Stepping Stones is a wonderful treatment center. You get back what you put in. The staff are wonderful and have treated me with nothing but respect. IRT was great. And the MEC is what you make of it.

If i could give 1000 stars i would! I couldn't recommend symetria enough. Everyone there is absolutely AMAZING! From the front staff (esp Ms Shuranda who keeps everything running smoothly), to the wonderful counselors, the medical directors (shout out to Ms Cynthia), my knowledgeable counselor Ms Beth, the beautiful nurses aka angels in scrubs (Kat, Gizelle and Mel).. you are surrounded by nothing but complete love, support and understanding. There is never a moment you feel judged or unsupported. Everyone has been there for me in more ways than I can count and if it wasn't for the staff I don't think I would be where I am today. You aren't treated like a number or just another patient. You are treated like FAMILY! Choosing symetria to be the first place I went to help be recover was the best decision I ever made and I'm forever grateful for everyone there who has been there for me since day one. Thank you symetria for giving me the confidence and tools to recover and to get my life back!

I was I went to PHP from the Residential and than I stayed for the IOP and I can tell it was awesome the therapist there are always willing to talk even if they are not your therapist I miss this place and Maria is the director but she was the best and she knows what she is doing and I felt I had so much support there and they was awesome.

My PHP experience has been everything and more than I could ask for. The groups are educational and meet all of my needs. Erin, my therapist understands exactly how I feel and meets me where I am. She pushes me to my limits and had made me a better person all around. I have been doing better as a whole and that is due to the support of this amazing step down program.

I am so grateful i found timberline knolls. I feel it helped more than i even thought it would. I was impressed by how much everyone cared and how helpful everyone was. For the first time i see hope in recovery and feel i can be successful.

My Husband, Riley, wanted me to write a review for this location. He was sent to follow up on VA disability claims and found it to be extremely helpful. Not only were the staff members in good spirits but asked questions and really seemed to care. He was very impressed and Highly recommends!

I have been seeing my psychiatrist there for 3 years. Dr. Godbolt is great! She takes her time and has given me a new hope on life. NOW, The after hours answering service is another story! They rarely pass your message to your Dr. They are very disrespectful. I just called the answering service a few minutes ago. I have terrible insomnia and I've been awake for 3 days. I'm hallucinating because I have been up for so long. At first she was not going to contact my doctor because she said they don't do psychiatry after hours.. what is that? Then I told her that I have been awake for 3 days and I am starting to hallucinate and she said hold on came back two minutes later and said you know what just call back at 8:30 in the morning that's all I can do for you. Something just doesn't seem right there

I finally found a great doctor's office...NP Shan Brown is an amazing person incredibly understanding and knowledgeable the nurse that took me to the back is great and the receptionists are very professional and friendly, I've been there twice with no more then a 5 min wait..this place is amazing compared to any other aunt Martha's I've been to!

I took my father here for his yearly exam. The people were so kind and caring. I was so impressed by everyone. No wonder my Dad loves coming here. Thank you for treating the vets like royalty. Special thanks to the lady who took his info. Sorry I didn't catch her name and Eileen.

One of the better VA clinics I've been to. I've not had any issues here, unlike other VA hospitals. The doctors here seem to actually listen to what you say. Amazing.

This place is amazing and will do anything to help their clients. Can't say enough about everyone on staff and how much they care. Grateful for solleys place forever. If your looking for sobriety , look no further!

Solleys Place is an excellent establishment to work with while on your sober journey. Their staff and management are always friendly, fair and willing to work with you. The doctor is also an amazing person, Vietnam veteran and has compassion where a lot of doctors do not. I would highly recommend using them for your continued IOP care. Just remember you have to put in the work to make it work, being sober is a process but it is possible.

I'm an alcoholic, have been for years. I got treatment before I decided to give the Gateway, Iopc,a try. Im not religious and religion isnt pushed at GateWay Iopc, which is why i gave it a try. My Dr suggested it so I decided to do that treatment after my detox. Also my counselor Dan in the Joliet office is a great counselor. I, like most people are closed off when going thru this process. Eventually you will begin to open up when you see there is several other people dealing and going thru a similar situation as yourself. And believe me Im the most closed off person there is. You may not agree with all of it, as I didn't, but there are parts that's help. Everyone is dealing with something different and everyone is affected differently. Focus on yourself and don't let outside influences stop you from what you want.

Had a great experience at the Joliet facility for IOP.

Dan is a great Counselor and really made a successful path for myself. The IOP program teaches you tools to maintain a clean lifestyle.

Let me just say I was a patient at Medmark for years and above everything no matter what because they open at 4:45 AM says it all. They generally want to meet everyday people s needs to live a normal life.In and out the door before 5am to do what you need to do w your life. Try and find another clinic that does that for you. You won t. Working men and women this your clinic. Just no weed. Sorry.

I do not typically do these reviews however I felt very strongly I needed to. I have been in the program for over 7 years. The program honestly saved my life after trying several other things. My addiction became like most had back problems and my doctors were very free to prescribe the opioids and benzodiazepines. Xanax was actually the worst for me hospitalized for over 10 days due to all the seizures. Anyways the nurses Yolanda Jackie Val are sweethearts and have never judged me once. Yolanda is the one person who always tells me she is proud of me I don t even hear that from family. Kim who runs front desk is also great. In my experience I have had around 6 counselors and sorry to say this is the downfall here. I don t know if they are overworked micromanaged or just don t care but I have had to go elsewhere for my counseling. I have promise for my new counselor April who is new to this location. Since starting she has been on top on my case not letting anything slide. She gets accomplished what the 5 others took months to do and I appreciate that. Non judgmental follow-up and just caring she accomplishes where most can t and this is what keeps me clean and alive and I thank her for that more than I can say. Doctor is a different story for a different day I will just say to the women ask that a third person be in the room. That s all!

I kept telling myself I didn t need help, that I wasn t addicted. I was wrong for a long time. I was addicted and my addiction was ruining and running my life. When I finally realized I needed real help, I finally went here and it saved my life. Great counselors, great staff, and a lot of people just looking to get help. I really, really recommend anyone who s ready to finally get help come here. (By the way, they didn t accept Medicare when I went there. That was 5 years ago. I m currently going to Porter Starke Services in Valparaiso, Indiana because they accept Medicare there)

I love it here it s like my own personal family. The staff is great. But recently it's a problem with the insurance they say I have to pay $20 weekly because my insurance didn't pay but they have not given me proof of the months not paid I have my proof. But yet I have to wait and see there proof it's been almost 30 days now I have been paying that's not legal and on top of that they have billed 2 of my insurance

Carmen, Pat (best nurse ever), Diamonique (hope I spelled that right LOL ), and Carl (my awesome counselor), are all the best!! I have always been treated with dignity and I have a smile on my face whenever I have to go there cuz everyone is so understanding and caring!! They really understand the disease of addiction, and all they want is to help you get a better quality of life without using!! I will continue to recommend RC to anyone and everyone who need MAT!! Thank you all so much!! You're the best!!

I've gone to a few different clinics in Illinois and California. This is the best! When i moved back to the state, I came back here, even though it's an hour drive and there are closer clinics. The staff here are all amazing. From the receptionist to the counselors, LPNs, Nurse Practioners and the Doctors, everyone is very friendly and supportive. Service is generally pretty quick, though some days might take a little longer. As long as you do what you need to do to get yourself better, they will work with you, support you and you will quickly earn codes so you don't have to come as often. As for price? It's about the same as any private pay clinic. Actually, now that they now offer a cash discount it might be less, AND they take insurance including Illinois medicaid. Truly, I owe a lot to Recovery Concepts. I struggled off and on for YEARS until I found them. Now I have 8 years, and I know it couldn't have been done without them.
