be successful on my journey. Don't get me wrong but I have had my set backs but they have always been there to help me with getting back on the right track. I am truly thankful for the wonderful people that I have worked with.

The entire staff is so supportive in the community with Mental Health acceptance and all of the community resources, often working close with other counselors at all of the centers in town. The selflessness of engaging other centers to support everyone in Blackfoot is refreshing. If the center is not a good fit for your needs-they are committed in reference to do what is best for the client and the knowledge of counselors at other places gives the insight needed for success for the patient.
My personal experience with Suzette is a great fit for us and I could not recommend her enough. My growth has been expansive in all areas of my life and I could not have done it without her guidance. 1,000% recommend

Rainbow's End is a place for healing in a non-clinical environment. It offers non-traditional treatment with more one-on-one attention then other programs provide. Positive connection has some of the best councilor med and groups you could ask for. Super friendly staff. If your looking for your child stat is awesome my son loves it going from a only child to have 2 baby brothers and starting school stat helped him alot. I will always recommend this facility.

Carol Layne specialist in grief and lost issues. She looked at me and said I really can't help you or know what to do because my experience is limited with people like you. I left the office with a huge bill and being told there isn't help for people like me. I would of been alot further ahead just not going then being told there is no hope for me. I rather go alone then be given false hope from someone that doesn't have the experience to help with the lost of a child and family. And on top of being told that I don't think working on your billings during someone's appointment real makes a helping environment. Save your money and time and go elsewhere because there are counselor that are helpful just not this one

My therapist kept falling asleep during our sessions. It's my fault I didn't switch therapists. It would be awkward in such a small office to run into him. I had to start over every single session. He would completely forget me and what I was there for after a month. Then, all they did was give me apps to download to learn breathing techniques. I was shot 4 times in the stomach and have PTSD, my fight or flight response is all out of whack and I'm violent. Plus I've been to therapy a ton and it's patronizing to tell me I need to breathe. I know that already. Bad experience. And when I didn't show, I would've liked to get a call from them to find out why. They have a two missed appointment rule and your out. Which is absolutely opposite of helping me because that's my problem. I can't be around people or reach out to anyone when I'm in a crisis. So instead of two no shows, maybe call and find out why your patient isn't there. Or email them. Instead of punishing them for going through exactly what they are there for.

I have never stayed here, or any residential program for that matter. However, DAVID LEONG was there and had profuse issues. So, Since I am self paying for my Rehab, I wont conduct any business with a crooked entity. My thought process tells me that if a business or its owner cannot conduct simple, easy and everyday business practices to maintain at the very least a clean image, then how in the heck am Igoing to get, stay, and maintain my sobriety? Converging all of my lifes intricacies to be trusted to this " Place" does not seem, feel or imply appropriate and I'll say it again: "I have never stayed here" and I never will! BTW: The difference between crooked and non crooked business entities can be the diference of a 5 minute phone call to sort out a miscommunication. To changing your (broken) policy and had David pay directly for UAs himself. The benefit would have been my whole bank account & I! THANKS DAVID FOR THE HEADS-UP! YOUR'RE AWESOME! ! !

Many others though would agree with me. There may have been crazy things that have happened there but at the same time this place has saved many people from alot of things. I enjoyed every single program about this place while I went there. I loved all my teachers and wished I could stay there.. But I did have a friend that went there who had his knees slammed backwards for a restraint and broken by a teacher there. There was nothing that could be done because of the legal paperwork that parents sign. 🤔 I enjoyed my time there tho. Just feel bad for other kids who weren't so lucky.

I'm now 40 and came to this place back in 1999. I hated being there but to be fair didn't have much to complain about. Bt time is been there 6ish months I didn't want to leave. I learn so much being there that I'm still grateful to this day. I earned freedom to walk the grounds unsupervised with permission as well as helping give tours to potential clients. I rode horses often did cattle branding of calves of course and did artificial insemination. I did small engines and wood working along with horticulture which were all a blast. There was a lot that happened in the dorms with the girls but what do you expect when you have so many girls with sick am array of issues. A huge part of getting something from these programs is if you want to. If your ready to get better. The staff members were all fabulous I can't think of anyone who I didn't like. I always felt genuine concern from them. I was even given the privilege to go off campus 1x a week to do gymnastics. I still to this day have small decorated box given to me as a gift upon leaving from a staff member named Marilyn. When you opened it it has a tiny box with a small now that says it was filled with her love. I'm not sure what has happened but, this place turned my life around and who know where it be today without it. So Thank you so so so much. Sorry for the delayed post lol.

Crosspointe Family Services was the best resource I ever found for my son! I was at my wits end with his behavior and I felt like he needed more help than what the other places had offered. After getting signed up with Crosspointe He had counseling and had participated with the outreach programs as well. It took a couple tries to get the right Counselor fit but they were great in helping him feel comfortable. The staff that helped us were truly a God send! I can not recommend them enough!!! They helped us so much and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them! Counseling, case management, peer support, Cbrs, along with groups for kids and adults! Most all agencies have a wait list but their programs are worth waiting for.

Positive connection has some of the best councilor med and groups you could ask for. Super friendly staff. If your looking for your child stat is awesome my son loves it going from a only child to have 2 baby brothers and starting school stat helped him alot. I will always recommend this facility.
