The five stars I'm giving is only for the outpatient part. Rachel is a great counselor and knows her stuff. I learn a lot from her. Jessica Hartz is the best employee at Adds. She bent over backwards to get me into inpatient. She is truly a blessing. She's a really good counselor also. The staff down at inpatient needs reevaluated and they need to give them UAS. If they want their clients to stay clean down there they shouldn't let their employees do meth. If I wasn't so serious about my recovery and If it was early in my recovery I'm sure I would have walked out and got high but by the grace of God I'm 106 days sober today.

I could not find anywhere that could get me in to see a councilor till a friend of mine who goes here recommended me. I called and had an appointment the next day after being on countless wait lists other places. By far the friendliest and caring staff I have ever experienced and I’ve been to many places trying to find a place I am comfortable with. Special standouts that made this smooth; Amanda B., Tina P great, Hedi an I am sure I have missed a.few Without their great work ethic, this would have been difficult. Amazing helpful understanding staff including directors, physician, nurses, case workers, house workers, managers and therapist. I am blessed beyond words that a hospital case worker in Springfield knew about their residential facility and program and encouraged her application. I'm so grateful that the staff accepted my daughter into their program. After almost one year in the facility the change in my daughters behavior, lifestyle, attitude is 100% improved. My daughter came here after years of issues. Could not get her to stop hurting herself. We had one other residential school that she was in. This place is God sent. I see a major difference in her. I would recommend this school to any parent struggling with a child/teen. They work with you as well, weekly meetings. So you become part of the solution. For the first time in years I am hopeful for her to grow up and have a Normal life.

Hello, My name is Brandon Lundmark and I would like to share with you today. Life's so full of twist and turns, that it often leads us to completely misunderstand the actual God given reason we are where we are, we do what we do, we listen to what we hear, we see or watch what we do and, also what we say. Something I learned here at Heartland is that our little mind ... compares nothing to the magnificent mind God has and used to put ALL of our life's in place for a plan to redeem true salvation. Don't put to much effort into trying to figure out things like how when inside of Gods great love and promised plan, we always find success even when to the eyes of the world it appears to be a lose. Gods working all around us but most importantly he's working in us. 8-17-2017 I surrendered my life to be a part of his great plan and was washed clean through babtism, Powerful prayers were prayed over me after stepping out of the water in the basketball gym where you guys used to have church but almost 8 years later I still feel the strength and power of the Holy Spirit feeling my whole life. It's been hard. Extremely hard at times, came close to losing it all together and couldn't see a way out of the darkness but that one little tiny bit of hope and stead fast faith I learned to hold desperately on to moved mountains bigger then all the biggest mountains ever. Understanding the how and why isn't so important, trying to convince yourself that it's ok to accept the answers he gives let alone understand them, you will just drive yourself plum mad trying so for me I've always remembering to believe He will do as he's promised, believing that He will make me who he's planned for me to become. Trusting like it's what I already know, without doubt or fear. I made my knowing His Word my strength and light to follow. No matter what I can honestly say that my best day from before surrendering is in no comparison to my worst day today. Nothing feels like I can't overcome it anymore. These lessons Gods thought me though, I've only been able to actually grow from because of the things I learned at Heartland. Like to be able to hear and listen and focus on Gods gental voice (not actual voice) but His gental whisper inside of my head. What to go to and read from his Word, the Bible. This place planted a Godly seed inside of so many broken men and women, myself included, but these seeds have grown and will continue to grow around all the broken edges, they've grown so strong and beautiful now that the only thing you see now is the God in the life's of so many. After leaving Heartland I continued my journey getting to know God better in a couple different faith based programs also I continued leaning inside the Missouri Department of Corrections and speaking the God given truth, behind those rizer wire fences, locked steal doors is the second most fruitful places I came to learn the word of God. It's amazing how they say prison is a place of punishment because all I can think of is how many lost souls are found and saved in prison. Even Jesus himself found some in prison during his walk. And to be honest once your set free inside, a actual prison will become more of a shelter from the raw ungodliness that has consumed this world inside of a fenced, walked in, protected area you can really really hear God and see God moving in lifes. It's easy to recognize Him from inside a prison. Like I said understanding isn't the important part, it's the knowing it God at the wheel. How much is prison mentioned in the Bible? It's a lot, wonder why? Anyway, out of all the ways and places I've learned and grow towards knowing our great God. Amazing helpful understanding staff including directors, physician, nurses, case workers, house workers, managers and therapist. I am blessed beyond words that a hospital case worker in Springfield knew about their residential facility and program and encouraged her application. I'm so grateful that the staff accepted my daughter into their program. After almost one year in the facility the change in my daughters behavior, lifestyle, attitude is 100% improved. My experience here has been 💯, start to finish. From the front desk, to the neuropsychologist, this place has provided a wonderful team of people. They are kind and empathetic, patient and supportive. If you are having trouble with knowing when your appointments are, make sure that you are set up with their text and email notification system. It’s great!! Thanks especially to, Victoria, Seth, Christina, and to the support staff, Cheyanna and my wonderful medical assistant that I can’t remember the name of. Thank you!!!

You won't find a better place for your mental health needs. Dr. Sanchez is the absolute best there is! I can't thank him enough for all he has done, and continues to do for me. He takes his time, really listens, and cares deeply about his patients. I have worked with a couple of the therapists. One, Rob, is no longer there, having gotten more education and moved away. He was amazing! Mike is awesome, and I am so thankful to have him on my team. He really cares, listens, and is just great! The nurses are also caring, compassionate, and really take an interest in you personally. The office staff is also the best. They work hard to see that your needs are met. As you can tell if you've read my entire review, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Great River Mental Health for ALL you do!!

This facility is just amazing! Truly felt like everyone cared about me, and I can honestly say I trusted everyone in there. Trust is very hard for me, but the adult program and the staff allowed me to be myself with no judgement. I'm trying so hard to follow the rules and not name any staff but will give a broad review. Right when you walk in the staff is friendly, always smiling which in turn made me smile. The supervisor is amazing; the head of the counselors who leads the group therapy is one of the best people I ever met. The staff that lead the groups cared about me, and it was genuine, and they are so smart and fun. From the psychiatrist to my therapist everyone was on the same page. I just want to say thank you to everyone there from the bottom of my heart!

My experience was not so great! The staff here does not care for your Mental Health! The receptionist that sit in the front are very rude and always have an attitude and talk behind your back. That should tell you something. The receptionist should be the first impression to stand out but instead I have seen them talking behind others back and having a major attitude problem which is unacceptable if your trying to show impression to your patients. Faizal is a very bad Psychiatrist. Faizal acts like he is a professional psychiatrist but really he’s not. Faizal doesn’t have any knowledge of what he is treating his patients. He’s always on his phone during sessions. I can clearly tell you this from my two years of experience with Faizal he does not have any sort of background knowledge about Mental Health, and treating people with disabilities. I’ve seen him on the phone majority of times during my sessions researching about medications, diagnosis, and other mental health treatments that can help improve our mind and body function in a daily normal lifestyle. My main point is you go to school for a reason to gain knowledge and not use your device in sessions. Faizal, Use your own brain and knowledge! Learn how to stay away from your phone to diagnose patients. We all know you find a way to use AI to take notes during your sessions and record patients when there in session but be respectful to them and kindly ask them if it’s okay to use AI to take notes and record because it’s very rude to record patients without the approval and consent. Please stay away from this clown! 🤡 I had also been seeing a therapist for two years and her name was Samantha. Samantha was the most sweetest and kindest therapist I’ve ever met until I noticed she is known for building a fake relationship with her patients and not supporting patients with disabilities. She’s an expert in lying to her patients which is unacceptable. Therapy should be a place where you feel honesty, safe, supported, and trusted! Don’t make the mistake that I did just warning you! But lastly, during my two years with Endeavor Health Behavioral Center at Linden Oaks I started to realize that my Psychiatrist, Therapist, and Staff have lied to me at least multiple times and I’ve lost trust and loyalty with them. I take my Mental Health very seriously and if the staff and providers can’t be honest with me then I will stay away from this company for Behavioral Health Services and I hope you do the same after reading my review and experience.

Katherine was the best. The short psychiatrist or whatever was annoying and i honestly met with him more than my therapist bc they were pressuring me SO MUCH to go on medication (I quite literally thought he was my therapist bc of this). I enjoyed the group therapy aspect of it but process didn’t really seem to be long enough, especially for 13 kids. Skills groups were really long and my back hurt from sitting all day. I was diagnosed with social anxiety despite being one of the most extroverted people there and expressing how much I enjoyed school and talking to people. They discharged people who were in active addiction and/or still in a very bad place mentally. They wouldn’t give medicine to my friend who asked for it but they were constantly pressuring me to go on medicine (I have significant health issues and am already on enough medicine for that).
