Overall I felt that it was a good experience. At first I didn't understand why they called an ambulance for me. But I complied with them and I went to the hospital. I assumed that they knew what was best for me and them because earlier I had informed them that I have been thinking about checking out of this life. Also I hadn't taken my medication for that last 3 days. I am now taking my medication on time daily. I believe that Rosecrance is a very good place for anyone who needs help and hopefully they will accept me now that I am medication compliant.

Rosecrance Mulberry Center was a great 14 day program to help me reset and get some of my mental health in order. They provide great group therapies, very informative on how to handle and live with Depression and other mental health issues. Having 1 on 1 discussions with a counselor really helped me and I gained a lot of confidence with sharing and expressing my emotions.

In all honesty people may talk down on greendale staff and the place that gave them a place to lay there head because they don't like rules which if they can't handle the rules and feed back that would help them out in life then that's on them and I wasn't too crazy about coming here seven months ago and I'm going on my 8th month and wanted to leave on my 2nd month but if you give the staff a chance to talk to them and interact with them then you would think twice about listening to others how horrible it is here which it isn't at all. I actually learned a lot here. I learned patience which I had none at all well very little when I got here now I can stand in line at a gas station for a hour and don't mind but what I'm trying to say is greendale helped me a lot and the staff does listen to your needs and concerns and everyone handles things differently in a positive way of course. Also they made me look at everyone isn't all bad people and everyone does things differently it's just that you want to change or be stuck at the bottom and they honestly opened my eyes and made me see the glass is always full and ever half full anywhere u go there's going to be that person who doesn't like something or someone well guess what that's life and if you want to change and I was very stubborn person words goes in one ear out the other and as time went on isnt like that for me anymore here not to kiss butt well put this if you want the help and want to stay clean and sober greendale and greendale staff is here 24/7 for who ever also the residents is pretty cool too.

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY!They told me I was covered, then billed me anyway. I thought it must be a mistake. Then, when I drove 50 miles for my second appointment, they told me to get lost when I couldn't pay the bill for my first visit.I'm 60 years old. I have never in my life had a worse experience at a mental health clinic.PLEASE NOTE: all any of the negative reviews here get, is a canned response which tells you, "We do to care."If they cared, they wouldn't be treating their patients like piggy banks and responding to complaints with impersonal, canned garbage.

I want everyone to know I put a review up 5 months ago about Sterling apartments and the truth is I didn't think about what I was saying and how it was going to hurt someone's feelings because my mind was stuck in my emotions which does not excuse the review I left. I came here for my ultrasound. The I was in and out fast. The only issue I had was how far and long of a walk it was to get where I needed to go and try and get back the same way. We ended up lost my kids were complaining about how long of a walk it was and how their legs hurt. Definitely not handicapped friendly for that. I didn't see anything like a cart or trolly of sorts that we could have used either. Having disabled kids I see it thru their experience. So it could be more improved if they had something like that. Or even wagons, I know another hospital that does have that.

Excellent professional service, AFFORDABLE evaluation price, great staff, next day appointment, unbiased assesment, and much more offered at this location. The counselor, Jack Phillips, evaluated me on 1/15/2019. We talked for about an hour and he DID NOT recommend additional treatment or classes. He was attentive and listened to what I was saying about what and why I was ordered for an evaluation. $$$$ WAS NOT his motive; an accurate assessment was his focus. Jack thanks again for the job recommendations and I appreciate your services. Ashleigh (the receptionist) was VERY helpful!!! She gave me plenty of copies of the evaluation assesment, and even faxed proof of the evaluation to the concerning parties. 2 nurses and 1 doctor at emergency care saved my son s life in 2024 during an anaphylaxis episode and I will be always thankful that ER still open. However they mentioned that they don t have the all of the medication that s they need or equipment to treat a lot of other emergencies, so we got transferred to the new hospital to continue for treatment once he was stabilized.WE NEED A HOSPITAL ON this side of the city or at least this doctors need to be given the medical equipment and medicine that s they need to do do their work and most just to be left them alone on their own. They need support from their main hospital. Besides that s they are really good doctors
