I don't know what these other reviews are even about!! I was a patient in the Chrysalis program. The program did me wonders and I still try to call them whenever I can. It takes effort and commitment. It is a place for everyone, as long as you are going to try. They do treat you human, with clothes, hygiene, LOTS OF SUPPORT, and food. In the Chrysalis program, you get your clothes taken away and are required to wear nurse scrubs, eventually, you are able to gain the PRIVILEGES you have back. I went into this program at the lowest I have ever been, ready to end everything, but this program taught me a sense of commitment and that I have to work for what I want. This program, I will forever be thankful for. The staff was strict but so loving. I was welcomed into a family there that I will always be a part of no matter what. I loved this program and recommend it to everyone.

I didnt have a good run in with this facility back in 2020, but in desperation my judgement got the better of me and I went back to this hell hole. While this time they were sweet to let us color, thats all we did. That is it. While I understand I was 17 and in the childrens facility, the fact that they not only just had us color, they lied on my medical documents. This is unbelievably disgusting and just lazy. How can you seriously sit there and type up this big laundry list of things we “did” in “group” and how it “helped”. We never once had group, oh wait we did. We tried stacking cups with string and a rubber band as a group. One person holds one string and we pull the rubber band to grab cups, then the goal was to stack them. I would understand doing a team building exercise to build trust and be a distraction, but why do we need to do that with a “team” we never discuss anything around. Everything was kept hush and down and the most anyone asked for was more coloring. Most groups were movies or music, but of course while coloring. Apparently in my documents the movie taught us to be thankful, but I didnt watch a second. Apparently we discussed the meaning of christmas and all that good stuff, while the only comment was “can I get ____ printed out”. Even just besides that I couldnt even get meds that I knew helped without being labeled a “pill popper”. So what did I do. Sit there, and just cried until they let me leave. When my own MOM can do more for me and make me feel more welcome than a hospital, who mind you, IS MEANT TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO HELP. This is just outrageous. Glad to know everyone here is getting paid to sit there and lie on medical documents while we all suffer silently and go home with it. Do better if you have the information to do so

I encountered some of the most caring, genuine, and nurturing employees at this facility. They have adolescent and adult services for anxiety/depression and dual diagnosis (mental health with addiction to a substance). Their program uses evidence based practices and provides real tools for living a life according to your values despite such issues. I know several students who benefited from the program and was able to meet them directly. Definitely a place to go for help.

If you're having a hard time, Linden Oaks is the best mental health unit I have ever been in and I have been in a lot through the years. Excellent patient to staff ratio, fantastic groups and individual support!

I recently stayed here for 10 days starting my ECT treatment. All of the MHAs are spectacular, sweet, funny, respectful. The Nurses were kind and professional. The doctors were knowledgeable and helpful. The beds were decent, and the food was good enough. The phone call ability was nice, and the groups were well informed and positive. Brendan the MHA was awesome and super good to me and made me feel right at home. Dr Ahmari was kind and professional and got me ECT help I need. All the staff was wonderful and I couldn’t be more grateful for my linden oaks care team. Thank you so much to everyone on the Adult/Detox unit for helping me and being so great to me.

I was just there like today and everyone was soo nice and helpful. This place was amazing I was in the A1E unit and it really helped me. The staff was really nice the food was decent and I loved the schedule. The only thing is if you do end up here be ready for a really thin bed that’s as hard as a rock. So thank you linden oaks for helping me and giving me the help I needed and setting up my own PHP for me.

This was my first stay at any mental health facility at the age of 49. I suffered a sudden and unexpected loss and had an attempt which landed me in the ICU for 7 days. Following that I was transferred to Linden Oaks Naperville inpatient. The first day was terrifying and I spent most of it in my room. I just wanted to go home. The next day though and the remaining days, I came to experience the care and support that LO provides its patients every day. There is no judgement or neglect. They are extra quick with bringing you an ice ball or providing requested aromatherapy as well as model magic. I swear I must have gone through tens of those bc I loved them so much for fidgeting. Groups and therapy sessions were of utmost value, each one making me feel more sane and believing I could function again. The thing is though, you have to be willing to learn and be helped in order to gain any valuable skills from the sessions. I know I did and I left the unit feeling empowered and capable of facing reality. Forever thankful patient.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office. I have seen 3 doctors and now currently see Emily Jensen NP. All have been wonderful and actually care about getting to the root cause. The reason for my review is actually for someone from their administrative team. I had an issue this week and Barbara went way above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I have never had a negative experience with this office! Thank you to the entire team!

I went in there with a antibiotic allergic reaction. The ER had remarkable professionalism. The nurses and the doctors were professional,patient and also explained everything to me in detail.

Well if you have to or get to choose st. Joe's in Elgin.Everyone there was above the top. Great overall helpful nurses doctors and anyone I came in contact with. They all looked like they actually loved working there.Very professional and compassionate.

They did help me and I was admitted but there was no noted/seen urgency for a patient that is telling them it’s hard to breathe and my heart feels wrong/different. I wish the team of Doctors would have communicated better both internally and with me, but even more so with the respiratory team. With the great fluctuations in my oxygen intake, I think it was a rushed discharge yesterday and I’m still struggling at night. If I would have been asked if I felt safe enough to go home, I would not have been able to say yes. Most of the staff were kind and caring during my stay. Transport and respiratory team are fantastic.

Great experience. I had a one star review by accident. It's been a great clinic Megan has been super helpful wonderful counselor easy to get along with and is always available at her schedule office time. Would definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for court or personal problems.

I just finished classes that I needed to do for an out of state requirement from 17 years ago. From beginning to end, Sarah made sure I got what I needed and Meghan worked with me to schedule classes to meet a slim deadline that met what the other state required in the timeframe expected!! The sweet lady that did Risk Ed on Wednesdays was an excellent teacher and really a great person! I learned so much that I could apply to my life even now, and she gave me some great suggestions for support for my daughter who is 12 needing help coping with effects from having an alcoholic father. Prices are very reasonable, and they worked hard to make sure my paperwork got to Wisconsin so quickly —Scott took the time to get it in his heavy workload before vacation. Everything was much appreciated and I was very impressed! I highly recommend Care Clinics to anyone needing these type of services!!

I had emailed and called a few places before this clinic, without any luck with them answering the questions I had or replying to emails. As I went through the process to meet court, DMV etc. Requirements the people I encountered just had an attitude with people they encountered, sort of a looking down on everyone because they are going through this process. When I called this clinic, from the beginning to the end Sarah responded to every question I had through the process and followed up with either an email or phone call and sometimes both. You never truly know what someone is going through while juggling various demands, so I sincerely appreciate the warmth and kindness of great customer service during difficult times—it's a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Thank you for all your help Sarah it was greatly appreciated.

I recently visited the PC Community Wellness Center at West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park, and the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff and nursing team were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and very helpful. My visit with Dr. Reniva was amazing. He took the time to listen to my concerns and offered clear options on how to address the issues I’m experiencing. If you’re in need of medical care, I would definitely recommend this clinic and hospital. They truly provide compassionate and quality care.

PCC is the best to expect for free healthcare. The Dr's truly care and are good people. Dr. Curran and Dr. Wong and their staff saved my life got me a job. They really care and do what they can

I wanted to leave a 5star review from the checkin employee---- all the way to the ER nurses and doctor at Elmhurst emergency walkin last night. The second I arrived everyone was so welcoming, nice and very pleasant. The Nurse kept apologizing to me, stating "i'm so sorry your sick, I hope feel better. They made me so at ease and the service was excellent. Thank you all for all you do, and NOT making me feel rushed with my visit. ❤️

Instead, I walked into a crew that was light-hearted, professional, encouraging, and genuinely invested in every patient’s success. They celebrate your wins like you just ran a marathon — even when the big achievement is lifting your arm without wincing. A special shoutout to Joy, who helped create an exercise routine that actually made sense for my recovery. What I appreciate most is that they treat the whole body, not just the one problem area. So even though my shoulder was the main issue, we worked my core, hips, and everything else that decided to join the party. And yes… they have a karaoke machine 🎤. If singing through your exercises doesn’t make physical therapy more enjoyable, I don’t know what does! The guildhause saved my life. By the time I ended up on their doorstep I was literally looking death in the face. They gave me a new purpose and a whole new outlook on life. God willing I am coming up on 4 years sober and a year and a half away from getting my bachelor's degree to become a drug and alcohol counselor myself. And I owe it all to to this house. They saw something in me that I couldn't and for that I am forever grateful!!
