I've attended Linden Oaks Outpatient twice now for alcohol/substance use and mental health concerns. Both times the staff were beyond incredible and helpful in my journey in recovery. Although I was extremely hesitant and nervous to return he second time, feeling like a failure, the staff were absolutely welcoming, judgement free, and supportive. They went above and beyond to help me work through what was working, what wasn't, and made a strong effort to help me help myself even better this time around. I'm writing this after a bit of time leaving the PHP/IOP program and although I wouldn't say things are amazing, things are so much better than before and I am actively looking forward to the future. I remain active in the Linden Oaks Outpatient community through their ongoing addiction recovery services (O.A.R.S.) as well as the various support meetings hosted in the building (not directly affiliated however many familiar faces). I'd like to give a special shoutout to Hope and Anneliese specifically for everything they have, and continue to do for me. If you happen to encounter either of these two individuals, know you are in great care from some of the most caring and supportive people I have ever met.

It’s no exaggeration to say that the staff here and at Linden Oaks’ inpatient hospital saved my life. Over half a year ago, I was in a really bad place. I thankfully had people at my previous job who recognized that I needed help and took me to Linden Oaks to help get me back on my feet. For about a month after my week in inpatient, I went to outpatient care, and they taught me many valuable skills to help me take better care of myself when faced with life’s challenges. Since I finished my outpatient program, I’ve found a new job that is a much better fit for me, and I’ve surrounded myself with people who care about me and have started taking up hobbies that I enjoy again. I received this note in the mail with signed messages some time after the new year began, and it’s a really thoughtful gesture that still means a lot to me. I want to give special thanks to Vanessa, Marty, and Ali, the people I worked with the most during my time in outpatient (my apologies to those who wrote their names in cursive; reading it is not one of my strong suits). They listened to my thoughts and struggles closely, and had helpful insights that I carry with me to this day. I would also like to give special thanks to Dan, whose infectiously upbeat, positive energy is matched only by his endless baseball analogies. I of course must also give a special mention to Bear the Therapy Dog. If you do attend PHP/IOP here, consider yourself blessed if you’re placed with Marty. The man has a big heart, wise words, and a drive to help people find their balance again. I implore anyone who might be reading this: if you’re struggling, either with mental health or addiction, know that there is hope and help out there for you. I would strongly recommend going to the emergency room if you’re in a crisis, then doing outpatient care here. I too used to be terrified of the idea of going to a mental hospital, but it really did help me to get my life back on track. Whatever you’re struggling with, I know they can and will help you too. I went to silver oaks in 2024 for a suicide attempt. I was in the women’s unit and it was horrible. I was on the AIU unit here and it was men and women. I had the best experience. The staff was very kind and preferred to talk to patients instead of giving them a Haldol shot to calm down. They also didn’t push anti anxiety meds on anyone. They asked if you were anxious before giving meds. The nurses were also being very careful what they gave people because they knew people had issues with substance. I want to highlight Kelly!! She was absolutely amazing and so sweet!!

Loved my stay here. They treat you with kindness and like a human being.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office. I have seen 3 doctors and now currently see Emily Jensen NP. All have been wonderful and actually care about getting to the root cause. The reason for my review is actually for someone from their administrative team. I had an issue this week and Barbara went way above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I have never had a negative experience with this office! Thank you to the entire team!

I have been in the rosecrance PHP Program for a little over a month now and I can confidently say it has changed my life for the better. I have done multiple different PHP/IOP programs in the past and none of them even come close to rosecrance. The staff truly cares about you. Kiernan, Veronica, Jimmie, Morgan, Jadan, Jules, Nikki and everyone else there have all touched my heart. I will still be in the program for a little while longer but I want to truly encourage anyone thats struggling with alcoholism or addiction to give rosecrance a chance. I have made so much progress and learned many new things about myself in the past few weeks and it is all thanks to this amazing program. My only regret is I wish I had done this a lot sooner. Make the call, you won't regret it.

They listened to my concerns, understood my individual needs, and provided a supportive, non-judgmental environment that helped me feel empowered. The combination of professional care, personalized treatment plans, and the genuine compassion of the staff made a real impact on my recovery. I’m grateful for their support and highly recommend Sundance to anyone seeking a caring, effective approach to overcoming addiction.

Great place to go to, in and out so you can go about your day, staff is really helpful,friendly and kind always greeted by the wonderful front desk staff, coffee and tea in the waiting area, the nurse, caseworkers, staff are all helpful grateful I found them. They’ve helped me in a situation I thought was impossible to get out of but also they care enough to assist you find resources for you to build a better life would recommend!

Caring staff. Sundance meets their patients where they are at and they provide personalized support for every individual they work with on their journey back to a healthier lifestyle and future goals.

I had a great experience with Stacy in the Heart Center at Saint Joseph's. She performed an echocardiogram test on me in early May, 2025. Stacy is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in performing this procedure. She is also incredibly compassionate and kind. I just want to thank Stacy for a job very well done!

Saved my husband’s life more than once. I can’t say enough about the palliative care team at the cancer center. Absolutely wonderful at caring for the patient and family. At times issues with scheduling, but a little persistence and advocacy can cut through the bureaucratic red tape.

Waiting time should be better. People waiting could be updated about what might be the hold up. I waited through 3-5 people in waiting area through 2 full waiting area. I was 6th waiting to last out. Otherwise EVERYONE was very kind, professional, caring most important to me listening.

I had an excellent experience at this hospital. From the emergency room to the specialist doctors, nurses, and nurse techs, every single staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, caring, patient, and compassionate. They treated me with professionalism while also making me feel safe and supported at every step. I am truly grateful for their dedication and kindness.

I just finished classes that I needed to do for an out of state requirement from 17 years ago. From beginning to end, Sarah made sure I got what I needed and Meghan worked with me to schedule classes to meet a slim deadline that met what the other state required in the timeframe expected!! The sweet lady that did Risk Ed on Wednesdays was an excellent teacher and really a great person! I learned so much that I could apply to my life even now, and she gave me some great suggestions for support for my daughter who is 12 needing help coping with effects from having an alcoholic father. Prices are very reasonable, and they worked hard to make sure my paperwork got to Wisconsin so quickly —Scott took the time to get it in his heavy workload before vacation. Everything was much appreciated and I was very impressed! I highly recommend Care Clinics to anyone needing these type of services!!

I had emailed and called a few places before this clinic, without any luck with them answering the questions I had or replying to emails. As I went through the process to meet court, DMV etc. Requirements the people I encountered just had an attitude with people they encountered, sort of a looking down on everyone because they are going through this process. When I called this clinic, from the beginning to the end Sarah responded to every question I had through the process and followed up with either an email or phone call and sometimes both. You never truly know what someone is going through while juggling various demands, so I sincerely appreciate the warmth and kindness of great customer service during difficult times—it's a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Thank you for all your help Sarah it was greatly appreciated.
